Order took over 15 minutes to get. Computer issues. Place was loaded with school kids who took up many tables, but bought nothing.

Came here yesterday for a quick lunch, or so I thought. This McDonald’s takes the longest in the entire county of Ventura I’m sure. The drive through is always out into the street. Nine times out of ten they will ask you to pull up to one of the waiting spots as well. Yesterday was no exception when I finally got through the drivethru, paid, pulled to last window and was asked to pull up to the number one waiting spot. I requested a few sauces and she made a note. I pull up and wait another 10 minutes or more and finally I get my food but sadly I was given no sauces. I’m on a lunch break from work so I just had to leave and I couldn’t go in for sauce. The food was basic, kinda dry and sloppy. Even very subpar for world famous McDonald’s. I returned to work and maybe 15 minutes after I felt very uneasy in my stomach. I’m not sure what was up but maybe a health inspection is overdue here. Please do better McDonald’s.

DONT GO HERE! I went there and told them i started a new diarhea medicine and asked if it would interfere with it. The worker told me no. unbeknownst to my suprise, i was on the toilet from 2 pm to 3 am. Food was pretty damn good though. (pro tip: secret menu mcdicken)

Our most recent visit was no different — the food was prepared sloppily, with sauce leaking out of the wrapper. While we’ve interacted with a few team members who were respectful and provided good customer service, we’ve also had experiences with staff who were rude and dismissive in their tone. Sadly, it seems that every visit results in a negative experience, which is disappointing.

I went to get ice cream cones for my little sisters and I, along with a friend, a because they are $1.29 right now.. I had gone on Monday, and been quite happy with the one that I got, so I was really looking forward to them this time as well. If the normal height of the ice cream is 5 inches from top to the rim of the cone, this would have been 2.5 inches. I was severely disappointed, and dissatisfied with the product. Especially since I had had a perfect cone just a few nights before.

I went to get ice cream cones for my little sisters and I, along with a friend, a because they are $1.29 right now.. My egg in my sandwich was green and had a terrible smell which made me gag. I showed it to the manager and she said that the egg is fine, not taking the customer complaint seriously

I purchased a Happy Meal cheeseburger, nuggets, and fries 3.5 yrs ago. I brought it home, kept it all in the box. Every few months I open the happy meal box and take look inside. After 3 yrs, all of the food had dried out but not a bit of mold on any of it. We have a ferrel mouse in our garage; I've left the box open with the "food" inside of it... the mouse won't touch it. How can it be that it hasn't molded, and a wild mouse won't eat it? This is not real food I guess? What is it exactly? Do people even care about health anymore? especially for children. Crazy, scary, spooky, hilarious.

When I arrived home I was presented with this. Be mindful and check your food before going home. I ordered a bacon egg Mcgriddle. I had to use the bacon and egg from my father's breakfast platter to make up for the missing ingredients.

Typical Mickey D's but it's swamped at lunch and the line backs up on to Telegraph. They're slow and It's just not that good. Off hours they seem to do better but this is a below average location. I have to update and drop to 1 star. Service no longer exists. Order from the horribly unresponsive "kiosks" that everyone has to touch, and no one cleans. No menu at all at the counter anymore. Not everyone has a smart phone to use the app to order and why do I have to have it to order something. Even English appears to be a second language here. "If you need help we will greatly do so"???? Madness.

One of the worst mcdonald’s in Ventura. Very bad service and on top of that they don’t offer free refills. They only offered me a kids drink when i asked for a refill in my large cup, and the employees are super rude don’t bother showing up if you can avoid it do so.

If you're a delivery driver and you're going to MD to pick up an order, they don't even consider you in line. They don't even consider you a customer. They don't even want to provide you with any customer service, whether your order is 20 minutes late or 30 minutes late!

I could hear laughter in the background so I know she was not paying attention. After the back-and-forth, I gave her my order of a double quarter pounder with NO cheese. The young lady repeated the order, and kept saying WITH cheese. I repeated the same order with NO cheese three times. I knew she was not paying attention at this point. When I got my order and arrived at home, I opened the bag to find my double quarter pounder WITH cheese on it. This location should train their staff better to make sure they are paying attention to the customers orders. What if I had a severe allergic reaction to cheese?

Ordered 3 of the same breakfast platters and they only gave 1 platter complete with everything . The other two platters only came with pancake and an egg. They even made us wait for the food .. why even hand it out when the food wasn't complete..
