Lady at the front who seated us was not the greatest at all. She was not friendly. The server Rayvin is one of the kindest human beings we have ever met. We took our 15 month old with us for dinner and he was over it before the appetizers even got to the table. We ended up switching everything to go and she was more than happy to accommodate us. Her emotional intelligence and active listening made our experience so much better. She deserves to be promoted and acknowledged by Olive Garden for her amazing service. Olive Garden!! It’s always so delicious. I recommend everything. I always like to try something different. The classic tour of Italy is a favorite of mine. I also love the shrimp Alfredo and of course the fresh bread and dipping sauce. Happy Hour is also a fun time here. Specially after a long day at work on a Friday.

I scored the Atmosphere a one because it's Valentine's Day and it was crazy busy and of course it was crazy chaotic there. They need a little bit more organizational plan for a holiday like this. However, the food was amazing! Really delicious! Once I found someone they really went out of the way to help me. Best food worth waiting for.

My first time at Olive Garden and I really enjoyed it. Had a 4 course meal where I started with a chicken soup that was free with the entree, then a Stuffed Ziti Fritta, for an appetizer, which as a cheese lover I really enjoyed, then a Shrimp Alfredo, for my entree, which was the best shrimp pasta I ever had, and then I topped it of with a Sicilian Cheesecake that was also great. All in all it was a pleasant experience and the service was so good. My only comment would be that the place is a bit expensive. Highly recommended for Italian food and cheese lovers

The Olive garden offers great lunch specials. You can actually get The Classico Lasagna for 8.99 and add endless soup and salad for 3.99. It's an outstanding deal for an upscale restaurant. The soup is fantastic! The service was great! Our server was new, but they trained him very well. I was very pleased with everything!

Sat at the bar and had a wonderful experience with a bartender named Georgiana. She was extremely nice and got my order in quick even with all my healthy modifications. I have the rosemary chicken with broccoli and a side salad no croutons or cheese. My only complaint is they did not have any other vegetables. Would love some mixed veggies or asparagus. Food would be a 4/5 service was a 5/5 even with it being very busy.

i believe my waitress’ name was kacey-anne, and she was one of the sweetest waiters my family and i have had the delight of experiencing in the unfortunate short time we had with her. She was removed from our service by management shortly before she could continue waiting our table, which was very unfair, as she was working so hard to attend to us and surrounding guests. i hope for the best for her, and management needs to do better!

3/20/2025... First time here with my significant other... My belated birthday at Olive Garden. I was so embarrassed with the birthday song. I haven't heard it for years. It sure made me smile big and wide 😁... The waiter was so polite and attentive. It's a 5 stars service in my opinion for the main waiter. The hostess was not that knowledgeable about the coupons they offered online about the birthday dessert. As well as a stand in waiter who only brought us water but did not come back to confirm with us if they had bacon bits on their menu. She pretty much was clueless about their online coupons as well and don't know their menu. I will definitely come back here again just because of our main waiter customer service. We ordered 2 of the Tour of Italy entree with 2 Chicken & Gnocchi soup. Plus one extra soup refill of another favor which is Pasta E Fagioli Soup. It also comes with two bread sticks for each entree which tasted a bit dry. Soups, salad, and bread sticks are endless but we only asked for one extra soup. We also ordered a Shrimp Frito Misto appetizer which tasted a bit salty. Ended the day with a free dessert of my choice. I've picked the tiramisu which is my first time trying it. It tasted scrumptious. Reminds me of the cream coffee type cake from the buffet spot called W Spoons. Plus I'm not a fan of coffee since it's too strong and it make my head hurts but this dessert was delicious. The main entree tasted delectable. Overall I was pretty satisfied. I was super full and ended with some leftover to take home.

