On my aunt's recommendation, we had lunch at Albero del Pane, a place located on the road to Cuneo. We ordered three large salads with arugula, mixed salad, carrots, parmesan, walnuts, and water. The food, served on slate slabs, amazed us. The homemade bread, both durum wheat and whole grains, was all made with organic, stone-ground flour. The baked potatoes were delicious and freshly prepared. Water was on tap, so you could choose your favorite type. The interior is very rustic and welcoming. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They also have a bakery and an outdoor terrace that overlooks the parking lot. The bathrooms were so clean you could have eaten in them. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. I recommend it any time of day to enjoy their delicacies.

Not only is it interesting for its various types of bread made with specialty flours, such as cereals, whole grains, etc., but it also offers a bar area with specialty beer tastings, aperitifs, coffee, and more. The breads are perhaps a little pricey, but they are very unique. I wouldn't go there every day. But it's worth a tasting as you pass by.

A high-quality bakery, but also an excellent stop for a business lunch. Menus for €10 or €15 feature flavorful one-pot dishes made with the freshest ingredients. The bread selection is interesting, from organic to wood-fired, and the patisserie is inspired by French bakeries. Free tap water and free Wi-Fi are available for all customers. Recommended.

Convenient parking, simple place, sunny, calm, clean atmosphere, friendly staff, good products at a good price. I had a galette bretonnes, filled with eggs and ham, delicious and filling, and a bottle of water, for 15 euros.

Esperienza davvero molto ma molto deludente. . pochissimi prodotti, banco veramente sfornito... acquisto con poco entusiasmo una ciabatta e un'altra alle olive... il prezzo è a pezzo e non al chilo... ma da quando il pane si vende a pezzo????(e il prezzo al chilo, se anche c'era perchè io non l'ho visto, non è neanche esposto chiaro ed evidente) . Il pane si rivela davvero mediocre, gommoso, sembra non proprio uscito dal forno quella mattina... In sostanza esperienza da non ripetere e da non consigliare!

Breakfast was unsatisfactory: butter croissants, probably just baked on site, but in any case similar to those found in supermarket bakeries. The filling was industrial-grade custard, reminiscent of packaged brioche in color and flavor. I certainly expected more from this place: I was hoping to find, in a bakery specializing in bread and leavened goods, a croissant made on-site and not a supplier product, like in any café. Cappuccino served at the table for €2.30. Courteous service. Regarding the response that the clerk offered another product at no additional cost, I understand my disappointment and emphasize that I was not offered anything more than what I ordered, and I did not comment on my disappointment with the product to the friendly lady, as I do not believe she is the production worker. The prices are decidedly excessive: two cappuccinos and two pieces of Ligurian focaccia: €8.40. They have specialty products that are also good, but we didn't like the Ligurian focaccia. I don't recommend it due to the excessive prices.

Mi dispiace ma devo lasciare una recensione negativa e mi dispiace perché era il primo giorno della signora che ci ha servito, ma non giustifica il prezzo finale. Ordiniamo 1 birra media + 1 birra piccola che ci vengono servite con un piattino con un pezzo di pizza e un pezzo di focaccia. Chiediamo ancora un pezzo di focaccia esposta che era l'unica che ci interessava e al momento del conto 15,70€!!! Ci hanno fatto pagare i pezzi sul piattino senza dirci niente più il coperto , MA QUANDO MAI? Ora fossi in un posto stra turistico posso ancora capire, ma fuori cuneo pagare il piattino e il coperto è stato a dir poco sconcertante! Almeno dirlo così si può scegliere cosa si paga e sì mangia! Mai più mi dispiace ma mai più!! Soldi sprecati e tanta amarezza!

We went for an aperitif. We weren't satisfied. The focaccia was disappointing, and the beer wasn't cold. In fact, we didn't eat it, but took it home. You can't drink a beer that isn't cold!! And to think that it had been ordered very cold.

Yesterday I happened to be passing through Cuneo and stumbled upon this place. The atmosphere is lovely, and the owner, with his French accent, is charming. They offered me a loaf of bread from the day before, saying it was half-price. In a hurry and knowing I couldn't stop, I took it, only to get home and realize they had discounted it by 25%, and it was terrible. The focaccia and desserts were also nothing special. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend it. I won't write about the rest, but I didn't like it enough to return.
