This Burger King merits a five star in the category of fast food restaurants. The dining area is clean and quiet. I noticed small families enjoying a fast food meal for dinner for a change. The staff was super friendly, courteous and patient with my order specifications and swaps. The meat was cooked well. I appreciated the hand sanitizer available free in the dining room area. Kudos for keeping a friendly, peaceful, healthy dining room Fast food experience. Way to go team at this Burger King location.
2nd time i go late night in a month and their service is great, order is accurate, hassle free, food is hot. And she always asks me for the type of condiments that i want instead of just throwing ketchup. This makes it excellent because I don't like wasting. Keep it up guys props to all your staff.
I recently started working in Korea town and came here for happy hour with co workers. The staff was super friendly and prompt with their service. I tried several dishes and they were all tasty. I did try the chicken feet they are famous for,, they tasted ok but they really weren't my thing,, too many bones. I will definitely return if the opportunity arises. This is located in the H Mart shopping Center on the 3rd floor and parking was easy as the structure is attached.

I was so happy my food was made fresh. What a difference. I wish I had bought 2 combos 🤣🤣. It was really good. The reason I gave it 3 stars was because after I ordered I waited to long. Not because it was freshly made, but because the guy up front wasn't paying attention to my COMPLETED order on the monitor. He noticed others'. But not mine. I asked the lady about it and told hwr how long I had been waiting, she looked up and immediately started bagging my meal. I wish I had read her name. I really appreciate her. Again, the meal (breakfast) was delicious!! No exaggeration.

I come here more often than I'd like to admit, and at weird hours. They've always been good and quick with the food and service. I went yesterday and their service was top notch once again. Could not recommend this location more. Great employees and consistently good food. I will say the area is a little rough, not their fault and they seem to do the best they can. I always use the drive through and have never had an issue.
Today I went to Burger King to place my order, and as usual, it was a great experience! My order was taken smoothly, and when I got to the drive-thru window, I was greeted by Efren, who has amazing customer service. He was incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be at work, which is honestly rare to see these days. My food was great as always — I’ve never had a single complaint about this particular Burger King. Everything is always fresh, hot, and they get custom orders perfect every time. Plus, it’s all done in a timely manner, which I really appreciate. Special thanks to Efren for his outstanding service and positive attitude. He’s definitely an asset to the team and made my visit even better!

Great place to use a clean restroom, however someone kept on knocking while I was engaged in the toilet . I found out later the women's restroom was out of service. I was annoyed and will use a chevron restroom next time 😡

It's been 2 long for me to remember. Wasn't doing surveys at the time. But I love the breakfast croissants and the Double Whopper with no onion. which I cut in half and take the other half with me. My husband can eat two of them, greedy Joker. Still, their nuggets are absolutely fantastic and the reason that I love those Burgers is because they are flame-broiled, allowing the fat to drip down rather than just stay in the pan. But still, it's a fast food restaurant. I don't remember if there are bathrooms... don't remember the parking it's been too long sorry guys
The area this Burger King is gross and ghetto, I fear for my safety! The food isn't good nor bad. The dining booths are a bit dirty & you see bums walk in just to sit down or use the bathroom. Employees aren't great but they get the job down.
I usually stop by this location for my quick breakfast. This morning I went in the drive thru ordered a #3 meal (French toast sticks) with a vanilla iced coffee. The employee repeated back "number 4 meal" (3 and 4 sound nothing alike). I corrected her and proceeded to the window. After receiving my drink and my bag, I drove to my destination only to realize when I got there that they had given 10 chicken nuggets and a syrup packet! No French toast sticks. I was quite upset to say the least; chicken nuggets, iced coffee and a syrup packet. I then tried to call the number on the receipt to complain only to get the message that the number is disconnected. My next step was to Google the location for a more accurate phone number; that number is also disconnected. I'm incredibly disturbed and want my money back for this horrible inconvenience!
I ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget and got some old tired dried out chicken chunks.
Went through the drive-thru, service was good and pretty quick to take my order. I was in the drive-thru waiting for 20 min. They forgot to give me my drink and I had to remind them. Chicken nuggets were slightly burnt. This was a pretty slow Saturday, only 2 cars in front of me. They took long for both of their orders too. I don't think in n out takes this long and they are busier. Overall 3/5 ⭐️
The service is slow. They also need faster service I know they're not holding quality cook times or faster serving times because the service sucks at this location.
My experience today wasnt very good. I figured after they did the remodeling that it would be totally different from before. Because before was horrible. But today they were understaffed causing a very long wait to order also for the food. Food was hot and tasted ok tho. Wouldnt come here again.
Far too slow and too many mistakes for $20 an hour. This is ridiculous, there is so many competent people out there that would happily do everything right for $20 an hour.
It's like stepping back into the 80s and be careful with the rat he's been there awhile so to update this review . they finally gave the place a face lift after all the years and now its a place you can go and have a good meal.
They always close way before the time posted on the doors say they're closed. Service is slow always filled with homeless people and transients. The dining room smells. If it wasn't for their $1 Frappuccinos I would never go there.