Tonight we came in with a large group of 12 and our servers Natalie and Cole were absolutely amazing. They were both so friendly and attentive to our table. Making sure our drinks were refilled and everything was ok. Both Natalie and Cole were friendly and smiling every time either of them came to our table or attending to the the adjacent table. That goes a long way to show they made a mistake and they do care about their customers and fixing the problems I experienced. I have always loved Olive Garden's food. I especially love the eggplant parmesan. I think it's one of the best around. The chicken and gnocchi soup is amazing! So I've been to my fare share of Italian restaurants and I will honestly say I've lived here in the high desert for over 30 years and I don't know why I never wanted to try this place. I'm actually mad at myself for wanting to. I have a favorite Italian restaurant that I always go to but I will definitely say this is such an amazing place that it is my rank 2 on my fav food spots here in the HD. The setting is very elegant, the staff are extremely welcoming and courteous to all customers, and the upkeep on cleanliness was by far spotless. The food was absolutely fantastic! Both me and my wife LOVED it i was extremely suprised of how good the chicken parm was i would totally eat like 3 servings of just this! The pasta was super flavorful and just man so worth the wait and I would definitely recommend anyone passing through to try it out!

I felt regal. The food was good. You just need to call ahead to be on the waitlist as it can get longer and longer wait time.

Had lunch, and the food was delicious (eggplant parm). Although my service was average, I would have liked it if she was a little more on top of my tables needs. Several of us ran out of drinks and our "endless " salads or soups. She eventually had other servers help her, but it was just dragging for lunchtime. There were 3 of us. It's not a big group. It's still good to visit.

Food is always of a good consistent quality. Our waitress was incredible so felt I had to come here to share. Mariah J really had it together! There were four of us but she had to do three checks and after lunch we had some to-go orders and she helped us with gift cards and everything. She was fantastic with great service and a smile.

So yummy. Great service considering very little staff. The cheese ravioli was MUCH BETTER than I expected.

A 20 minute wait to be seating, service was a bit behind. Too many tables for one server. She did make up for in keeping our waters filled and bringing new soup and dips. We had the chicken fetecini, soup and salad plus the endless dips. The Alfredo dip was great, the five cheese was good, more tomato than cheese. The salad and pasta are always good. We had enough pasta for left overs with it being the dinner plate.

The wait wasn't too bad for Mother's Day. But we did put our name on the waitlist online before we headed over. The wait time was dead on. The food came out a little slow, but again it was Mother's Day. The server was awesome and the kids had a good time.

Our Waitress was outstanding.... was offered this wine and it was amazing so we ordered a bottle...even was offered another type but it was a red dryer brand....this was white and sweet. Now I always order the Tour of ITALY and it seemed to be of smaller portions and the lasagna looked like the corner end mostly sauce. Bread sticks came 2 at a time and weren't as seasoned as normal but overall the Dinner was amazing, server was polite and got our food out quickly which is a 5☆ Star in my book. We were seated immediately as we walked in as they were busy and at a booth as we requested. The Only reason for 4 or 5 stars is because I know what the plate should look like and there were no layers it again was mostly sauce. Good food Hands Down!!! And we will return... and I will order this again...

This particular Olive Garden was a “meh” to me. It wasn’t bad, it wasn’t great, it was just middle of the ground. The greeters at the door were extremely enthusiastic, but our server was average. She didn’t do a terrible job, but she wasn’t a server that “stood out to me.” The one thing that DID catch my attention was the salmon I ordered. It was fantastic! Both the broccoli and the salmon were better than I ever had anywhere! So, I guess that is enough of a reason for me to come back here. There was one source of irritation for me. Olive Garden gives the children menus and crayons to keep them occupied, but the crayons are terrible! You can’t even color the menus they give the children with the crayons. It’s like someone took a candle, and dipped it in dye, and called it a crayon! Olive Garden, you can do better than this!

It’s March 25. I ordered the Chicken, Shrimp Carbonara. The shrimp was crisp and tasty. The chicken was a piece of mashed…something but it was awful. It did not taste like chicken. Went for dinner, busy Friday night... First day of the month. Everybody's got money today. Expecting a nice dinner with good food. Party of 5. Three order soup and salad, two order entrees. Soup arrives first, no silverware or napkins on table. No bread sticks! Wait wait wait, soups gone, still no bread sticks, No salad. Finally, bread sticks arrive, No refill of soup, still No salad, no entrees and no appetizer. When the salad arrives, it appears to be a bowl of salad from, yesterday or perhaps an accumulation of all the leftover salads from earlier today... No tomatoes, olives, onions or peppers on top or in the mix at all. Wilted old gross lettuce. Unacceptable! The server tried but the food was disappointing and the management needs improvement! All in all, we had to ASK for items to be removed from the bill as they NEVER ARRIVED and we ended up spending over $180 for soup and inedible salad from the trash bin.

