Ho preso una pizza, buona, di solito predo gli hamburger, veramente buoni consiglio a tutti. Quello che veramente fa differenza è la disponibilità e gentilezza del personale.

Puzza veramente buona cameriere brave e competenti .sicuramente ci torneremo.piacevole il locale forse un po freschino.

I had a 200g burger, which was a bit too overcooked, but very tasty nonetheless. It didn't come with fries, for which you must pay an extra (2.5€). Full of families with noisy children.

We're done for, or rather, burned. We went to this place for pizza since it was new to the place. We immediately noticed that despite there being four waiters serving about thirty people, they were busy. After ordering, we received our pizzas, which, to our surprise, were burned. The dough was good, but burning them doesn't end well. When we pointed this out, they offered us a liqueur. We thanked them, but there were some complications with payment and they charged us almost double, but that wasn't the problem, except that the manager treated us a bit rudely. It's a shame; I would have given the pizza chef another chance, as he had been kind.

We went to the restaurant on Thursday 21 March 2024 and had a very enjoyable meal. Everything was fine to the extent that we invited relatives to join us on Sunday 24 March 2024 for Dinner in the evening. The service we received was to say the least porr and the waitress that served us seemed to have no real interest in getting the order recorded properly. My wife ordered a Margherita pizza with a thin crust to which the waitress seemed to confirm that this was possible. The pizza arrived in a very short time with a burnt crust about 2 cms high. My wife queried this not being a thin crust pizza with our waitress and we were told, despite the information being on their website that a low crust was available. The waitress stated that this was wrong and there was only one size of pizza available. Upon trying to eat the pizza it was found to be uncooked in the centre and my wife left it uneaten. On Thursday I had had the chicken goujons in breadcrumbs and they were served a light golden colour and were tender and moist. On Sunday the same item was delivered to the table over cooked and hard and dry out. One of our guests had the deep fried mozzarella which came up all stuck together in one solid mass and after trying one or two they were also left uneaten. I am not a great believer in sending food back to the kitchen with a complaint so we simply left the food and asked for the bill. All that the waitress did was to tell us to go to the till to pay and was not the least bit interested in understanding what our concerns were. A great pity because we thought that we had found a nice restaurant to enjoy as we now live in Omegna permanently. Instead we shall not be returning.

The only restaurant in Omegna that has made me feel sick afterward. The burger (I had the Piemontese) had seemingly mostly frozen ingredients. Staff was friendly and atmosphere was lively at least. The owner will complain that bad reviews are fake and/or don’t reflect the quality of the food served; however, other establishments with positive reviews in the area don’t have to fend off honest reviews with whining responses online. Perhaps if they spent more time concerned with delivering consistently decent food instead of endlessly complaining about honest customer complaints, they wouldn’t have bad reviews to respond to in the first place.
