I always eat here and my first burger, I purchased was hot and well put together. My second and third burger was cold, sloppy, not fresh. I want be eating here again.. Unless, I want some fries.

Bathrooms were filthy, took forever to order, and food was wrong. Combo burritos were all beef and it is nothing like the Barstow facility. Should have stopped there

Food is delicious. Staff is great. But it smells like old moldy mop inside. Makes me sad cause the restaurant is nice otherwise.

I love coming here for lunch but honestly this is foul I asked for a strawberry lemonade with extra strawberries they gave me 2 strawberries in my drink. I’m not sure if they were being petty because I said extra strawberries. This is supposed to be a value drink but got charged extra for strawberries just to end up with 2.

I stopped in Victorville for business, on a lunch break, wanted something healthy. Thinking maybe chicken soft tacod is the healthiest choice. They were dry as hell! I asked the cashier for more sauce, he wanted to charge me, even though their food was so dry it's sticking to the roof of my mouth. I said "Or you csn just give me a refund" she said "70 cents for sauce" and explain that I didn't want to charge 70 cents. So the manager at the drive thru, told the cashier to refund me. I said "WOW! You would rather refund me, than give me more sauce?" They didn't respond and refunded me. Ok. With everytable empty, you would think they would appreciate each paying customer. Or maybe it's because I'm of color, you think? A good manager would have apologized for dry food and gave me sauce, then asked is there anything else I needed while eating in their empty restaurant. The other thing is, when I went in the bathroom, there was a toilet full of feces, and it was disgusting. I flushed it with my foot just to be nice, so nobody will come in and think I did that. I rather hold it and go to El Pollo Loco.

Came 3 days in a row for dinner and all 3 times they say the milkshake machine is being cleaned come on guys stop being lazy and just make the damn shake won’t come here again if you’re to lazy for a machine to stir a shake for you then I def don’t want you making my food

This one sucks they don’t sell sausage at all and they don’t sell the breakfast wraps anymore it’s literally just bacon or steak burritos. Del taco is going down hill.

I got food poisoning from the beef and bean burritos yesterday. Horrible it lasted afternoon and night. Wonder if anyone else got sick August 3rd

The person taking my order had very little English language skills. I ordered three crunchy tacos and all three of the shells were crumbled when I unwrapped them to eat them.