I've enjoyed going to different olive gardens over the years but my recent experience here made me not want to go to another ever again. Waitress seemed rude and rushed. She kept reaching over my food. Made me not want to continue eating. If anything order for pick up. Good luck

We waited at the table for long time. My soup was cold and we got charged dinner prices during lunch hours. It was fixed after i mentioned it but it still left me with a bad taste. Waitress was busy and did not check with us too much although she was very nice when she did come around. Overall I got a feeling that I was there wasting their time, not spending enough money?, just a weird vibe. We spend around 1.5 hours to eat lunch. Went in to celebrate my 16 year old grandson’s birthday. There was 11 of us in the group. Took over 40 minutes just to get drinks brought out and only 1 was an alcohol drink. 3 of us ordered all you can eat soup and salad and only got 1 bowl of soup that was just a little over warm. In the 2 and a half hours of being there only had 2 orders of bread sticks and 1 drink refill. 2 of my grandchildren never got there meals and then it took another 30 minutes for them to deduct it from the bill. We were supposed to get to go bags or boxes but waitress never brought packages so we left what we wanted to take with us. Very bad service and when we asked to speak to manager was told he/she (can’t remember who it was) but was 2 busy at the time.

Great food! Great service, Unprofessional host. So they close at 10:00 pm but we came at around 9:20, and we kinda felt bad, because it was getting late of course. And so we started to leave but they insisted but as we were walking to our table the Host did a very loud “sign” and after that we felt uncomfortable. And on top of that she would walk by us and side eye us. Oh and they’re were still people there after hours after we left.

I recently ordered the Tour of Italy and honestly, I walked away disappointed. For a dish that’s supposed to showcase Olive Garden’s “signature” items, it felt more like reheated frozen food than a fresh restaurant entrée. The chicken parm lacked flavor and was dry, the lasagna tasted flat, and the fettuccine Alfredo was heavy without much depth. What really surprised me was that even a simple frozen meal like Stouffer’s seemed better in both flavor and quality. At this price point, I expected something that tasted freshly made, not something that reminded me of grocery store freezer food. Service was fine, but the food just didn’t deliver. If you’re going for Italian comfort food, I’d recommend skipping the Tour of Italy and trying their grilled salmon or Zuppa Toscana instead — those dishes usually taste fresher.

So disappointed in the service and how long it took for us to even see our waiter. He was so careless to helping. They had no silverware available, and after we ate it took 30 minutes to get our bill. We were there from 6pm to 830pm most of it was waiting for someone to come to our table for anything. It was terrible and it was just 3 adult orders and 2 kids orders. Everyone else around us had great waiters, ours was cold and rude. No customer service skills at all.

Today I went to Olive Garden with my family & first we were told it was approx. a 20 min wait. We were never called so we asked how much longer because we were told we were next and they had the name and phone number wrong. So we proceeded to wait another 20-30 mins when they got our name correct. After we ordered a little after we were seated we waited approx. 30 mins with no breadsticks / our soup or salad we ordered. Our plates came out & we told our waitress we never even got our soup & salad and she said I can put these back in the warmer and bring you your soup etc. we just said no we will eat our pasta and wait for the rest. We were brought an accident water refill and the waitress came to our table only when she brought us stuff. She stated she was on her break and her apologies. We were not offered nothing for our troubles. We didn’t even have enough time to ask for 2nds for our soups and salad or breadsticks.. this was the worse service I’ve ever had experienced.

