Ottimo! Il migliore ristorante Indiano che abbia provato. Accoglienza, gentilezza e disponibilità. Cibo fresco, curato e con molta offerta. Io amo il piccante ... La preparazione vindaloo è davvero piccante ma merita decisamente. Bravi. Mi raccomando prenotare! Il locale è piccolo ma molto accogliente.

Very good pizza. It was so chevy and soft. I highly recommend the pizza but my fussilli alla nero is mid, good but mid (but it's possible that it's just supposed to taste like that). Pizza definitelly better than da luigi. They apologized to me for receiving my order a little late, which was very nice, although there wasn't a big delay at all.

Arrived shortly after they opened for dinner and they were so busy! We didn't have a reservation but the host was kind and seated us at a table after asking if we thought we could eat within an hour or so. For us that wasn't a problem so it worked out just fine. The pizza was the best we'd had all week. My husband and I just split one and it was a perfect size. They were even great and served it precut on two separate plates.

I went there with a friend of mine, the first time we had a chicken dish and a Caesar Salad. It was absolutely fantastic, so we decided to go there again, even though we only stayed for two days in Genova. The second time we had pizza and let me tell you, this is the best pizza I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. The staff was also the friendliest and cutest you could ever imagine. Definitely recommend going there. So if you ever have to decide which restaurant to choose, TAKE THIS ONE!!

Genoa sucks when it comes to gluten free food, however here there was a number of available options. Good for, good price and good service, if your are a fiend for mozzarella cheese then this is the place for you.

A very beautiful place to recommand, we took pizza with anchovies and pasta with shrimps and it was perfect, beside the delicious food it stays open late comparing to other restaurants. Just so you know like almost all restaurants in italy you have to pay a service tax which is around 3 euros per person.

Great italian restaurants chain. They offer a lot of italian dishes and burgers, but I tried their pizzas this time. Their menu includes traditional and special neapolitan-style pizza with a very light dough and high quality toppings (dont miss their mozzarella di bufala). The service was great, prices are fine and the environment is casual and full of young people. Recommended!

È stata un'esperienza nuova per me, non avendo mai provato questo tipo di cucina e sono rimasta piacevolmente stupita! La location è carina ma il cibo è veramente di bell'aspetto e soprattutto molto buono. Il ragazzo che ci ha serviti è molto gentile e disponibile. Senz'altro tornerò!

Shapla è un ristorante indiano davvero carino. I camerieri sono gentilissimi, il ristorante piccino con un'atmosfera molto tranquilla. I piatti hanno questo retrogusto un po' dolcino, davvero buonissimo. La qualità del cibo è ottima e così anche la varietà. Le porzioni di carne non sono particolarmente abbondanti, per lo più è salsa, i prezzi sono leggermente altini rispetto alle quantità, noi in due abbiamo speso 56€. A parte questo consigliatissimo, andateci se volete assaggiare una cucina diversa e super buona.

Siamo andati a cena. Il locale non è grande ma è pulito. Massima accoglienza e disponibilità. Il cibo è buono. Abbiamo assaggiato piatti solo vegetariani. Prezzi buoni come la qualità.

Location suggestiva ordinata. Esperienza positiva. Personale molto educato e gentile. Piatti curati e dal sapore nuovo. Un po' lunga l'attesa tra le varie portate ma non preclude la positività della serata.

Se cercate sapori autentici e un’atmosfera accogliente, questo ristorante indiano è una vera gemma! Appena entrati, sarete avvolti dai profumi delle spezie e da un arredamento che richiama le tradizioni indiane con eleganza. Ho provato il Chicken Tikka Masala: cremoso, speziato al punto giusto, accompagnato da un naan soffice e fragrante. Il dal di lenticchie era perfettamente bilanciato, e il lassi alla mango una delizia rinfrescante. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, pronto a spiegare ogni piatto e a consigliare abbinamenti. Prezzi onesti per la qualità offerta. Consiglio di prenotare, perché è molto richiesto!

