Really good place. It's so comfortable watch a film and go to eat after it. The only problem is with the queue. It is so long. I suggest to put a device that allowed to do orders from it.

It's a nice place to visit for quick food. Like snack box and pata puff with Pepsi refill Or have a lunch or dinner with bucket. Zinger hot and insalata are good to eat.

Ho visitato questo KFC tre volte e, purtroppo, ogni volta ho trovato l’area ristorante poco pulita. C’era spesso un odore sgradevole, le sedute erano unte e l’ambiente nel complesso poco igienico. Anche i bagni erano sporchi, con resti di cibo nei lavandini e un odore difficile da sopportare. Però devo dire che il servizio è stato buono le commesse erano gentili, il locale è spazioso con tanti schermi disponibili e le opzioni di cibo sono ampie. Tuttavia, la pulizia e l’igiene dovrebbero essere migliorate

I don’t have anything to say about quality or the taste of food, but one thing that stood out was the bathroom. I wanted to wash my hands before the meal, and when I entered the bathroom, it smelled like homeless people were living there. It affected the appetite, my mood, and experience at this restaurant.

I bagni sono sporchissimi. Io avevo ordinato una piadina ed la ho pagata 10€ ed nn era neanche grande quanto il mio polso

ci sono stato diverse volte e di recente lo trovo nettamente peggiorato, personale disorganizzato anche con pochi clienti, servizio lento, locale sporco, promozione truffa per avere 4 nuggets in omaggio, una volta ottenuto il codice sconto, facendo un questionario e fondendo l’indirizzo email, si scopre che é valido solo su un acquisto di almeno 6€, allego foto.

Peccato. Da tempo che non mangiavo lì e sinceramente non è che abbia ricevuto una bella sorpresa. Bagno disordinato. Cibo che sinceramente ha mancanza di sapore: sale, patatine con doritos immangiabili e pollo secco oppure con troppo olio. Inizialmente uno dei miei fast food preferiti, ma d’ora in poi difficilmente che torni.

Sono sei mesi e più che vado in quel locale, i distributori delle bevande esce solo acqua per il tè alla pesca e per quello del limone. Il manager cosa fa tutto il tempo? Niente? Che schifo di KFC

Staff were not accommodating and not too concerned about the order.. Food was ok but the classic sandwich was cold and dry.. so I had to change it and wait another 40 min. Need more improvement educating staff..

The food was cold and we had ordered a bucket with 10 pieces but they gave us 9 pieces which one of them was too small. The toilets were dirty, and I ran out of paper and soap. the toilet locks were not working as well. However the tables and area were clean.

I’ve been here last week, the place was good and the food also but one thing that I don’t like is the rudeness. It’s not our fault that our order was lacking and of course we will come back because we paid...it’s okay if just only one item but more than one. The Filipino guy in the counter was rude instead of saying sorry because we made a mistake, then he started to get angry and he gave us another item that we don’t order. So, please next time do it your job and check well. Thank you.

Esperienza pessima. Non so da dove cominciare. Il locale è sporco da far paura.. tavoli appiccicosi, pavimento unto. Il cibo, che una volta era decente, ormai è immangiabile, freddo e senza gusto. Ma la cosa peggiore è l’ambiente.. ragazzini che fumano le loro sigarette elettroniche dentro al locale come se fosse normale, ridono, urlano e disturbano tutti, mentre lo staff finge di non vedere nulla. Il bagno è uno schifo totale. Puzza troppo, pavimento bagnato e sporco, sembra non venga pulito da giorni/settimane. Ti viene la nausea solo a entrarci. Non oso immaginare la cucina. Davvero un peccato vedere un marchio come KFC ridotto così. Sconsigliatissimo: esperienza da dimenticare. Fortunatamente ci sono altri KFC a Milano perché da voi mai più.

Questo pomeriggio sono andato al centro commerciale Bicocca, al ristorante KFC, e ho ordinato da asporto. Ho aggiunto la foto qui. A parte il servizio mediocre offerto dalle due dipendenti questo pomeriggio/sera, si sono dimenticati un menù completo di quasi 17 euro e me ne sono accorto quando sono tornato a casa, ho provato a contattarli ma era già chiuso. Pensavo fosse pieno perché il peso delle borse era eccessivo. A quanto pare, su 3 drink ne hanno aggiunti 5 e si sono dimenticati un menù. In conclusione, assumete persone che hanno voglia di lavorare, non persone mediocri come quelle due ragazze.

Il classico kfc americano. Solo pollo fritto con le sue varianti. Bibite con refeel gratuito ma senza ghiaccio. Non hanno ghiaccio nel negozio. Le bibite CALDE SONO INBEVIBILI. Non cè l ho fatta neanche a finire la mia piccola coca cola per quanto era calda e inbevibile

schifo. bacon sulle patatine ancora congelato, lo abbiamo fatto notare e ci hanno detto che lo avrebbero rifatto (non lo hanno fatto). porte tutte aperte c’era un sacco di corrente e anche col giubbino faceva freddo. mai più.

