Quiet not to many people here at 1am but the service was fast great staff and fries were hot but they close at 3am
All credit to your Food and Grate staff, Good team work
They are on spot with my order every time. They always ask me if I want sauce or offer upgrades. I love coming to this McDonald's
My sweet husband is currently being treated at JPS so I came down to the McD's inside the main hospital for some lunch. First of all, the restaurant is bright and clean. All the lights are on, all the menu displays work, they have great music playing, the floors are swept & mopped, and there aren't any dirty tables anywhere. I ordered the $5 meal. They made it fresh, everything was piping hot, the food had great flavor, and above all, the staff was thorough, efficient, and friendly. Professionalism goes a long way! Best location I have EVER dined at. 10/10

Can not wait for the return of broccoli cheese soup, and homestyle chicken noodle on those days when internal warmth is not supplied by burger and fries though filling just the same. A good steaming cup of soup is just right on a brisket days... hope it shows up on the menu soon. Chili should be added... however an argument may go state wide on if beans should reside in a hearty bowl of Texas chili... let the argument begin of a delicious bowl eitherway... GO BIG M !
If you are walking .google maps will direct you to the east side of the building. Thos entrance are only accessible to hospital staff. The front public entrance to the hospital Is on the south side of the building . Your suposed to go in that way then walk to the mcdonalds that is in the hospital
Food and service were excellent but they need to strengthen their wifi. Takes forever to pull up rewards in the app.

My Filet A Fish combi meal was everything it was supposed to be. The bun was soft and fresh. The fish was right out of the fryer and topped with shredded lettuce serrvedand slivers of 9nions. Delicious! Oh yeah.....the crew was served it up with fast and courteous
No refills which may as well not as there isn't a fountain so no mixed or little ice. Expect to ask if you can have soda with the ice. Prices are normally higher then normal likely do to rental fees they pay. No competition either. At least orders tend to be accurate.

Hope with all renovations JPS has this place can be also part of it. It feels like the people and food taste like sickness doesn't feel clean place been like this since over 30 years .. inside hospital they should/must have a better food options around.
Personally, McDonald’s standard is just low. I dont understand how they get orders wrong. I ordered a mcchicken with fries for my son and instead they gave me what seems like it was supposed to be a double cheeseburger but without the buns? Just the pattys itself with cheese on top. They also gave me fries and nuggets. More than what i ordered and sadly i didnt notice til i got home, so my son had to eat just meat , not even a sandwich! Horrible
You’ll think it will be more cleaning because it’s a hospital. The health department need to come here and everyone who works here need to go back to food handling classes
Do not eat here. The ladies in the back making the burgers used the same glove to clean, throw out trash and make the food.
Awful! 1 star because i cant put 0, stayed on these hospital recently for a few days due to my first child being born here. every day i would go to get some food here
The night crew are so incredibly rude. I work in the building and will never go back. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
There's no reason a hospital should have a McDonalds. How are you supposed to heal up if you have the option of eating ultra-processed products? INSANE
Worst customer service ever. They could care less if they help you or not.. the manager just makes a face if you have a problem with the app to use to get points and the young girl cashier has no clue even what you are referring too. It's always 50/50! What kind of service or food you want there.
More of an issue with Google Maps than this locations misgivings: Can this be set in GPS to not automatically direct people to it? Im not really a fan of raiding a hospital for my morning coffee
Location: McDonald’s – John Peter Smith Hospital Address: 1500 South Main St, Fort Worth, TX I had a very unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s location due to the supervisor’s behavior. I simply asked a question about the difference between ordering a meal and ordering items separately, and I politely requested that my fries and nuggets be served hot. Instead of responding professionally, the supervisor became rude and dismissive. She then began speaking to other shift crew members in Spanish while looking directly in my face, talking trash about me in Spanish, not knowing I understood it all, because I was bilingual, which I found extremely disrespectful. Whether intentional or not, it created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. Fort Worth is a diverse city, and there are many bilingual customers no one should be made to feel talked about or disregarded. This behavior showed a lack of class, poor leadership, and very low customer service standards, especially for a supervisor. I expect better professionalism, respect, and courtesy from management staff, particularly in a hospital setting where customers are already under stress. I hope corporate management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training for supervisors at this location.
Fish sandwich was so small I ate it in 2 bites and costs 5$...didn't like kiosk ordering and they were doing maintenance in the ceiling directly over the makeline were my food was assembled. I don't know if I ate particals falling from the ceiling because of the size of the sandwich and just lack of McDonalds staff care. I'll never eat here again.
I don't eat McDonald's often probably haven't had in an over a year. I ordered a big breakfast platter that comes with sausage. I after that of the sausage. My platter came with three pancakes, but I was given one syrup. Ask for additional syrup which were 54 cents each. Why are y'all charging people for syrup for those dry pancakes? By default they should come with two. On top of that I remove the sausage, so I paid full price for a meal that didn't even come with the meat. By default in exchange for that should have been at least one extra syrup. I'm so tired of these establishments nickel and diamond their customers and giving subpar service. Charging for ketchups and extra syrup is freaking ridiculous, especially if somebody ordered pancakes
