I knew about the change in management, and yesterday was the opportunity to try Katy's piadina for lunch, accompanied by my son. The piadina was truly delicious, well-filled, and most importantly, not at all greasy and very easy to digest. Both my son and I, while eating the piadina, felt very light compared to other piadinas, but at the same time, we were still full. The owner, who is also very kind and has a lovely manner, explained to me that it has a very long leavening process and is therefore easy to digest. I'll definitely be back! A truly wonderful discovery!

Yesterday I went to her place for piadina, and I wasn't expecting it, but it was truly delicious. Among the best crescioni, potatoes, and sausage I've ever had. She's truly lovely, with a heart of gold and magical hands. I'm very happy!!!

We ate very well, we Milanese on a business trip. The light, five-star piadina was delicious, you could eat more than one... the welcome and friendliness of the hostess was truly top notch!!! I'll go back and have some piadinas made to take back to Milan!!!!

Number one in Ravenna for vegans and vegetarians. The White Farro piadina is as good as the original, truly incredible. And the choice of Crescioni is spectacular, try this place and you won't regret it. In addition, the location is very nice and with greenery.

Easy to get to, with convenient parking. Seating is comfortable, reinforced by public benches on site. The piadina is made to order, with freshly sliced ham. Everything is very good. I have a small point to make to improve the service: since you also pay the bill and take money with your hands, you should wash them afterwards, not touch the filling of the piadina when fixing it. Otherwise, everything is fine.
