Ottima osteria, piatti gustosi ed hanno molte scelte senza glutine. Hanno i pici senza glutine, deliziosi... e l'osso buco era meraviglioso, pure la scarpetta con il pane gluten free fresco =^.^=

Abbiamo trovato casualmente questa osteria e siamo rimasti soddisfattissimi. A piatti tipici della cucina senese ( lingua o cervello)si affiancano piatti della tradizione italiana (carbonara o risotto). Ottima la qualità dei cibi, gentilissimo il personale, molto gradevole l'ambiente. I prezzi sono giusti e inferiori a tanti altri ristoranti visti in precedenza. Noi lo consigliamo vivamente.

Cibo ottimo, tantissime opzioni anche per celiaci. Consigliato il crostone con lampredotto e cavolo nero, da paura! Ottimo! Ottimi i pici all’aglione. Personale super cordiale, servizio veloce ma non invadente: ti lasciano il tuo tempo per mangiare con calma e sono comunque molto attenti. Location molto bella, bellissime le travi a vista sul soffitto, si vede che è anche ben tenuto. Spesa più che onesta, rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Che dire? Ottimo! Torneremo sicuramente! Locale piccolo ed accogliente, che viene gestito egregiamente dal personale. Presentano tante soluzioni con e senza glutine. Abbiamo preso due piatti di pici, di cui uno senza glutine, e un ossobuco. Tutte veramente molto buone. Consiglio di andarci!

Ci siamo stati poco fa Purtroppo in seguito a un attacco di emicrania non ho potuto gustare sul momento i piatti ordinati ma il mio compagnoe mio figlio si ...tutto ottimo ma ancora meglio è stato il servizio. Ho chiesto da asporto il mio antipasto e il mio primo ... gentilmente mi hanno annullato il primo e incartato l'antipasto e chiesto qualsiasi cosa potessero fare per farmi stare meglio. L'antipasto anche se da asporto era buonissimo ma quando vai in un posto e vieni servito e coccolato così non ha prezzo. Consigliatissimo soprattutto anche per chi è celiaco

Abbiamo pranzato in questo locale perché prepara cibi senza glutine. I piatti buoni ed abbondanti. Servizio molto cordiale e attento all'intolleranza. Potrebbe sembrare una osteria per turisti invece è veramente tradizionale e frequentato da gente del posto. Consiglio vivamente. Anche io che non sono celiaco ho mangiato benissimo. Bravi

The BEST carbonara we have tasted! 3 out of a group of 6 got the carbonara here and all said it was the best they had tasted. It’s a lovely restaurant not far from the cathedral. Reasonable prices and good food - but the carbonara is what gave it 5 starts!

Oh my God! 10 days in Italy and this is the best, THE BEST. I have could eaten this all the time in Italy. I could eat here everyday. My wife and I are ruined. We are sure nothing will ever compare. Rest assured your heart and stomach will be fulfilled. Order the house Chianti. Nothing disappoints here.

I first saw this restaurant through my gluten free research prep and it lived up to the expectations. After a morning of walking around Siena, we walked in right at 12:15pm for lunch. The seats filled up quickly, so I recommend reservations if you know your timing, or arriving near opening. I enjoyed an appetizer of CHICKPEA FLATBREAD, SAUTÉED SPINACH AND PARMESAN CHEESE FONDUE (delicious!) and the RISOTTO WITH GORGONZOLA “BLUE CHEESE”, LEEK AND ZUCCHINI FLOWERS. My family members enjoyed non-gluten free dishes of meats and pasta. Unfortunately we ran out of space for dessert, and will have to go back on our next visit!

Highly recommend! It seems to be a popular place for the locals, as it was packed for lunch and dinner. Maybe a little too crowded during the current pandemic, but that didn't stop us from enjoying the great food.

Siena was a little difficult for gluten free, but it may be that you would just need to ask if they had a gluten free option. We didn’t spend long here and when doing my research I found a review about this place, tucked in one of many alley ways. Outside their menu had allergen symbols on it and the staff were very knowledgeable about gluten free. They even brought me a basket of gluten free bread and crackers. The food was very nice and there were quite a few options to choose from. The servers were very nice and attentive. Would recommend if you’re gluten free or not, lovely place.

