Easy location from the airport and very accommodating staff. After arriving much later than expected, the staff graciously showed us to our room and ensured we were all settled. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and again, we were met with very kind and friendly staff. Many thanks for looking after our family after a long day of travel!

Absolutely fantastic. I stopped there asking for menestroni and ended eating custom dishes that the restaurant manager kindly accepted to cook for us. We had carbonara and a sort of soup made with tomato and bread that was amazing. The service was absolutely fantastic, the restaurant is modern and comfortable. All together it was a win choice. We were helped in Italian, English and Spanish. Totally recommended and only 5 minutes away from the airport or less. Thanks guys!!!!

Polite and good service, we had hamburger ( be aware that it will be served without buns) and tagliata di Black Angus. The food was good, but it would be enriched with some kind of gravy or sauce, Over all a good experience.

My Experience at the Restaurant "I have visited this restaurant before, and the service used to be excellent and the food delicious. However, my experience this time was very disappointing. The service is now subpar; there was no proper welcome and none of the staff were smiling. We ordered a burger, but unfortunately, they served us just the meat patty without the bun or the sandwich components. They should have clearly informed us beforehand, as many people might not realize it’s not a full burger sandwich. Looking at the reviews here, it’s clear that many customers have made the same mistake, yet the management has done nothing to clarify this or fix the issue.

The room was OK, but the location is totally inappropriate for pedestrians. If you are not by car, it is not safe to get there as no road has a walking side. Plus, although in straight line it is close to the city center, because the railway you must have a detour of 3 km. Walking 3 km along a busy road without a walking side it is not funny at all.

Food is good, but service is really slow lunch, even if you try to make their lives easier by ordering the same menu. We were told that the “business” menu of two courses would take over 90 min (!!)), so we took the basic one. The posters and stickers with the face of the owner (supposedly an Italian soap opera actor) are ubiquitous and a bit embarrassing.

Horrible customer service, the waiter was very arrogant and disrespectful. When I confronted the waiter about being unprofessional and very rude he started raising his voice trying to intimidate me, which that didn't work and then later apologized for being misunderstood. What really caught my attention was that there were 2 managers next to him while all the arguement was happening and neither of them bothered to approach us and see what was going on. This is to show me how much they care and respect foreign customers. They can be rasist and rude in their own homes but not in a place where I PAY MONEY to be served and treated well, as I should !! Few days later I asked some of my friends for their experiences in this restaurant, turns out I wasn't the first nor the last one to have such a horrible service in that place.

Service was non-existent. 3 of us had pasta dishes out of 4, none of the cooking of the pasta was the same across the 3 dishes (one of them [Caicio e pepe] was lucky to have been dunked in the water it was so crunchy) The beef was of good quality. The side of smoked mashed potato was a kin to wallpaper paste. The other 3 had burgers (all asked for Medium cook). These were lucky to have been cooked rare, especially the "King Burger," which almost mooed when it was cut into... On leaving the premises we said goodbye to all of the staff, not one reply was given. Even the manager who was leaning on the pass stuck his nose in the air. Hospitality is meant to be hospitable. Some well needed training is due.

Meat is like any other meat restaurants. Nothing really speacial. Coffe that is 1 teaspoon! Absurd Service is not what you expect when you see a 4 star reviewed restaurant, except from the cashier who is more accommodating than the rest of the staff. Restaurant is over rated. Food maybe normal but with excellent service makes it different.
