I have ordered here more than once. The food is never bad but I feel annoyed because you guys must have raised prices. I ordered same thing i always do and on the menu its showing completely different prices than what i was charged. At least fix the issues and add the correct prices to the menu. All items i purchased were at least a dollar or more higher than what the menu is showing under these items

Zero stars there food is garbage. Always half done & cold how do you make beans raw and burnt. They taste like burnt bottom of the pot beans but there not even done always. no matter what day I go or what time their food is garbage my dog didn't even want that bean burrito she looked at me like I was out of my mind and they know their food sucks that's why they never answer the phone I took one body that burrito and I've been throwing up ever since I'm on my way to urgent care right now. Do not eat there or you will be going to the doctor too

They literally gave tortilla chips that were broken into little pieces. Run me my money back!! This is not product quality and who ever bagged my food needs to get checked by their superior or district manager. Cut their hours!! I went through the drive through on 05/26/25 around 1:30 am. I don’t play this shit.

The order was correct, spot on. The man, young gentleman at the drive through window was super polite, attractive, didn't call me "ma'am", and obviously raised with manners. Taco Bell food just isn't the same as it was in its hey day and they really, REALLY, need to revisit their menu options, offerings, marketing, etc.

Bad attitude from the workers and the food was really cold and not fresh we didn’t eat it we ended up going to McDonalds instead

I submitted a mobile order. The app advised the food was ready for pickup, I waited ten additional minutes to get my food as the only able person to hand the food out was drive thru. No one else acknowledged me while I was waiting patiently for them to hand my food over the counter because it was not where it was supposed to be. Then noticed the lead on duty answered a cellphone with her gloves on, this is very unsanitary and not customer friendly.

I came at 10pm on January 4th, 2024. What appeared to be a shift manager or something, white spoke english and spanish, (had tattoos I think) took my order and was SO rude. she kept talking to others through the headset while I was ordering. Then at the window she aggressively hands me my bag and then proceeds to hand me a pepsi with no ice. when I ask her about the ice she said “oh he forgot to tell your were out” but she took my order lol? then I said I wouldn’t have ordered it then and they magically had ice from the front when I challenged it. food was terrible and wasn’t even cut too. terrible experience. there was also a homeless guy with his pants down butt on the windows of the building. I tried to be nice and call them as a heads up to this guy and no answer per usual.

It doesn't look half bad doesn't unless you waited for 20 minutes almost and you ask for extra cheese nacho cheese and extra sour cream and no tomatoes no onions and I didn't ask for no lettuce but there was lettuce on their and there wasn't supposed to be they were so rude and they ignored me half the time the kiosk wasn't working the lady wanted to prove it was breaking up in two people had already tried not to I was a total disaster today I don't think I'm going back I'm pretty sure there's another taco Bell somewhere around here . on top of that half of the people were complaining about how they were missing items from their order .. I say it doesn't matter how good your food is.. if you've got bad customer service people like "I" wont come back....😒😒😒😒