The online check system needs work and the host needs training how to speak to patrons and not to blame issues with online check in system saying they don't know why they use it

I brought up a concern to Britany the manager and she said I had to call corporate! Hummmm this is your store shouldn’t you be able to handle customer concerns? Also please fix your app u made me wait on the app how ever long it said then I show up and have to wait longer !!!

Long story short, we got to the restaurant at 4 on a Saturday, we got a table at 4:30 so not too bad, we got a waitress that won’t be named but had a bit of an attitude right of the bat saying that they didn’t serve food that was clearly on the menu and after two hours of waiting after placing our order and we still didn’t get our food we got another waitress that said the food would be ready in 10 minutes, after 15 minutes we just paid for our drinks and left. They even had the audacity to ask if the food tasted good ONE HOUR after waiting for it.

They Literally dropped the ball. Went there for my daughters birthday dinner waited an hour for our food while waiter kept passing by us with no regard. FInally manager tells us the made a mistake and had all our stuff in to go boxes they compt the meal. Literally ruined the experience my daughter was looking forward to.

The guy i spoke to Very rude over the phone no help with trying to give me a refund talking about i have to cancel online since the order was placed online it doesn't give me the option to cancel online it actually says i have to call the restaurant waiting on the phone for over 1hour to speak to a manager and still nothing even the girl I spoke to earlier said a manager has to cancel the order I just want my damn refund.

My husband and I sat for 20 mins our waiter walked passed us did not say anything didn't do nothing completely ignoring us, maybe he does not serve interacial couples. I went to the front desk the woman came brought us water. I asked for a manger Austin who came over, we started telling him the issue he acted like it was not important and took our order. Manager sent another waiter from other side of restaurant to serve us, Hector was very pleasant, very nice, when he went on break Kareem was very kind, pleasant. Hector & Kevin speak the value of customer service and being a decent human beings. Thank you both for giving us best customer service that always brought us to this olive garden. I do not think we will be back, so ashamed that employees at this establishment ever acted like this. Very disappointed

HELP!!! Black hair in my very greasy Alfredo! The tour of Italy was not a hit! The lasagna came out burnt ask for a new piece and got black hair on my plate of food! Call the health department! I think this was deliberately done by the kitchen staff! The manager Austin was not helpful in giving us a resolution! He did however take the tour of Italy off the bill because it was returned! It should have never been served with burnt Lasagna from the start! Olive Garden has been a family favorite in the past that being said,I can honestly say it is not worth the cost or the contaminated food experience! We are noticing the decline in food and services with the Victorville location! I would suggest if you must waste your money don’t go to this location like we did. We got nothing for our horrible experience just an overpriced bill! This was something the kitchen staff should have seen (the burnt lasagna) before getting served! I can’t understand how anyone would serve such disgusting food and think it would go unnoticed!

This is a experience sharing now a review. Been to this place 3 different times within same week. this place is so busy that every time i had 2 hour or more wait time so i end up at bar .first time everything went well . Second time was 3 hour waiting for table and 20 min wait for bar so I request if i can order while i am waiting for bar but they don’t work that way so skip bar .3 rd time waiting . So took spot at bar. Soup was cold so i asked for warm soup but they gave me extreme hot soup( with twice verbal warning). I guess they don’t understand different between warm and hot! Anyways by the time it get cold enough to enjoy i got my food as well so i have skip soup. Moving forward this is how my pasta came with water on the bowl. Oh did i tell you my server forgot to give me silverware until i asked for after getting my food ! However she put my tab on the house and i covered favour with good tip . Thats second OG location having bad experience.i gotta stop going there i guess

It was a hair in my wife soup, my chicken was not cooked, and the kids French fries was not tasty. The bread sticks fell out the bag, and the salad was nothing special. You could not pay me to eat there.(PERIOD)!!!

We’ve gone to dine in and the last few times the service has been pathetic, we’ve had to wait for our drinks to begin with because according to the server they had to change the keg, which meant we ended up just getting water as we finished our meal and never got our beer. I always get the chicken scampi which has been practically dry without any sauce the last 3 times we’ve been there, I made a last attempt and just order a cater take out which was my biggest mistake. I had to get out of my car and get my food because all of the “take out parking spots” were busy without anyone in the car. Once inside I informed the “3” hostess I was picking up my to go order and they all just pointed to stay on the side and someone will come and get me my order, 10 minutes later someone finally approaches me after I had asked the hostess if anyone was working that area. I finally arrive home and get food out of the bag for my guest and realized they had not given me an entry (which was for an specific person that is lactose intolerant) and the additional bread and dipping sauce I had order.