I was charged for items I asked for but I didn’t recieve them. I noticed once I was home, I tried calling but the phone number listed on the receipt is no longer in service. I tried to do the survey but I couldn’t because the person working in the drive didn’t give me the complete receipt. It’s missing the store number. In my order I also asked for cheese sticks and one was bitten. Like you can literally see the teeth marks. I give it two stars because the food was warm other than I was missing part of the order. I had to come home and cook for myself. Something I didn’t want to do since I’ve been sitting in the doctors office for 2 hours with a toddler. All I wanted to do was sit down and eat. I suggest that the orders are double checked before the are given to the guest. One last thing... some employees need to work on customer service. The one that got my payment wasn’t as courteous as the other one I’ve encountered.
I'm giving this review 2 stars because I didn't get food poisoning. I know the expectations for a fast food restaurant are not the same as a steakhouse, but this place is over the top on neglecting simple duties. The dining area here was VILE. Not one booth or table was clean. Half eaten food and sauces laid about, spilled drinks, trash on the floors. Unacceptable and lazy. This is the 3rd time I've caved in and ordered from this location. The food was OK . The restrooms are very dirty. It really sucks that the playground is closed for the kids to play It is always close every time they come and visit Cali . I bring them here because before I used to be open, but the manager let me know that they are permanently closed and they are going to be demoing you down which sucks because a lot of people look forward to bringing the kids out to eat and play .
Short of stuff , not enough supply in the store ( they don't have ketchup) also doesn't take giftcard from the same restaurant. Need to improve a lot .

Horrible Drive-Thru Service. I was literally waiting at the speaker for 10 minutes and none of the workers said a singe thing. When I finally went up to the window the worker was rude and she said that I wasn’t waiting at the speaker at all. How else did I go through the drive-thru window if I didn’t pass through the speaker🤦♂️
It 9:01 pm and the location is closed when it says the drive threw is open till 12 am. The employee are rude, no manners nor customer service I won't be surprised if they get closed down soon.

I received old & burnt onion rings you wouldn't even feed a dog. Luckily my whooper was ok, but this totally ruined my experience! When I tried calling they DO NOT answer the phone, so I decided to post this review. I will never go to this Burger King again. Don't waist your money here like I did.
*Poor customer service* The cashier Blanca was really rude I ordered food to go I still repeated my order twice to her to make sure to get my order right. I ordered two whopper combos with cheese and I get two jr whopper with no cheese. And she gets mad when I tell her about the mistake she made when she took my order instead of apologizing. The manager was to busy to help me out I waited. I just took the two jr whopper with no cheese that I got charged for and left I’m never coming back to this Burger King location.
I don't normally write reviews for any fast food, but I watched from the drive-thru window of this location as the employee made a shake, then used their un-gloved fingers to scrape the rest of the shake from the stirrer and into the cup. I will never go to this location again simply for the fear of getting food poisoning. They seem to violate health codes pretty nicely here.
This burger King must be unorganized because I ordered here from gub hub and they messed up my entire order they need to look at what they are doing read the tickets it may be packed with people but food quality is what makes customers happy do a better job morning people if u don't like ur job plz do us all a favor and quit
Ordered my food at the drive thru. It was 3 impossible whoppers. Waited in line for 20 min to get to the front when I'm told: "we're sold out of impossible whoppers, sorry about that" like whyd you let me order and wait in line if you didn't even have it
Workers are rude, long lines. As my boyfriend asked for a token to use the restroom while in line the worker proceeded to demand him to say please with a bad tone as If she wasnt gonna be thanked. Also, one of the workers had her children in the restroom with her playing around. As I knocked she opened the door and spoke to me in Spanish calling me, "vieja pendeja". I dont know who manages this Burger King and if one of the workers I had this experience is the manager, corporate needs to get in contact asap and get them proper training on speaking to customers.
They ask to drop quarters coins to visit the restroom, even if you don't have cash with you

