Looked clean upon entering the store. Fast service when picking up mobil ordered food. Got a little extra food I didn't order but I'm glad I got to try out the chicken fries. I will order them next time.

I got here for breakfast almost every day. The staff are great people and try to get to you as fast as possible. They usually have the news on in the morning so it good to catch up with what is going on in the world. It is usually very clean when I go in. The breakfast dollar menu is great!!

I've always liked Burger King's Whopper . they are huge and the fries are good here. The char-broiled taste is just like their burger is off the bbq grill. The employees, service is friendly, they are organized and very quick here....

The food here is always hot and fresh the only thing is they don't do lettuce wraps the worker always have great customer service they never dirty ....over all 10/10

I went here after a long day being at the mechanic and I had a gift card as well. I went and got the number one large as I always seem to do and it was good exclamation point the young fellow at the window was very professional and cool and he what's doing with the gift card because he had to scan it and then type it in, because it was on my phone and not a physical gift card. I will be back and it's a great location

Everyone i come here, I feel I am still at home. All of the staff here make sure my order is correct and with extra sauce and onions. Angie at night, runs the store firm but fair and her staff is better for the environment. The food is always fresh and hot. This location attached to a gas station, but it should expand into that space for a bigger store. If you need a traditional BK experience. This is it.

I really never have a problem with them, my order is always accurate and I always have a huge order dur to the fact I have eight kids at home. Morning crew are so nice. I come almost everyday for my coffee. Bathrooms need to be attended more and they need to work on better scheduling at noon when everyone is at lunch they get behind on the lunch rush. Food great. No mistakes. Clean dining area. They should put a door on kids area to muffle kids yelling. It echos into dining room.

Burger King is Burger king. It's a fast food place. I only eat chicken because I don't eat red meat that often anymore. But the chicken delicious. The fries are hot and now they have Coke 0 so it's a good place to eat for fast food.

This restaurant is attached to a gas station, so it is perhaps not quite up to the normal standards. The men's bathroom was dirty, for example. The service, though, was great - friendly, courteous and helpful. I ordered a Whopper Jr meal as I was not terribly hungry. I upgraded to onion rings which were very good. The burger was smaller than I remembered Jr. Whoppers to be. It was a little sloppy but tasted very good.

It's good quality for a fast food joint! It's just expensive. 2 dry whoppers without cheese and a dry chicken sandwich was $26.00, just the sandwiches. If I wasn't paid to go there, I probably would've gone somewhere else.

Burger King on Hesperia Road Where should I begin? Well, let's see the bathrooms terrible. The food was not all that great. Look like and tastes like the chicken nuggets were hanging around for a while. Food was cold when it got to me. In the service it was okay.

This burger king is located inside the Chevron gas station, my 2nd visit inside the burger king to date. Very very slow every one is moving is slow motion or they are shorthanded. I don't know if they have a shortage of people working but that burger king was downright dirty, the counter you pay on is nasty covered is greasy fingerprints like they haven't cleaned it for months and straw papers laying every where and the windows had greasy fingerprints, the tables were ok like a quick wipe job, but you know the clean smell you some times have in these places is non existent there.

I went for whopper Wednesday it was on $1 can't beat that and for a double $2 and triple $3 bucks. Have to have the app for the deal.The only problem it they took awhile to get my food other than that it was good.

The food was really good, hot, and prepared well. The cleanliness of the restaurant was ok. The bathrooms were not stocked, cleaned, or operationally maintained. No paper towels. The sink faucet was wobbly. There were no toilet seat covers. It was pretty dirty. The restaurant itself was fine except for the fountain drinks. Mine had a berry flavor in the diet Coke.

The food was freshly cooked and tasted great! A little awkward when I pulled up to pay and receive my food the person working drive through was a little wierd and he had my order mixed up with someone else's although there was only 1 other car in the drive through and they were ahead of me.😒🤔

When my 4 year old daughter needed to use the restroom and I had a friends 6 year old developmentally disabled son come into the ladies room for obvious reasons(age and disability) the manager asked him to leave the restroom and said he couldn't be in the ladies room... What!?!?!?! Seriously.. Who in there right mind would leave a 6 year old developmentally disabled child in the dining area alone??? As parents it's our responsibility to look after the safety and well being of our children. I'm sorry but I've seen way too many "caught on camera" attempted or actual child abductions.. Burger King manager on duty.... Use a little common sense.. And compassion..