Rather plain site, easy and relaxed atmosphere.. Regular food, with OK quality. Tried the Pizza which were good (normally are in italy) and 2 of the local desserts... Fair prices, good service, clean and tidy. Friendly staff.. Recommendable if you are looking for fast food with no chance of bad stomach afterwards.

I like the restaurant. The staff is welcoming and nice, the prices are not bad, and the quality and taste of the food is good. What I don't like is that they don't have tap water or juices, and I don't like drinking soda or alcohol with the food, so I ended up feeling really thirsty while eating because it also doesn't make sense to pay 2.50 or 3 euros for a water bottle. Other than that, I recommend it for tourists that would like to try the authentic Italian food for affordable prices.

Siamo stati un sabato sera con mia moglie e abbiamo prenotato nel pomeriggio. Il locale è piccolo ma molto ben curato è il servizio devo dire che è stata all'altezza per ciò che riguarda il giovane cameriere. I piatti erano nella media del cibo indiano o sia molto piccanti, state attenti perché è veramente forte quindi iniziare poco alla volta. Do questo giudizio perché mi sembrava corretto Alla fine della serata presenterei uno scontrino fiscale e questo non è avvenuto se non su richiesta.

This is a nice option for a table with different tastes and expectations. There are pastas, salads and many many types of pizzas to choose from. The neopolitain style pizza is quite decent, and is probably their speciality. Probably a little overpriced, but this is the standard nowadays.

The food was good though i think the service doesn’t really work good. The waiter was kind of weird and rude also, we asked for the menu of the day multiple times and she kept bringing the normal one. We couldn’t eat at the same time cause they brought it separate. When my partner finished his plate, they brought mine like 10 mins after he finished also the place wasn’t so crowded

A group of us went to a restaurant, very hungry after a long day. Immediately upon entering, my friend and I ordered a drink, which, as it turned out, was out of stock. We waited about 40 minutes for our order. The food took about 30 minutes. The carbonara was tasteless and seemed to be made from a sachet. The gnocchi were tasteless. The chicken burger had burnt eggplant in it. I got the zucchini burger about 20 minutes later because the waiter forgot to write it down. The burger was stale (it tasted that way). We were never informed that our drinks were out, and we waited like crazy. The waiter didn't understand English, so we constantly had to ask for basic "add-ons" like salt, olive oil, or ketchup for our fries. After we finished eating, I went to the maitre d'état and expressed our concerns. Fortunately, she was contrite and understanding. As a reward for the disappointing meal, we received three tiramisu (which was a plus). However, this doesn't change the fact that this restaurant deserves a culinary revolution. Ms. Julia (Gulia, head chef) Very nice, the rest needs improvement.

We visited this establishment because it came recommended by our local host from AirBNB and we wanted to avoid any tourist traps. First thing we noticed when we entered this place was how little the staff cares about serving customers. They were playing games among themselves and hardly paid attention to any of the guests, and when they did, they only went through the motions just to get you out of the way. Really disappointing. Food is just as bad as the service - still icy, barely defrosted cheese and eggplant dish. They didn't even bother to microwave it long enough. One would think that because the restaurant's theme is shaped around Buffalo Mozzarella, everything should be great. Alas, they somehow manage to mess up this beautiful product in so many different ways (probably in as many, as they have dishes on the menu). Pizza sets a new low - freshly thawed porcini, tasted exactly as un washed kitchen sponge. Do not waste your time and money on this and look out for busy places where local people gather and you will be safe.

The pizza was good, but the tagliata was terrible. Why ask how I want my steak cooked if it ends up half overcooked and half undercooked? The plain salad on the side was also disappointing – definitely not what I expected. When we paid for our dinner, one of the staff asked how everything was. We mentioned the steak wasn’t good, but she didn’t seem to care – didn’t even ask why. I was considering ordering another beer, but the staff looked too busy and unapproachable. It’s a good restaurant, but unfortunately, the service is really letting it down. Your staff are killing the experience.