The app says 10 pm dune -in but they closed dining room at 9 15 pm . I even got off my bus commute so I can eat there. And the manager wouldn't serve me . WTH Why are they allowed to close there doors whenever they want to . So they can take off early or start cleaning early . What about the customers that don't drive .
Very slow service
11 pm. This guy taking our order was talking on the phone. It took 20 minutes to get our food. Our whoppers were cold and soggy. Fries cold. Nuggets cold. What the hell was this guy doing back there? Did he put our food in the freezer after he made it? The reason you guys aren't doing good is because you are hiring incompetent people that hire other incompetent people. To remedy this situation you need to replace these ungrateful people with robots.
Absolutely disgusting. I got the French toast meal around 9:30, so well before breakfast was over. The French toast was hard and stale with a burnt after taste and the hash browns were saltier than McDonald’s fries. It’s just nasty.
Overpriced, staff not paying attention and customer service was not high quality. I order a combo plus 3 other orders of fries and only received 3 fries and my orange juice was never given with my order. The staff were not attentive at all. Never going to this place again.
Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger in the drive thru. When I got home I find out they gave me a regular cheeseburger, single patty and no bacon. Never coming here again.

This establishmet doesn't deserve at least one star, their workers are Extremely Rude!! I was ordering my food and she kept interrupting me every second saying "she couldn't hear me or I wasn't speaking correctly" as i got to the window I asked if the monitor wasn't working? She ignored me by saying she had another order and slamed the window on my face. As a valuable costumer I don't think her attitude or job training was very professional. They double charge me, ask to speak to the manger no help,. Stated the card didn't go threw but when I check online it said it was charge to my account. I used another to pay . manger stated it would go back to my account, it never did
They take order which is out of stock and refuse request for recepit and cancel the order because i am using koisk not a their register counter. Every body on the register just focus on take order for drive thru only and not even seeing the customer in the store. How can i using the register instead of koisk? More than that, every crew member in the counter tring to ifnore me, seemed like they tring to they can not see me. I didnt aggresive but talking only in the calm only. I am strongly recomende that be prepare yourself that you will treated by badly at here.

The girl taking orders today, October 24th 2025 morning shift has a terrible attitude and did not give me my 2 number 1 breakfast sandwiches but gave both hashbrowns...too bad the food is good but the service always lacks at this location
1. The cashier I don’t think spoke English that well and kept saying “huh?” and couldn’t understand my order 2. Same cashier forgot an item when she said my order’s ready, was like “how can I help you” and was like “oh yeah” when I pointed it out 3. This is not a Jack o Whopper 4. There was a hair in my food
The woman with glasses working the drive-thru at 3am was very rude. She's supposed to be at the drive-thru window during work hours,I spoke on the speaker and no one responded to me. Then I drove to the pick-up window and no one was there. I waited for 10 minutes before she came back and complained that I didn't speak on the speaker before. She thinks she's not wrong, it's all my fault ,She was so rude and she shouldn't treat customers like that.

The people forget fries like they get paid to keep as many as possible. And when I asked the cashier "why didn't you just hand me my mobile order when I asked instead of handing out these other orders?" They respond with attitude "we have a lot of customers you ordered twice." All along the answer to my question was a simple " your order wasn't ready". Don't work in customer service if you cannot be polite.
Wow the staff doesn't what they're doing with horrible bad attitude, made a big order and still missed one item which was a 2pk of tacos woah, I ordered a texas double whooper as I take my first bite i felt something strange guess what it was a hair what is going on ??!!! Please take not at this ASAP!!!