Although this place is way overpriced, it has always had great service and better food. We went yesterday and won't be back again. Horrific service and the worst food we have ever had. There were dozens of employees running around yelling corner over and over and over by our table but none of them paid any attention to us including our waitress. Then the sloppy, clueless manager caught my eye and the disaster became clearer. Eat here at your own risk.

I have been coming to this Olive Garden for 30 years. So I had my dinner and I wanted to take my food that I did not eat to home. And she told me, I could not take the rest of my soup. Very disappointed I can't believe they're doing that they are only throwing it in the trash Horrible, horrible. I will not be coming back. Do yourself a favor go to Mama Capinos. Or Juliennos

I am not typically one to share my experiences publicly, but this marks the second occasion on which we have encountered similar issues, prompting me to provide some feedback. I will focus solely on today's experience. Upon our arrival at Olive Garden, we were seated immediately. However, while we awaited our server, we observed that all the other tables around us were being attended to. I checked my watch to gauge the wait time for our waiter, trying not to jump to conclusions. After 16 minutes, a waiter approached us to take our drink order, informing us that 'your waiter is on break; I will take your drink orders.' We placed our drink orders, and approximately 12 minutes later, our drinks arrived. After another 10 minutes, the same waiter returned to take our food order. In total, we had already waited 38 minutes just to place our order. Following an additional 14 minutes, our soups and salads were served. We then requested silverware. At this point, it was evident that the waiter was having a challenging day, as she rolled her eyes. While I understand that everyone can have off days, we waited another 15 minutes, only for her to return without silverware, prompting us to ask her a second time. We waited an additional 10 minutes, yet still did not receive any silverware. A similar situation occurred during our prior visit. After waiting for over 1 hour and 10 minutes, we ultimately decided to leave. This was particularly surprising, as we have been going to this establishment for many years and have consistently received excellent service. However, after this second disappointing experience, I have come to the conclusion that this location is employing inadequately qualified personnel.

Worst place ever! Get it together! We go to Olive Garden everywhere and this place sucks. Olive Garden you need a new General Manager and Assistant managers! Food was cold, NOTHING was correct and your GM flat out lies because the assistant manger got her little feelings hurt... and we PAID to deal with your drama. Grow up! You don't accuse customers of calling your staff names and make a meal they are paying for uncomfortable. Your customers are why YOU have a job. Noone called anyone names for crying out loud! She was squealing in a man's ear! That man happens to have hearing issues due to Vietnam, meaning because of his service to our country you have the freedom to act the way you did! DO NOT GO TO THIS OLIVE GARDEN!

*** If I could give a zero star I would. One of my worst experiences at an Olive Garden establishment. My children and I sat and waited for 30min to be greeted or even asked what we would like for a drink. One of my children are on the Spectrum, and I'm glad i brought her a snack to keep her calm. Our server waited on the table next to us. And they sat down after us. They got their orders taken, kids meals received, asked if they needed anything else, he visited their table several times. And didn't look at us once. I finally left after 30min, several waiters walked by and looked at us and said nothing. Mind you, it is Christmas Eve, this restaurant had maybe 10 tables to serve only. I let one manager know at the bar of the situation she was pleasant. The 1 star is for her. But there was another manager, male man, who also walked by us and said nothing and then tried to overly apologize for his horrible Customer service and unatentive waiters. Maybe we looked like we were done with our empty table. I'm not sure why our waiter was so disrespectful at his doing his job.. But in the rain I am taking my children elsewhere. I would rather drive down the hill to the nearest Olive Garden and spend my money there. I live in the high desert and I never pay for a bad service. Come at your own risk. I will never come back here or recommend any of my family and friends to come here.
