I took my mom here for her birthday and she loved it!! Mohammed provided excellent service and hospitality. His warm personality, genuine kindness and attention to detail made the entire experience feel effortless and special.

Had a great time! My wife took me here for their Sunday brunch buffet as a birthday treat. Upon walking downstairs, you are right in the middle of it. The staff are friendly, personable, and welcoming. I don't remember his name, but the man behind the taco bar was gregarious and kind. It's always a joy to find people that enjoy their work and their customers. :) Also, a shout to Shalanda at the omelet station, and our waiter, Youssef, who made our brunch particularly fun. Don't forget about the dessert room, hidden on the other side of the seating area, and there are some items that they prepare from the kitchen (e.g., waffles, pancakes, eggs benedict) that you order through the waiter. A wonderful experience -- thank you!

What a great experience! A wonderful place to have brunch with friends. There's a TV on one side so you don't miss any sports. There's a nice patio. The food is amazing. This is a perfect place for a very nice brunch. I would suggest making reservations for big holidays and events as I'm sure it fills up quickly. The dessert room.... (That's right they have a whole room for desserts) is on point. Wow! I have attached pictures of our trip. Make sure you see the Audemars wall clock.

I took my Mom to tea for her 60th birthday and it was amazing. The sandwich selection was excellent and they swapped out everything that could trigger my Mom's shell fish allergy. They had the only egg salad sandwich I've ever liked, it was a more modern take. They also gave her a special fruit bowl with a candle, they gave us fruits because we already had so many pastries, a good call on the servers part. The server was also great and made my Mom feel very special. The server also came by with two extra pastries at the end. One of the better afternoon teas I've had. The only thing that would make me hesitant to come again is that they only have 4 teas to choose from.

We had a brunch reservation for our anniversary. Everything was tasty. Make sure to get a waffle. This experience is worth every penny! We'll for sure be back again. The staff was amazing, we have no complaints.

One of the best brunch experiences we've ever had. We were celebrating our babymoon and decided to splurge on the buffet brunch at the Four Seasons and it was worth every penny! Our brunch was made that much more special by Ezra and Mohamed. At one point I was attempting to clean my shirt of a stain I had and Ezra popped up out of nowhere with shout wipes (A+++ service). He also gave us a small baby gift we will treasure forever. And Mohamed was always there to answer any questions we had, serve us water, just overall there for us for anything we needed. We will definitely be back.

The food at Seasons does not disappoint. The brunch is phenomenal and the options are amazing. The service and staff are some of the best in the industry. They are incredibly attentive and don’t let your drinks run dry and are there as soon as you need them. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Brunch at the Seasons!! Maricris and her team were welcoming and the service provided was excellent. The seafood station was fresh and tasty. Many food options I ate a little bit of everything. The people who work at the Seasons really make this place special. Highly recommend

A friend of mine and I go up once a month to have our hair refreshed at GEORGE, the salon that is next to the Four Seasons. We leave extra early in the morning so that we can enjoy breakfast at SEASONS. It is more than a treat for us, it is healing. The food is fine, the pork sausages are my favorite, but it is the symphony of the decor and staff and food that make it so enjoyable. Mohammed is usually our waiter and he is genuinely personable and always a pleasure . I can't say enough about him though the whole staff go out of their way to be superb from the moment that you walk in the door.

I go here a few times a year for lunch. The service and the food are outstanding and the dining room is refined, elegant and quiet. If you go for a special occasion, the staff will make sure it is special. I always look forward to going to the Four Seasons. It also doesn't take long before you will be remembered. Highly recommended.

The daily breakfast is good. However, The Sunday brunch is excellent! We had best service by Abdul recently. Thank you for making our day special!

Fantastic all around, as you’d expect from the Four Seasons. Reasonably priced breakfast as well. Great place to start your cold day of touring.

I am a repeat customer of Four Seasons Washington DC. My server/waitress Maricris is the best waitress I have ever seen. Maracis is exceptional at her job. If I am unable to get her probably I will make reservations on another day she is working. The food was first class but the service was 5 stars. Maricris and her team always make me and my 8-plus guests feel special and very important. I will continue to frequent this beautiful restaurant because of Maricris 's superior food/service skills.

