A hidden gem in the Finger Lakes. Great menu, delightful staff. I know that the roast beef is good, so I changed it up. Chicken salad wrap with a side of Mac salad. Delicious. Such a great place. Great selection of beer. A must visit.

In my whole life, I have NEVER had wings like this! These were unbelievable. Super crispy, while being saucy. Honestly the best Buffalo wings I have ever had. We were in town from Rochester for an overnight at the spa, but will certainly make a trip back to Skaneateles JUST for an order of these! Other than the wings, this place was super clean. The staff was friendly and fun. They were managing the capacity well and had dividers at the bar. It was a very comfortable outing for those that may be hesitant to get back out there.

it was a "dickens" of a good time. although we did not eat any food, we did have some drinks while visiting the Dickens Christmas. the bar was packed, and it was a little pricey but fun.

It was okay. A bit noisy and dark inside, and not an extensive menu, typical grub pub fare. We had the turkey club and some fries, and the dynamite shrimp. It was pretty decent, and came with a view of lake, as we sat up front. Quick service, and decently priced.

We went for a late lunch at 2 pm on a Friday. By that time the summer crowd was just beginning to thin and we were seated immediately. I ordered Buffalo chicken tenders which came with a side of fries. Although the chicken was plentiful, the over-cooked, dark-brown tenders were far from being tender. What made them just edible was the excellent buffalo wing sauce. The fries on the other hand were inedible. My guess is that they sat under a heat lamp so long they were dried out in the middle, limp, and only slightly above room temp when delivered. Our waitress was very busy and didn't check back with us after serving our food, so I wasn't able to point out the problem until the bill was presented and she noticed I hadn't eaten the fries. She apologized and kindly brought out an order of their excellent macaroni salad to go. My wife fared much better with a roast beef sandwich and a side of the macaroni salad. My feeling about this restaurant is that the kitchen does not practice adequate quality control and the wait staff are asked to cover too many tables, so your experience may be hit or miss. UPDATE-1: We had much better luck on our second visit to this restaurant during Skaneateles Restaurant Week. The french fries we're hot and crisp and the beef sandwich was excellent. Increased my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.

Fun llittle pub with great bites. Warm and inviting space with friendly service. I enjoyed the Pub Salad and my husband enjoyed the fried shrimp tacos for lunc.. We both enjoyed our food and would definitely come back.

Great spot, don’t go if your interested in a Syracuse university sports game on TV, 7:30 Sat night prime time and you don’t have the ACC network 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Located in the heart of the picturesque lake town of Skaneateles, The Lakehouse Pub offers a lively and casual atmosphere that draws both locals and visitors alike. The place was bustling when we arrived for lunch, with a laid-back seating style where you find your own table and place your order at the bar. Despite this informal setup, there were plenty of attentive servers circulating to deliver food and keep drinks topped off. This pub seems to be a go-to spot for libations and classic bar fare—perfect for those looking to unwind with comfort food and a drink. We opted for a lighter option, ordering salads instead of the heavier menu items. The greens and vegetables were notably fresh, which we appreciated. However, the chicken left something to be desired. It appeared to be pre-cooked and reheated, with a texture that made it tough to cut and chew. The Southwest salad in particular lacked the expected fajita-style flavor; the chicken was plain and unseasoned, which fell short of what the dish name suggests. The Lakehouse Pub has a fun vibe and great potential. With some attention to ingredient quality and a focus on enhancing the flavor profiles of each dish, especially the proteins, it could truly elevate its menu to match the energy of its environment.

Unwelcoming to my adult children and I. As we walked in, their cold stare was bitter & bartender had a bad attitude toward us. NEVER going there again. We (4 people) wanted to order apps, dinner, drinks & dessert, but not at that run down, judgemental place.

Very discriminatory and rude. the bartenders were homophobic and staring at me and my girlfriend which made us really uncomfortable.
