La Diga offers a fabulous selection of pizzas (truly something for everyone), from the simplest to the most exquisite, featuring typical Pellice Valley products (especially cheeses). The food and burgers are also excellent! And if you like bagna cauda, don't miss it! The kindness, hospitality, and friendliness of all the staff make this place even more magical! I can't wait to go back!

Excellent pizza. Apricena is rich and characteristic (one appetizer per person, a mixed platter, and fried pizza, plus a pizza for two), truly delicious. Not to mention the excellent service and hospitality.

The pizzas here are just wonderful and the focaccia you get to nibble when you order a drink is probably the best one I've ever had. Make sure you also know the traditional farinata, a kind of chickpea flour pancake that is cooked in the pizza oven. It's amazing! The staff are always incredibly welcoming and friendly and the service is great. Make sure you book a table as it can get quite busy!

Amazing!!! A 10 out of 10. Typical Piedmontese food. The wine risotto was exceptional, I loved it. A restaurant we stumbled upon by chance, thanks to Google Maps. Very family-friendly, in a beautiful setting for hiking. Very attentive service.

Pizzeria just outside the town of Bobbio Pellice, with a small parking lot and terraces. Good value for money. Rustic, clean, and unpretentious place. The waiters and owners are very friendly. It's an ideal spot for warm summer evenings; reservations are recommended. It's a great place for all seasons, for couples and families with children. I also recommend a stroll around the small but charming village that tells the story of the Waldensians.