We were looking for Tuscan specialties, and we found them here! Both the ribollita and the pici aglione were delicious. This place is very close to the cathedral and reasonably priced.

Osteria a pochi passi da Piazza del Campo e per questo potrebbe sembrare molto turistica invece non lo è. L'interno del locale non è grandissimo per questo consiglio di prenotare prima di avventurarsi. Buonissimo il crostone con lampredotto e salsa verde e molto tenero il controfiletto. Una stella in meno solo per i prezzi un pó alti. Porzioni abbondanti, consiglio di attendere ad ordinare i secondi dopo l’arrivo dei primi. Infatti noi ci siamo portati a casa l’ossobuco. Ottimo il crostone con i fegatini, dove la quantità di fegatini era davvero tanta, molto buoni anche i pici all’aglione, l’ossobuco alla senese e lo stracotto. Troppa pastella nelle cipolle fritte, molto buono ed abbondante invece il cervello. Abbondante anche il vin santo con i cantucci, buoni. Locale affollato ma non chiassoso, personale gentile e sorridente.

Coeliac here -- a lot of the menu is gluten free here, but there's still a risk of cross contamination so keep that in mind. They brought some gluten free bread at the start -- it was warm, though was not freshly made. Crispy on the outside but dry inside. Recommend dousing with oil and salt. I had the sirloin steak with butter and thyme. It's a large amount of meat, with nothing else on the plate. I enjoyed the first 70% of it. I had some potatoes on the side which were nice, although I do feel they should have come with the steak. For dessert, I had the cheesecake with strawberry jam. This was light cream in a glass with some kind of fine nut crumble in the bottom and jam on top. Not a cheesecake in my book, but still nice. I also sampled the tiramisu, which was very light and creamy. We were late to lunch and this was the only place with gluten free options that I found open past 14.00. The pasta looked good and I do believe they can make them with gluten free pasta for a surcharge.

Entire Menu has numbers next to choices for gluten free options as well as nut free and dairy free, The gluten free steaks (Manzo Cipolla) which has carmelized onions and the Rosemary Steak (Manzo Olio) were great, as was the tomato and bread soup - Pappapomodoro (thick and tasty but not gluten free). Risotto had an odd taste to multiple people who tried it and they didn’t eat much of it. The Meat Ragu with Parpadelle pasta Bianca was just okay, not much taste to it. Nice restaurant for safe gluten free options but the food was hit or miss. The service was delayed because the server thought we wanted to wait much longer to get our food. Just a miscommunication I think. Overall okay.

Esperienza per niente positività. Carne stracotta e cameriere (parlo solo dell’uomo che si occupa anche della cassa) scortese. Il prezzo poi, circa 40€ per una porzione con contorno/antipasto è veramente troppo alto. Non siamo tutti turisti da spennare! C’è stato un malcontento generale a tavolo e immagino nessuno, incluso me, ci tornerà più.

I went with my mom and sister after searching for gluten-free options, found this place. We walked in and were eager to eat. We ordered a chickpea flatbread (shown in photo) which came with Parmigiano fondue and sautéed spinach. I would say it was a decent appetizer, we enjoyed it. The issue I had was the main course, beef sirloin with olive oil and rosemary. Look at my plate- this alone was €18. Very small portion size for that price with no side. I asked for medium-rare and it came to me RAW. As Gordon Ramsay would say, it was so raw that I could hear it moo. It even jiggled when I cut into it. Based off of the picture you wouldn't even guess it to be beef. It has the color of tuna... it looks anemic. I let the server know, he took it back for me to have cooked with no pushback and it was indeed returned medium-rare. I appreciate that, but it had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. I'm truthfully not even convinced it was even beef. I let my mom have a taste and she frowned and looked at me and apologised because she felt bad that I had to eat that. I want to assume that I just got unlucky but not all of the tables were filled, so they couldn't have been excessively busy. The atmosphere was OK, pretty average. Servers were adequately accomodating. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seeing as I could literally buy beef sirloin from a grocery store and sear + bake it with nothing to season it other than salt and pepper for like $5 at home. P.S. - don't order the "Green Salad." It's not a salad, it's a few leaves of lettuce and you won't get anything to dress it with, just salt and olive oil.
