Having been curious for a long time and already tried it for a quick aperitivo, well-served with their own focaccia genovese, and with very friendly owners, I finally decided to try it one Friday evening with my family. It was a pleasant surprise! The food was decidedly authentic, simple, well-cooked and beautifully plated. The wine list is simple and pairs well with the dishes. I remember they offer a themed menu every weekend, based on seasonal products, and I must say that, while it's comprehensive and filling, it's definitely easy to digest. The atmosphere matches the simplicity of the food: tidy, clean, fresh, and simple. Reservations are recommended, especially for Saturday evenings, as they don't have many seats.

Recommended by our son Alberto and his girlfriend Lidia, we decided to celebrate my birthday this evening, February 11th, at the Fricandò trattoria. The place is extremely clean and tidy, with COVID-19 regulations perfectly implemented and meticulously enforced. Impeccable service and friendly, welcoming staff. The carefully chosen seafood-themed menu is well-balanced in its choice of ingredient pairings. The wine list is thoughtfully designed. The desserts are light and rich. A truly wonderful experience. I never would have stopped to look at it from the outside if my regular restaurant hadn't been closed and I was very hungry... and, instead, I would have been completely wrong. The place isn't anything special, but it's clean and tidy. The dishes are very good: the raw Fassona beef was excellent, and the pesto gnocchi were good, although I expected something more given the excellent appetizer. In any case, nothing to complain about: I ate, and it was good, at a reasonable price. The only flaw is the service: the two older gentlemen do what they can, but they could use a little more "modernity" and attention; however, they were very polite and helpful. I will definitely be back.

I was looking for a place for lunch and was persuaded by the previous reviews. I'd say they weren't wrong. The place isn't very large, family-run. The decor is minimal but well-appointed. The service is quick, and the quality of the food is very good. First, second, and side dishes are €11.00—fair. It's worth trying in the evening given the selection of wines and cheeses. Recommended.
