Yesterday afternoon I went to this Burger King, which I'd never been to before because I always order through a delivery app. And thank goodness, I might add, if this is the treatment. I love the food, and yesterday I ordered a delicious small chicken menu. If it were just for the food, I'd give it a 5. But the problem was the staff. At the cash register, a kind Italian guy served me and told me they'd bring my tray to my table. But then a North African woman wearing a headscarf showed up and almost threw the tray at me, which threw me off for a moment, and she told me to give her the place card, when she could have taken it herself. Then, when I left, I noticed her screaming, as if they were all deaf, with a tray in her hand to deliver the food. Now, I don't know how you select your staff, but I recommend you hire kind people, not rude, impolite, or annoyed. Because that way, people won't come anymore.

I'm very sad... I bought the King Jr specifically for the Naruto surprises and they were sold out. I couldn't have known. In fact, there was only one piece of paper at the checkout that said "Naruto games sold out"... Now, I say, in the logic of my shopping journey to eat at bk, the checkout is the last thing I see since people mostly order from the screens. You could have put the paper on the screens or at the entrance. I wish I had known so I could have ordered more.

I have to say I was quite disappointed. The place wasn't even that busy, and we had to wait almost 30 minutes. The cheese on the sandwich was cold, and the Fanta was flat. The only positive thing was the fries, which were really good.

Extremely slow service. We waited over 10 minutes for fries. It's a shame because we've always had a great experience at Burger King.

The worst Fanta I've ever had; it tasted like carbonated water. The fries and onion rings were good, but the Fanta was awful.

In the photo, my small Coke. Just ice. More than half the glass was just ice. The hamburger I ordered came with a chicken cutlet.

Bad experience. I came with my family to get the free Naruto figures with the kids' menus. We ordered four kids' menus, and to our surprise, more kids' gifts arrived at our table. I asked for an explanation, and they told me the promotion had ended, when it says it will end in a month until September 30th. I mentioned this to the waiter, and only then did he, annoyed, reply that they don't have any left. I suggested putting up a sign to let customers know, because so many were disappointed... obviously, the sign wasn't put up. Extremely unfair, avoid!

PLANT-BASED WHOPPER WAS ACTUALLY A MEAT BURGER Very little attention to the customer, they're capable of messing up every order, from sandwiches without sauce to those with sauce, and cold, oily potatoes. This time we've reached the pinnacle of indifference, and I'd even say meanness: to my own surprise, I took a bite of the sandwich that was supposed to be plant-based, but it turned out to be a meat burger. Tell me if I have to pay for vomiting. I try calling and no one answers. You deserve a complaint, and I'll take action. Shame on you.
