Best pizza I’ve ever had! The crust was perfect, and the toppings were so fresh.

I suppose restaurants come and go. As it goes with Mountain Mike's Pizza on Freedom. Used to be the best but lately things have gone down hill. I ordered online and arrived at the designated time but the girl at the counter said it wasn't ready and they would call my name when it was ready. Well, after 15-20 minutes or so, and checking with her a couple more times, they found my pizza. It was old and cold at this point. On another visit since the restaurant smelled terrible, like a toilet. Now days the staff doesn't seem attentive or concerned about the customer experience...

Mt. Mike's isn't gonna be your first option to go get a good-old, American pizza. Other options such as the high quality, local Cassidy's and the cheap Little Caesars overshadow this place. However, it may be worth it to go pay a visit once in a while. I haven't bought a whole pizza here ever but I've enjoyed coming to the pizza buffet here. There's hardly anyone here during buffet time, so it's easier to get more warm pizza slices. The pizza is a bit too greasy and heavy for my taste, but I can't complain it's delicious. There's a salad bar as well but my unhealthy me ignores it. The buffet is overall worth it if you just want to eat as much pizza as possible without buying a simple pizza of a single topping. The service is the only thing it can improve. Sometimes, the owner/worker may seem a bit too strict and unhappy. Would be nice for him to smile a bit more and promote his business more.

It was delivered and I was just a touch disappointed. I love Mountain Mike's and their toppings here were a bit dry. I think next time I need to ask for a bit more sauce and toppings. Just disappointed.

Pizza was mediocre. $38 for a large pizza and garlic sticks seemed a little high. Very little sauce on pizza. Did pick up, restaurant was empty. Staff wasn’t very friendly, didn’t seem interested in answering questions. Disappointing experience.

Love the pizza buffet, but it's expensive now. To top it off you cannot eat without being watched like a hawk by the lady owner. It's very unprofessional and rude to those who you are serving. Prepare to feel uncomfortable and possibly be told something while your trying to have a nice lunch. Update 05/26/23: I have given this place another shot and unfortunately it wasn't the best. This place is horrible and horrible customer service. I asked for a large combination and they gave me a pepperoni and called for a refund and they said they would only give me 5 dollars back. Don’t recommend place!!!! The manager from this place is also a very rude person !

This location should be a voided like the plague! The lady owner is very frugal (CHEAP)! Paper plates with your pizza. Come on now! I had the worst experience at that location with my three children. She made us feel so uncomfortable I would never ever give them any of my business in my life again. Please Mountain Mike Corporation please void their ownership. The Mountain Mike location at the Harden Ranch Salinas CA. is such a great place. Well worth the 15 minute drive.

Came with a friend for the lunch buffet around 12:15 pm. When we arrived we saw 2 small size pizzas that were almost gone and also what appeared to be bread sticks at the buffet counter. My friend and I were able to get a few slices of pepperoni pizza and 1 slice of another kind of pizza. When we were ready to go back for more, the area was empty and nothing was available. A good size crowd was waiting to get their first round of pizza while we were waiting for our second. About 15 minutes went by and nothing was available. We all paid for our food but we were not able to eat. It appears that the owner is very stingy with product and tries to get away with providing the bare minimum to benefit from profit. I understand the business concept of things, however I will never be a repeat customer at this establishment. It is poor business practice that will end up costing this owner his intended profit. The lunch buffet at Round Table Pizza offers way more for your money.

My son had to use the restroom. I understand restrooms are for customers and I understand why businesses implement this. However, an exception can be made for a child. He is 5 and the Burger King we bought lunch at had the restrooms closed for servicing. We buy pizza from here once a month. So technically I'm a paying customer. I should have just let my son pee his pants so then they would have to clean the floor. Will never buy pizza here again. I want to apologize for my friends language when he called to complain.

I went today and while I waited in line to order a young lady asked to use the restroom and the manager rudely told her no for customers only she said she was waiting for a pickup order, I ordered a large pizza For me and my family to eat pizza was good but manager was watching us get refills like a hawk I then got a few jalapeños and the manager rudely told me I have to pay for the salad bar, I refused finished eating and before I left I let him know how I felt and he said he has worked there many years and no one has complained I let him know there's not a single other person here nobody can't complain if nobody shows up I'm sure they lose a lot of business because of this managers Attitude and way of being. I will never do business here again. Pizza was good though shout out to the kitchen staff.

Great food and phone service however you need to check whoever this older Hispanic man is delivering the food. On multiple occasions this guy has tossed the food to my girlfriend or delivered it to random houses on the street luckily we know our neighbors so they bring it to us. Find a different job if you hate it that much instead taking it out on customers.

Subject: Discrepancy in Pizza Order Charge – 9/25/25 Hello, On September 25, 2025, I placed a pizza order from Mountain Mike’s. My card was charged $61.45 at the time of purchase. When the order was delivered, we forgot to zero out the tip section on the receipt. The next day, while reviewing my card transactions, I noticed that my card was actually charged $73.79. I immediately called Mountain Mike’s and was informed that the receipt they received back from the driver showed an added tip of $12.34—which we did not authorize. I was told that someone would call me back to resolve the issue, but I have not received any follow-up. I am very concerned about this discrepancy and want to ensure this issue is corrected as soon as possible. Additionally, I hope this is not happening to other customers without their knowledge.