It was okay. The meals I got didn't include cheese and didn't know it till after I paid. I feel the cashier should have asked if I wanted cheese, you should always up sale😂

Usually do drive threw in the mornings and just salty because I get no meat on my breakfast sandwiches and half the the time they forget .

It's a real hit or miss with this location. Sometimes it's the employees behavior that ruins our visit and sometimes it's the food. In my opinion both food and customer service should be as good as the other. When the food is good it's real good and when it's bad it's bad bad. Fries sometimes are raw or too overcooked and when you ask nicely for new ones they make you feel like you did something wrong. The food will sometimes be cold especially the bread making it crumble more than it should. Tip: order as specific as possible so if they get it wrong they can't blame you for it. Even the most common sense requests like normal temp fries or bread.

Don't let the kids play in the play area .. honestly was disgusting and disappointed in how they kept it never cleaned once and not alot of play areas in fast food places ... explains why this once hasn't been cleaned In years it seemed .. fun but not sanitary for kids at ALL .

The young boys working here were telling stories about fights they’ve been in. They were referring to each other as the N-word a lot, even though they were all Hispanic or white. The manager tried to shush them, but they kept going. She gave up rather quickly. Besides me waiting for the food, there was a young mom with her two little kids dining in. I felt like it was disrespectful.

They were nice, but bagged the Hershey's pie in with hot, freshly made food so the pie had started melting, and forgot the dressings for our salads so I had to go back in for them. They also forgot the dipping sauces for our chicken nuggets, but we were already out of the area before we noticed so we couldn't go back. Edit: Just noticed that we were also shorted a pack of croutons for the salads.

Disappointing, even for a Burger King in Victorville. Whoppers were just okay. The fries were soggy and limp. Unkept restroom that they share with a gas station. They didn't even have the TV on in the dining room. Boo!

That leads to the second problem of the number of people standing in line while the one person behind the counter was busy bagging orders and dealing with Drive-Thru customers. At no point did he acknowledge the people waiting in line with a simple “I will be with you in a moment.” There were self-help kiosks off to the side, but no one should have to use a kiosk to place an order considering the price of fast food. This store suffers from a lack of staffing. It isn’t just this store, but most fast food restaurants are severely understaffed. Considering the high wages being paid for fast food workers in California, there should be people chomping at the bit to work anymore. This leads me to believe that Burger King chooses to be understaffed. The only thing that kept me from giving this store a one star review is that Burger King does serve a better tasting hamburger than most other fast food stores.

I took a bite, and taste was nasty of oil, it actually made my stomach upset. I will probably never return to this location. Just because it's late doesn't mean the quality should be like this, I suggest management to retrain employees to keep quality of food good and safe during all business hours.

How would burger king feel if instead of paying with US Dollars I instead payed with monopoly money?? You cant use it for anything but it looks and feels great in the hand!. And this is in addition to being told to pull forward and sit on the curb so they can keep their drive-through time artificially low.

Drove 3 miles off the 15 fwy to get some BK, only to sit in the drive through for 10 min before someone came outside to tell us they were closed. This was at 9:20pm. They don't close until 10:00pm. Ended up going next door to Wienershnitzel. Very Displeased.

Here today for lunch - Staff attitude is indifferent - had to request sugar for my ice tea, none available on counter. They never call my order number, I ended having to go to the counter to remind and request my meal. Individual whom appeared to be homeless, came in and was about to approach me, but then just left. Not enjoyable at all.

I just left after having me sit for 25 minutes at the first window you didn't give me my complete order i tried calling the number you have online i cant leave a message You should of told me i need to check my order before leaving because its easier than you paying attention to what it says in front of you. This is the second time ordering from this Burger King. I ordered the Texas western burger which supposed to have jalapeños. My burger had no jalapeños. They also didn't have cheesy tots and no marinara sauce for mozzarella sticks. I won't be returning back to this Burger King.

This location is HORRIBLE. The workers are so rude!! I had to go through drive through again for the rest of the order and you really have a worker say “We already gave you your two bags” I said it’s not all in there and I was missing a drink. My husband and I came through the drive through at 9:00 with our children and we're greeted with the rudest and most disrespectful window service. First of all it took her a minute to answer us when we went up to the window then was mad about answering questions about the food. We left and didn't get no food cause we felt like she was going to do something to it. If you're going to act like that towards customers then you shouldn't be in customer service.

All my food was soggy. My fries were soggy, and my chicken sandwich was soggy. The only thing that was not too soggy was my onion rings. It was literally the worst meal I've had from a burger King. Do better.

