I went to the restaurant for a business lunch. The dishes are delicate, and you can taste the quality ingredients. The seasoning sauce for the chicken steak is very good. I also really enjoyed the tiramisu.

We stayed overnight for the National Youth Meeting in Conegliano Valdobbiadene from June 24th to 26th. We truly felt at home; the rooms and common areas were very clean and well-maintained. The family-run business is impeccable, and the owners were very kind and available to accommodate our every request. We were also fortunate enough to have access to a garage to park all our young athletes' bikes. It's not easy to find accommodations with such courteous and helpful staff (there were 12 kids and 17 adults). Thank you so much for your hospitality.

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and dog for two nights and had a great time. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the location was excellent. There's a water dispenser for guests in the hallway, which is very convenient. The only downside: the breakfast was a bit limited. But overall, I recommend it.

The place is very nice, I liked it. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff are friendly and know how to work quickly but without rushing customers. The menu is varied and I'm told it changes daily, but I'm not sure if the dishes are seasonal. What I tried was good and presented without too much fuss. The quality/price ratio is good; they don't have a fixed-price menu, but the portions are generous. If I pass by again, I'll definitely be back. I recommend it.

Very nice stay at Da Carlo. The room in which i have stayed was not very big but the bed was huge and very comfortable, AC in the room, the bathroom was perfect and the fact that there was a seif in the room helped. The only minus i guess was the TV because of the position of the USB port right in front of the hinge which made impossible to watch movies from the USB drive. On the positive side, the breakfast is very good with plenty food for everybody and you even have a terace in the summer to enjoy your evenings. There is free water on the hallway at the first floor and free bicycles from the hotel garage. The WI-FI is good enough, better than other hotels. The staff is amazing. I would comeback with pleasure to this hotel!

Visto da fuori e un hotel con annesso ristorante e all’apparenza non nutrivo grandi aspettative, invece ho trovato un’ottima cucina e personale attento e disponibile.

Albergo senza troppe pretese, ottimo x il lavoro, WiFi gratuita, pulito, essenziale, ad un prezzo abbastanza contenuto. Il ristorante annesso è molto valido, oltre che comodo. Sconto del 10℅ per gli ospiti dell'hotel.

Visitato solo come ristorante per un rapido pranzo di lavoro. No menu lavoro, ma ottimi piatti (primi e/o secondi) a prezzi onesti e sicuramente convenienti per la qualità delle proposte.

Posto eccellente per pranzi di lavoro, il menù non varia molto spesso durante l’anno, ma la qualità dei piatti è eccezionale, da tenere in considerazione la tagliata di bisonte con salsa di pistacchi e sale dell’Himalaya, un piatto da provare. L’ambiente è sobrio ma allo stesso tempo estremamente elegante questo lo rende estremamente adatta ai pranzi di lavoro.

Ottimo ristorante con Hotel annesso. Tavoli apparecchiati a modo, sedie comode e spazio tra un commensale e l'altro. Si mangia in modo raffinato. i piatti arrivano caldi e presentati molto bene. Le porzioni sono abbondanti. Ampia scelta di vini sia locali che non. Ampio parcheggio di fronte al Ristorante.

Sono andato per un pranzo di lavoro. Sono stati veloci e primo molto buono anche se le aspettative erano molto alte visto l'ambiente molto ricercato. Prezzo buono. Personale gentile. Parcheggio fuori molto piccolo.

Ho provato solo il ristorante, pausa pranzo in settimana, personale accogliente e disponibile, ambiente molto carino e ben curato. Ho assaggiato diversi piatti e devo dire che son rimasto sempre soddisfatto, buona cucina . Lo consiglio

I only used the restaurant during my lunch break. Good service, good selection of dishes in addition to the set menu. Central location with nearby parking. Recommended for lunch breaks.
