The sandwich artist made my sandwich to perfection and just how I wanted it! Their cookies were made just right! Pretty clean inside for the most part but wish there was some kind of music playing. Very satisfied with the overall service. Keep up the great work

Anyone inclined to think all Subways are the same may be just as pleasantly surprised as we were! This Subway finally sliced their onions and bell peppers were very generous with the ingredients and even went out of their way to offer a coupon because we forgot hours in the car! I believe the employee's Name Was Elijah and I I am very impressed to receive such high quality service at a local fast food chain!

It has been a while since the last time I ate at subway. The sandwich was good and ingredients were fresh.

I had the Philly steak for the first time and loved it. They have a new menu now so they don't have a lot of the old traditional sandwiches they used to but it's always worth it if you have a coupon. And this Subway is open 24 hours which is very convenient for when I'm coming into town late night.

It's ok, the guys who work in here just don't seem to really enjoy it. Good thing it's never really busy. Not so good thing, having homeless around the outside or sitting inside.

The employees were very rude and made faces while making my order. I had asked for broccoli cheddar soup and they gave me chicken noodle soup. As I told them that wasn’t the soup that I had asked for they proceeded to roll their eyes. They also rolled up my sandwich like a burrito and i asked for it toasted, buts it was still cold. Worst experience and terrible service. AVOID THIS SUBWAY. Also the soup wa disgusting it tasted rancid.

Worst experience ever! I love subway but this one is a no for me. The person that made my sandwich has never made one before. They had other employees teaching them how to make a sandwich. They put very minimal chicken and cheese and had to ask for extra. They said extra would be 1.25 but really I payed 1.50 for it. The sandwich off the menu said it did come with Avocados with the sandwich so when they rung me up I was very surprised when they told me that it would be extra for that as well. Very disappointed in this location.

Worst subway in Ventura. Stay far away.

Third time in last several visits wraps and sandwiches were severely anemic, for what they charge. Either they haven't been properly trained, or they've been trained to cut corners and shamelessly skimp. If you want your money's worth, there's several better options, including Ventura Sandwich Co., Firehouse Subs, and Sandwich Factory. Deleted my subway app. I'll go where quality and consistency are engrained in the business model.

The food is so bad I wish I could give it a zero. First of all when I walked the music was awfully loud and disturbing! I had my son with me and he does not need to be hearing those explicit songs. I got my son a churro and he said that it tasted like soap so I tried it and it did. Do not buy from this subway!!

The cashier made a nasty face and pulled back his hand when I handed him the money! If he didn't want to touch money he could at least wear gloves, not to mention he would roll his eyes whenever I would ask for something. Absolutely unprofessional! If you're having a bad day I assure you taking it out on customers is not the way to go

Been coming here since a kid and everyone is always super nice and chill but recently I don’t know if these young girls are new or what but they were extremely rude they were arguing with each other out loud for customers to hear and has the audacity to have attitude to me like If I did something and she didn’t know how to scan coupons I even tried to show her she said idk and I payed full price for my subway thanks a lot ho

Because she was talking to me in a rude tone I told her "well, i'm asking you what it is..." Not a fan. Subway has some gall. $17 for a footlong 'combo' or meal. Your sandwiches have the least amount of meat out of any of your local competitors, and their bread always tastes fresher. The only thing good about this location is the late night customer service. This place provides such a terrible value. The ice maker doesn't even work here. Transients are allowed to loiter outside and harass patrons. My last two visits in these past two weeks are reminders of why I stopped going here for late nights when I get off work.
