This is a really good place to eat, however, I had a little problem with the peanut buster parfait that I got last time I was there. The ice cream was kinda runny & not very cold, there wasn't many peanuts in it and not much chocolate syrup either. At $4.00, I think it should be as good as it looks on the billboard. In the past years, I don't recall having any problems with the yummy food I bought here!

Mediocre food, wonderful staff, chain restaurant atmosphere. Burgers are only mediocre, too much tasteless dry meat. This burger was not a good balance of fresh bun, crunchy lettuce, juicy tomato, ketchup and mayo, and good quality juicy meat I want to taste in a burger. Fries are bland, not crunchy, Shake was overly sweet and didn't taste like real ice cream, sort of a bland fake shake taste. We compared the burgers, shakes and fries here to the drive thru only place just a couple of blocks away ( starts with a Z). The other place makes a better burger, 6astier shake, and better fries. 'niff said.

I usually get very good service and food here. The service was good, but the food was to be desired. Ordered a 4 piece chicken basket with onion ring upgrade. Well, I got 4 very small chicken strips and FOUR onion rings. Picture is my actual order. I was able to save $1 through the DQ app though.

So a hamburger with ketchup only apparently also gets cheese. Ordered a couple hamburgers with ketchup only, verified it again, drive through repeated hamburgers as well. Got cheeseburgers instead.

Mediocre food. Amazing staff. I would eat here more, but the manager with black hair looked very upset and was very rude to her employees. The lady at the counter was very kind and helpful, but made a small mistake and was then treated badly by said manager. I spilled my Pepsi on the floor and she picked it up no hesitation. Also saw young kids in the kitchen, didn’t seem old enough to be back there.

Came through the driveway, no cotton candy blizzard. And the blizzard we got was already melted. Where did the " workers are suppose to flip it and show it's still dart queen style frozen blizzards".. an unsatisfied customer.

Lady with the headset fell asleep and the line built out to the main drag. My pretzel sticks were pretty mangled too. Not your usual DQ experience.

Food was great! Service... not so much. My total was $14 something, so I gave the girl a $20. She got my change, opened the window, and said "here." And closed the window. The next girl opened the window again, and didn't say a single word. Just stared at me and held the food out of the window. I said, "thank you!" And she just shut the window and walked away. Usually service is great but man oh man did I feel like they were inconvenienced by my presence haha

Always like stopping here cuz the cheeseburgers are always fresh and warm and the ice cream is great. However. Most times using the drive-thru, one is waiting 10-15 minutes before u get yr food, depending on the time of day (there's been times I've gotten my food within 5 min but that's usually cuz I walked in to order instead of drive-thru). Only gave it 2 stars just for this reason. Otherwise everything else is great and I continue to be a faithful customer.

The nice orange sauce on the burgers is good I like it however the person at the front desk taking my order was very nice and made me feel better but the prices are egregious and I was very sad because I wanted just 2 items and already breached $15… very sad.. good workers though. Good food too. I don’t like the atmosphere because a customer was screaming at the poor workers just trying to do their job and I felt uncomfortable.

Worst service I’ve ever had In South Dakota.. at any place I’ve ever been too.. and I xalled and complained, was told by a teenager.., ummm no one can help you , they will call you tomorrow.. lol do you think anyone called me? Spent 136 dollars there and didn’t even get all our food… I will never give them another penny.. ever

Never put a mobile order in for dairy Queen to make things quicker. Even if you're in the drive thru, you'll wait way longer than if you would have just ordered at the drive thru. Ive been watching new people order food and getting theirs. While I'm still waiting past my pickup time.

Employees were fighting back and forth, and yelling. Stood at the counter while they yelled over who would take the counter. One employee doing a big loud yawn. Not respectful at all, they were all very unprofessional. Food was fine otherwise.

We were trying to order 3 kids meals and two adult meals. We repeated our order 3 different times. They failed to ring up one of our kids meals so we had to wait longer and make a separate transaction just to get our food. Would rate 0 if I could.
