Never disappointed with my sandwiches from here. They just forgot my side pickle this time lol The Reuben and the French dip are phenomenal. There are no photos because the food was consumed quickly. The only issue I had was with the parking. There's really no space to park.

Food is delicious and appropriately priced for better grade food. Staff is friendly, restaurant and kitchen are clean, seating is a little uncomfortable but honestly not a big deal. Check them out if you like soup and sourdough!

Been here a few times and noticed a new staff working. I have to say I was really impressed by the young lady who took my order over the phone and worked the register. Wish I caught her name. I've always liked the sandwiches here but the staff today was on point. I even left a tip for a pickup order which I never do. Nice job

I work for a large company and we order from here about 2-5 times a month for visitors from all over the country! The staff here is friendly and always on top of orders. The food is always great and ready to go when I arrive! They always offer to help me to my car and if they have any questions about my order they will call me. Our visitors will even request West Coast Sourdough if they come to the plant multiple times within the year. I will always recommend West Coast Sourdough!!

So easy to order online. Team is great about getting things right the first time. Cookie is as big as that crumbly place, for less than half the cost. So much better than the other chain sandwich shops. Highly recommend! And delivery is always so early and professional.

Several items of menu sound appealing. Want to try the clam chowder bread bowl. The time would be the one concern. Call in your order. Especially if you are in a bit of rush. I did see quite a few delivery services waiting for orders ( Doordash ) The popular sandwiches I was told were the Barbecue brisket and Buffalo chicken.

Sandwiches are fair as far as taste, but be weary if you request avocado. I asked for it in my online order today but didn't get it on my sandwich... And it costs $1.25 so probably won't ask for it again.

Ok so I knowwww Y’all love this place. But no. not for me. 2nd time here still not all that impressed. I love their bread. It’s always soft in the middle and that outside crunch is good. So I ordered NO onions..why is there red onion in my sandwich? It looked sloppy. That could have been from being made or even getting to its destination. I was not a fan of grilled chicken breast with chicken fat on it thank you. I ate the 12$ bread only. Thank goodness I like breads. Nice helpful people. Quick service . I won’t be back. Y’all enjoy.

I got a takeout order of a cranberry turkey sandwich and not only did they use lettuce when I ordered spring mix, they FORGOT THE TURKEY. I did not realize this until later as again this was a takeout order. It was literally cranberry and bad shaved lettuce and bread. I’m only reviewing here because I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service and have not heard anything back. I will find a different sandwich shop next time I need takeout.

They had a single person wash a 6foot metal shelving unit with a bucket by the Dutch bros drive thru, and then it fell over on top of my car breaking my mirror and deeply scratching and denting my CRV. The owner refuses to reimburse for the $2k in damages even though it’s on security tape. Don’t support them. So irresponsible and annoying. They shouldn’t have had 1 person do that job, by all the cars nonetheless. Edited to Add: I’ve talked to corporate and the owner and manager are giving them the same run around as me so corporate said they can’t help me. How sad of a world we live in when a busy business is so cheap they won’t even pay for damages they cause and think they can get away with it by ghosting you.

Paid $16.36 for a 6inch sandwich and a cup of soup. Cashier was not very friendly :( the price posted was 8.68 and they charged me 9.39. Took about 9min to get my sandwich. The soup was so hot that the oils were starting to separate from the chowder. The bread was so crunchy that the bread was cutting the roof of the mouth. I’m sorry but I’m not sure I will be back

I asked for 8 ounces of chicken and paid 5 extra dollars including tip and was given 4-6 ounces and i asked for clarification many teams but team didn't communicate well and left ne with less and instead of owning the mistake they made it joke. Highly recommend against

I really wanted to love this place. I've heard good things, but today i ordered a turkey sandwich with the works. The lettuce was soggy, there was no onion or tomato in my sandwich. Sandwich was good but i wish i got everything I ordered in my sandwich.
