I went there with my kids after a day of skiing. The atmosphere was very refined and welcoming, with nice background music. The staff were very friendly. We tried both the pizza and the food (two meat-based first courses) and were very satisfied. The homemade desserts are also worth trying. We'll be back.

We stopped here for lunch while passing through on our way back from the Tonale Pass, and we had a great time! The restaurant, while maintaining all the warm welcome of a mountain lodge, is linear, clean, minimalist, and contemporary (and even slightly Christmassy, ​​which never hurts! In fact!): light wood, glass, and steel create a welcoming yet chic and elegant atmosphere! Gorgeous! The menu is extensive, offering a wide selection of traditional mountain dishes, as well as seafood and lake dishes. In fact, I was a bit hesitant, but in the end I chose a mountain classic: braised venison with polenta! The meat was excellent, cooked to perfection—it melted just by touching it with a fork, and combined with the grilled polenta, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, it creates a fantastic combination! The cooking juices are also delicious, flavorful and just the right amount of richness. The other dish we chose was the Regina dei Monti pizza, with gorgonzola, sausage, and red onion: the dough was very good, thin and crispy, though perhaps a little sparse on the surface, but overall, it was a good pizza. The real highlight, however, in my opinion, was the dessert: cream gelato with chestnuts and honey! Amazing! Very good gelato, creamy, and with lightly caramelized chestnuts and honey... an autumnal delight! The staff who welcomed us was very kind, friendly, and also quick: even though there were only a few people in the dining room, they let us know right away that due to cooking times, the pizza and venison would not be served together. Since we weren't in a hurry, it was fine with us, but the advance warning was appreciated! I'd say the quality/price ratio is absolutely average, considering the restaurant, the ingredients offered, and the location. Being directly on the main road and Vezza being a small village, there isn't much parking, but La Sosta is definitely worth taking in this stunning corner of Val Camonica.

We've been to this restaurant several times now, with its very welcoming, modern, and clean, typically mountain-style decor. The dishes are carefully prepared using quality ingredients, cooked to order (no reheating required). The pizza is truly excellent. The staff is kind and friendly. We'll definitely be back. Recommended.

A delightful, modern restaurant in the center of Vezza d'Oglio, with a typically Alpine style, featuring many heartwarming details, such as the wooden walls and cushioned benches. Both meat and fish dishes (including lake fish) are available, and the wine cellar is excellent. We had an octopus salad as an appetizer, followed by a Bufalina pizza and delicious fried lake fish! Pizza is back and it's delicious!!!! A modern and well-kept restaurant with an attractive design, attentive and friendly service, and interesting cuisine. The fillet steak and grilled seafood are the highlights in my opinion, but everything is worth trying! Prices are in line with the location. 😊 P.S.: The gluten-free dishes are excellent and numerous, practically the entire menu!! 😊 The Tourist Menu for €14 with dishes from the menu all week Monday-Friday at lunchtime is not to be missed, and if you like the Mixed Fried Seafood, it's simply perfect! P.S.: If you don't feel like going out, order a take-out grilled seafood dish; it's a pure spectacle of taste!

A great discovery, a wonderful experience. We chose this restaurant for Christmas Eve dinner... everything was PERFECT, from the welcome, to the EXCELLENT FLAVOR of all the dishes (the pistachio tiramisu was EXCELLENT), to the excellent wine selection... to the location... When booking, the owner, VERY KIND, let me choose a table... (in the very intimate cellar). The downstairs area, carved into the cave, with a real ancient icehouse, is also fascinating. I highly recommend it! We will definitely be back.

A truly welcoming, warm place... with wooden finishes reminiscent of a mountain cabin. I ate at this restaurant this evening and was absolutely delighted; quality ingredients and traditional dishes presented in a very interesting and innovative way. Un esperienza fantastica la pizza era buonissima, il personale gentile. Il tiramisù al pistacchio era la fine del mondo.

Abbiamo pranzato con un menù del giorno, a 14,00 euro a testa, ovviamente escluse bevande caffè e coperto. Sceltra tra tre primi piatti e secondi e contorno, ovviamente tutti molto sfiziosi. Locale molto accogliente e pulito, personalw gentile. Lo consiglio per chi vuole pranzare evitando il solito panino e Coca Cola del bar.

Esperienza pessima a livello di personale. Siamo stati a cena e abbiamo preso due pizze e per la mia bimba una cotoletta. La mia pizza con salsiccia completamente cruda ma il grosso problema avviene quando ci accorgiamo che la maionese che ormai mia figlia aveva già mangiato era scaduta da 2 mesi e anche tutte le altre bustine. È stato fatto presente e non si sono nemmeno scusati né al tavolo né poi al momento del pagamento. L'errore "posso capirlo" ma il comportamento no. Una grossa delusione peccato la pizza non male.

We ordered takeout pizzas well in advance, in the early afternoon, for pickup at 9:30 PM. Arriving promptly, we were informed that they couldn't be prepared due to a supposed oven problem. Curiously, however, the oven was working normally at the same time and other pizzas were being delivered. Unexpected events can happen, of course, but what was lacking here was clarity and respect for a reservation accepted hours earlier. After planning the evening around that order, we found ourselves without any pizzas and without a credible explanation. A disappointing experience, especially regarding the management. What a shame.
