The volunteers at the Calimali Association are wonderful! Always active, always smiling, and always available. The management of their park is impeccable. It's always clean, always lively, with parties and a bar open to everyone. Highly recommended.

The park is crossed by the well-known Olona Valley cycle and pedestrian path, in the municipality of Fagnano Olona. It's perfect for a break from cycling or walking, as its lawns are always well-maintained and offer plenty of shade. It features a drinking fountain, coin-operated restrooms, a café, educational areas for children, a reading area stocked with numerous books, and well-equipped fitness trails for athletes and runners of all ages. All of this is part of the large Medio Olona park.

A beautiful place. Meadows and a river, a fitness trail, a bar and a free outdoor library, relaxation and nature right on your doorstep... Fantastic.

Beautiful, relaxing place, where you can take a nice walk in the middle of nature and... here they also rent bicycles for excursions in the area and there is also a well-equipped bar that makes sandwiches with porchetta - chips - drinks etc etc. Nice to spend a Sunday there with the family to have a nice picnic lying on a nice Scottish blanket 😍🤩

A place that the patience and dedication of this group of nature and community enthusiasts has brought to new life. In Fagnano, on the banks of the Olona River, now teeming with fish and clear water. Unfortunately, there are still some who irresponsibly dump poisons into it... On its banks, the Calimali have planted willow trees that are reflected in the water. There's also a beautiful wooden bridge that leads from the bike path to the landing site. Meadows that magically become covered with fireflies between May and June. A clear sign of the area's healthiness. These insects are now found in few places, whereas they were once widespread. Three ponds with frogs, ducks, fish, water lilies, and many other species of marsh flora. One pond is used for biological water purification. Another gift... A shelter houses a free outdoor library. You couldn't ask for more. Go and see!! Thanks, Claudio!!

A first in the Medio Olona Valley, and I must say I was very surprised. A beautiful work of environmental redevelopment, reclamation, and cleanup. Congratulations indeed. An area accessible to all, with parking, cycle/pedestrian paths, a small café, and paid restrooms with automatic cleaning. A place for everyone, where you can walk, run, and ride a bike, in complete safety. Congratulations 👍🏼🙂

A quiet spot surrounded by greenery where you can sip a coffee near a bend in the Olona River, reading a newspaper or a book 📖. Parking is nearby and accessible. Also accessible for children and disabled guests. A cycle/pedestrian path is accessible.
