04/14/23 I used a DD rewards app offer and got a free medium iced coffee $3.85 with purchase. The iced coffee was as I ordered. The $1.95 Bavarian Creme donut I ordered wasn't fresh, was rather small and hard. No sitting area. There is a small counter to stand at. No public restrooms.

Decent donuts. Horrible customer service and overcharged me more than double of the actual price of what I got. Also heard that the place is pretty dirty and sanitation is horrible.

I asked to sell just a glass, they refused, then I asked for a free one, they didn't give it to me either, thank you very much, be human.03.09.2026 8:35pm

I can understand their language, and realized how poorly they were talking about everyone in there. They were kind to me and the coffee was good, but some people just had basic questions but were mocked without realizing. Just because of how they communicated about others, I definitely won’t be coming back to this location. They made my latte really well though, maybe order pick up to avoid communicating with them. They seemed super bothered to do basic customer service. I work in customer service myself, it’s not that difficult to be kind. I especially felt bad for the old man who was literally shaking and had trouble communicating his order

Visited on Friday with a friend. The employee had serious difficulty understanding our order, even though we explained it clearly. It took a long time and felt unprofessional. On top of that, my coffee was made iced without asking or confirming my preference. Very poor communication and service.

I ordered munchkins and I choose the Halloween and chocolate glazed. I ordered a head of time so I can come pick it up and run to class. I had two separate orders. My first order was fine but the second order which is the one for the munchkins. They didn’t get it right. I didn’t get to check cause I was running a little late for my class. They were pretty busy and I get it. But when I checked my munchkins I saw original glazed instead of chocolate glazed. I’m not mad or anything but it’s just disappointing that they can’t get their customers orders right

Horrible. I go here every day and it is usually a wonderful experience. I ordered something new and was not satisfied. The man behind the counter was extremely rude and unaccommodating. I will NOT be going back. Horrible customer service for someone who goes there so often. Just saying.

Horrible - DO NOT order ahead here. I was just there today (approx 130p 12/9) & I order ahead bc I dont have time to wait. I get there to pick up my order and theres a stranger drinking a coffee w my name on it! When I went to the counter to tell them the MISTAKE THEY MADE giving my paid product to another customer the employee acted like she didnt understand English and pointed for me to wait on line!?!? Suffice to say I never recieved my order and I emailed DD but just letting other ppl know STEER CLEAR! if you dont wait an outrageous amount of time then they give your stuff away - always an issue and the employees have no etiquette they act like I'm bothering them lol.

The guy messed up my drink and ended up overcharging me by adding some add-ons I didn't ask for and didn't want. We immediately pointed it out but both he and his supervisor (who was observing the whole situation) refused to even acknowledge the mistake, let alone give us the correct order. The manager just looked away unbothered. They acted quite rude overall, I would avoid this place.

Horrible. I simply ordered a large hot coffee with Pumpkin Spice, extra sweet, and reg. cream. I got a cup of hot, watered down "coffee". No sugar. No flavor. After walking back 2 blocks after realizing they messed it up, I brought it back, explained my order... And she got it wrong AGAIN. I don't know if she just had no clue what she was doing or intentionally screwing with me. I just threw it out. $4 down the drain. Also, not ONE single employee had a mask on. Absolutely atrocious. Keep your money and keep on walking.