I went to Burger King and tried to place an order through their drive thru. Both online and on their drive thru window it said that they were open until 10pm. I arrived at 9:30pm. No one answered over the loud speaker so I went to the window, thinking that possibly their microphones or loud speaker was down. I was ignored, even after I knocked. It's fine if a place is closed but update your hours and if both the online information and the drive thru info say your open, at least be professional and let the customer know.

Tried to order the challenge meal 7.99. A whopper and impossible burger. At the Pickup window they informed me they dont have the impossible burger. Had to redo my order to jr whopper meal for 4.99 and a chicken nuggets and fries for 3.00. Tried to tell them its 7.99 plus tax with the coupons. The manager over charged. Said to give him 11.00 back out of the 20.00 that I gave them . A little short.

Everything fine until I got home. I usually check my bag to make sure order is complete but for some reason I didn't (went 2 days ago). So my 9 year old niece for some reason doesn't eat certain things so got her a plain cheeseburger. Hers wasn't in the bag. I was upset and called the restaurant right away. Their tone of voice was pretty upsetting. They said to go back for it. I explained nothing is near by so now I would return while rest of food got cold. They stayed quiet and said if I was returning or not. That got me even more upset. I said I'm not returning today write down my info and did. Didn't ask what item it was so I said arent you even concerned with what was missing and said yes of course. I said a little girl isnt getting her cheeseburger and he again stayed quiet. No apologies no concern in his voice. Yes gace my niece half my cheeseburger and removed everything from it. I think I could have handled situation better because I was upset but his tone got me even more upset.

Went through drive thru and ordered two kids meals, they didn't give us fries and the nuggets were old. Tried to call to let them know they didn't give us fries and their number is not accepting calls. Waste of money

One thing about this Burger King location is you sure will remember them not because of the outstanding service but by the outstanding rude customer service they have! Plus my food wasn’t fully cooked and it’s very upsetting specially when it costed 20+ be careful ordering from here

I only put one star because I had to in order to comment. I just came from this location and it was horrible ! The outside is so dirty, the order machine is broken, and most importantly the server was unbelievably rude! She didn’t even give me her name after I asked and shut the window on me. Rolled her eyes the entire time, I didn’t even bother eating my food.. I will be calling corporate, I hope nobody has to experience what I got from her. She’s an older women with salt and pepper hair.

There was a piece of bone or something hard in my daughters chicken nugget. It cut her gums. Like pierced it! Never letting Burger King come near my kid again.

The website says the close at 12am. I showed up at 11:05pm and they were closed. Won't be back here again.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,I ordered breakfast platter & wasn't given syrup or butter. I had to go back to the counter multiple times. THIS PLACE SUCKS

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BURGER KING ON THE APP They are consistently out of things like ice cream or new things like the spicy strawberry sprite. If you want a refund because they do not have something, you have to do it through the app. When you try to get a refund on the app, they give you the runaround. If you have more than 2 refunds, they will REFUSE to refund you. You will have to resolve this theft through your card company by doing a chargeback, which costs Burger King even more money. The customer service employees are incompetent. Store employees are very nice.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Angie (if that was really her name) was extremely rude. I did a Mobil order and she said they don’t offer apple sauce that I ordered. I asked for a refund for the apple sauce and she said “no.” She stated that the apple sauce was free when it wasn’t it was $2.29. I explain I paid for the apple sauce and she said she can’t do a refund. I asked how can get a refund since I paid she said “ I don’t know, call corporate” To think that was bad enough I asked her for sauce for my first order because I placed 2 Mobil orders and she charged me 25 cents per sauce despite the fact she was already rude about the apple sauce situation and not even offering anything to replace the apple sauce. It’s just the principle, fast food workers are getting paid $20 an hour the least they can do is have decent customer service skills. So disappointing.

Nothing is ever hot/ fresh at this location ! The attitudes are unreal especially the older lady at the drive thru! Don’t waste your money or time !

I’m considering the one star a zero. On Thursday around 6:40pm Angie (manager) had the most awful attitude as soon as we walked in and taking our order was no better. My mom went up to the counter to ask her for something and the lady started being racist towards my spanish speaking mother and told her that she needs to speak english to her. i cannot believe how disgusting this lady was i have never had any issues with discrimination and this behavior is absolutely disgusting. i need the general managers number or corporates office because i will be reporting this worker to a higher up this is foul behavior and displaying racism will make you go out of business. do better burger kind your employees have the worst attitude. I will NEVER eat at this place again. i expect fo something to be done because THIS is nothing lightly.