Great place for Sunday brunch. They have a great spread here and my favorite was the lamb and eggs Benedict. The only thing disappointing was some of the desserts, but the service was great.

The brunch was without doubt very good. 100$ per person is still a lot of money for brunch though.

Way Overpriced. Food wasn’t impressive. $34 hamburger and they bring you sprite in a can. $28 chicken tasted burnt. Salad had a smoky dressy also $26! When I told the waiter he brought me a small Cesar. 14$ truffle fries was burnt and he told me those black pieces were truffles, they were burnt! Not happy. Will not go back there.

Extremely overrated, especially for the price. There are many other brunch spots I’d recommend for a special occasion before this one. Took my parents there for their 50th anniversary. Selection was limited and they sat us 20 minutes late for our reservation. The buffet setup is inelegant and it’s difficult to maneuver around to the various stations because of how the dining room is set up. Many desserts were no longer available by the time we got to that point in our meal, which was disappointing because my mom lives for dessert. I contacted the Four Seasons over a month ago about our experience and have yet to receive a response. The only reason I give two is because the dessert setup was quite beautiful.

Food and service were great but $14 for a cappuccino is the most outrageous price I’ve ever seen (and that is before tax and tip, so really it’s an $18 cappuccino). Insulting for guests.

I have been going to brunch to the Four Seasons in Georgetown for years now, the best buffet in DC second to none. Expensive? Yes, but worth every penny, excellent food quality, superb service, and very nice vibe. Today we celebrated Mother’s Day with my wife, kids and two other families, party of eleven. Regrettably, the experience was far from what we have been accustomed to before. For starters coming down the stairs to the lower level where the brunch is served, we found that the serving stations were set up in what had previously been the lounge area outside the dining room. Here, traffic from all directions converged in what looked like a food fair in a cheap hotel. People like us arriving, others leaving, the majority roaming around trying to decide what to get from the much more limited options presented for the occasion, and do I dare to mention the comings and goings to the restrooms located almost like an integral part of the offering right there next to the food stations. Totally distasteful. Enter the dining room and you will only see a couple of food stations and lots of crumbled tables very close to one another. Obviously a very busy scene where priority was given to headcount and bottom line over quality. The dessert room remained located where it was before, but consistent with what we saw with the food, it lacked many of the wonderful choices previously displayed. A very poor experience overall, will not repeat. One thing they continue to consistently do is to charge a very steep price per person. I am no longer able to justify paying these prices for such a lame excuse for a luxury brunch.

The Sunday brunch was a disappointment. I was sure this was a safe bet but was so wrong. The service was great but it was really hot and the food buffet was sad. It was 85 degrees and at first it seemed okay that the windows were all open. Unfortunately it became very hot and humid. At the least, I would have expected the air conditioning to remain on to counter the outdoor heat. The buffet only had 3 types of pastries!! It was like the choices at a cheap hotel continental breakfast. There was no fresh bread choices for toast; no bagels; and the only bread was some small slices of toasted white bread which was really crunchy. The salad bar was good but had less things to choose from than any I have seen in some time. The deserts were good but the flan was made with Ricotta cheese which is basically a short-cut. For the $100+ price per person, I expected much more. There are so many really good high-end places I considered but unfortunately made the wrong choice.

There’s a 30 year old line cook, working here named “Andrew” with the instagram name @aoehmann239 he was so inappropriate, rude, hostile and overall ruined the entire hotel experience for me. Never again

Very much over priced ….won’t be back I could have door dashed for all that… I see why I never heard of it

We went to Seasons last weekend after watching our son run the Marine Corps Marathon. Brunch was being served and we had the buffet, drank coffees and water (no booze). The bill arrived and it was $1,300 for 6 of us. At $216 a head this is the most expensive brunch I have had in my life. The reason for this poor review is that 4 of us got sick that afternoon (possibly the oysters). I called the Four Seasons, spoke to someone who took a detailed report and told me the F&B Manager would call me back. A week later, no call, nothing. Pretty pathetic, really.