Il distributore di bibite era rotto e il refill usciva in modo scombinato. Una cassiera mi ha riempito il bicchiere, ma solo a metà ho scoperto che dentro c’era finito il tubo esterno del distributore. Lo aveva visto e non l’ha tolto, cosa davvero poco igienica e inaccettabile. In un altro ordine fatto insieme al mio mancavano le patatine, e il bacon nel panino era addirittura crudo. Servizio pessimo e zero controllo qualità. Non tornerò.

Servizio ultra peggiorato negli anni. Ora il 99% dei prodotti te lo servono tutto freddo in quanto non preparando nulla al momento dell'ordinazione rimane tutto lì finché qualcuno non lo acquista. Cura zero del prodotto e del cliente. Inoltre il locale risulta poco pulito e privo di manutenzione periodica. Personale sempre inadeguato, scocciato e senza nessun tipo di problem solving. Provare per credere. Imbarazzante.

Ambiente super caotico e sporco. Nelle ultime tre volte siamo venuti a cena con altri 3 amici. In 4 fra il primo ordine e l'ultimo passano 40 minuti. Quindi o il primo mangia da solo o mangia il cibo congelato. Fast food ma senza la parte fast

Son venuta a mangiare il 31/10 al pomeriggio. Mi son trovata male, partendo dal fatto che mi ha fatto strano che (le ragazze che lavorano li) avessero le code sciolte e non i capelli raccolti come si deve (anche se la ragazza che mi ha servita è stata gentilissima ed educata) poi è passata una delle commesse (dentro il front) palesemente mangiando visto che stava masticando cose. Il cibo quando mi è stato dato era tiepido, praticamente freddo (panino, nuggets e buket di tender) mentre le mozzarelline e le patatine erano calde. Mentre stavamo mangiando è entrato r si è seduto giusto nel tavolo accanto al nostro un gruppo (una 10ina) di ragazzini/e sui 16 anni con uno speaker con la musica, fumavano le sigarette elettroniche dentro, facevano baccano e oltretutto nessuno di loro stava consumando (dopo un 10 minuti senza neanche finire di mangiare ce ne siamo andate via per il fastidio). I commessi hanno visto e nessuno a provveduto a farli allontanare. È stata veramente euna brutta esperienza, ci ero andata molto volentieri non avendo mai provato kfc. NON ci tornerò sicuramente.

Il cibo è buono, come sempre da KFC: pollo molto buono. Tuttavia in questo locale ogni volta che vado, ci sono sempre gruppi di ragazzini seduti ai tavoli che fumano le loro sigarette e nessuno dello staff interviene. (Come fanno a non vederli?) Considerando che è un posto pensato anche per famiglie, sarebbe importante far rispettare le regole e garantire un ambiente più controllato e rispettoso per tutti. Aggiorno la mia recensione dopo alcuni mesi: la qualità del cibo e l’igiene è peggiorato notevolmente. Oltretutto i ragazzini continuano a fumare ai tavoli come niente fosse. Il peggior kfc.

Sono stata stasera al kfc in bicocca, ordinato le mozzarelline e una bibita, le mozzarelline erano fredde, il formaggio dentro era solido, in altri kfc era bello filante. La bibita era tremenda: ho provato la pepsi due volte ed ogni volta era sgasata e con un sapore dolce mai sentito, ho tentato poi con la 7up e mi è uscita letteralmente acqua frizzante. In più il luogo era sporchissimo e mal tenuto.

Bread from the burger was dry. Chicken tender as a “burger patty” was cold and chewy. Cheese bites where cold, chicken nuggets cold as well as not crispy. The fries were warm but also very soggy. The tables are dirty and you can see the oily streaks of an attempt to wipe on all tables. Would not recommend

The sanitary in the toilet is awfully poor and no one keeps tiny properly. The attitudes of the cleaning crew towards the customer is extremely rude and impolite. Basically the good mood is completely destroyed by those two moments here.

The staff here have a reluctant behaviour with customers from other nationalities.... You could just imagine what it means to wait for an icecream for about half an hour because we ordered as a a group of persons and they were concerned about serving small orders and tell that their machines are incapable of serving a quantity of 8 icecreams..... Then after a quarrel they served us with a bitter face continuing to justify their adamant character..... I would never return there.... I never had such an experience in none of the restaurants so far in Italy..... The tables are so dirty that we had to clean them before eating so that our dress won't touch the table and get dirty.... In Bicocca Village you will find many other restaurants, which may cost a bit, but you will be treated as a customer and not as a Dog..... Shame on you KFC, a global player for such a terrific customer service and for the violent character of your staff....... Thanks to this branch of yours, i know why i must never go for eating in KFC or should never suggest people to eat at KFC.... What a pity for you KFC...

I bought the "original" here with two pieces of chicken and was craving the KFC crispy, I hadn't had in a long time. But, guess what, there was nothing crispy about it. It was way too much oily, which I tried drying off on the tissue, but it simply won't go. Also, after seeing it, I never felt that they were even trying to make it crispy. I usually don't rant about such kind of stuff, but this was nostalgia I was craving, and I thought at least KFC would be able to give me my fix, but alas no! I came out of there dejected and depressed.
