7 Brew is my new favorite coffee shop. First time visiting this morning and I love it. Jaidyn was very nice and friendly. I will definitely stop buy again.
Jaidyn consistently provides excellent coffee service and creates a welcoming experience every time. They are friendly, attentive, and clearly take pride in making great coffee. Orders are always prepared accurately and with care, and Jaidyn goes above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied. Their positive attitude and efficiency make a noticeable difference, and they are a true asset to the team.

stopped by 7 brew tonight to get a large sugar free sweet and salty sugar free caramel drizzle iced coffee and Jake and Ansley were super nice, and kept great conversation while i was waiting for my drink…. keep up the great work
We love 7 Brew!! It’s our favorite coffee spot in town if we’re on the go. The quality is great and consistent. The flavor variety is nice. And the service is always friendly.
Absolutely the best coffee! I prefer this location instead of the one closest to my home. They get it right, everytime! My drink tastes like coffee with the flavors added. Not the other way around. I still get that boost of caffeine plus excellent flavors! They stay busy check out why!
HWY77 Location is the best experience of customer service with affordable prices for cafe’ lovers! I was originally a Starbucks enthusiast and now I’m a 7brew Gal all the way! Thai spot beats Starbucks in every way! I love this for me! 😂
I love coming to this location over any others I’ve visited! The atmosphere is so fun and everyone is very kind. I haven’t had many issues with getting orders correctly but once my little 5yo complained once and they bent over backwards to fix her “complaint” despite me telling them it wasn’t necessary. All their flavors are fun for my kids to join. My favorite drink is iced cinnamon roll give it a try!
I started coming here in July 2025 after after leaving the Red Oak store because of poor customer service. Waxahachie felt refreshing at first , friendlier and more consistent. These last couple months the service and drink quality have dropped. The drinks don’t taste the same, and the energy is giving “here, damn.” This morning, (2.2.25) the girl who took my order was friendly, but the one at the window had the same mid attitude I’ve noticed on past visits. I get we all have off days, but in the service industry, genuine interaction matters. I’ve given y’all plenty of chances because I really do love 7 Brew, but the customer service + drink inconsistency might push me to take my business elsewhere. I’m saying this with love…please do better. I don’t want to pay for dry, mid service.
Customer service is great, just wish a better way of ordering was introduced. I joined drive thru line yesterday ( both lines had 3 cars when I arrived) and sat in my car for a few minutes. 3 cars arrived after I did, the gentleman taking orders took the car ahead of me order, made eye contact with me knowing id been there awhile and proceeded to go to 2nd line and take their orders before mine. I arrived to the spot in which you receive your drink to barely have my order taken. I'm not usually one to complain, but there should definitely be a better way of serving customers. Luckily I still made it to my son's game in time but it is inconvenient to plan ahead, be on time and be skipped in the ordering process
I was just at seven brew and ordered two medium drinks. I get that they are busy and I’m not complaining because they messed up my order. I’m complaining at the fact that I sat there quite a bit waiting for them to fix it. Instead they all turned around and started talking to this girl that they knew in the vehicle next to me. Just laughing and having a good time and never said anything to me or even tried to fix their mistake. After a while I was finally helped. They need to do better.
I’m a loyal customer at 7brew Waxahachie Tx, but today I was highly disappointed. Order was messed up even after giving my phone number. Went back to get my order corrected and still left unsatisfied. I don’t know what’s going on today but I am not a happy customer. I’m 4and half months pregnant and I crave this and my experience was totally ruined today 🥹😞
We're from out of town. We go to 7 Brew several times a week. We We're waiting our turn in the middle of the road, and once we turned in we immediately received a lecture on how we would have to wait until last to get out drinks. We didn't cut the line, we weren't aware of needing to make a illegal U turn to get in "line." If that's the expectation, try adding signs explaining what is expected. Do better!
Just wanted to leave this here because I really think it could help anyone who would want to go to this 7brew . I was in the line for like 6 minutes and well the girl that was taking the order literally skipped us. And honestly I don’t know if it was just because we had our window down and music on however the music was very low . She literally skipped us so i don’t know if it’s because of that or because of how we looked . But I just find it really ridiculous that she would do that so I hope this review can help anyone who Is Hispanic to please avoid this awful racist place.
7 Brew is known for fast, friendly service and wonderful products. I struggle with leaving such a poor review. Its not because of the polite, energetic, helpful and knowledgeable staff. It's because the Manager (Macie) found it acceptable to hold up the line of cars in their drive thru. She did it twice on a busy Saturday morning 1/31/2026 11:10 AM. Today Macie was an entitled customer. She left her car to socialize with the car in front of her, holding the line up while staff members were trying to take customer orders ahead of her and behind her. She did it again once she pulled under the serving canopy. She excused herself from her car and walked inside through the serving door and again held up the line for those waiting to receive their order and pay. She then pulled out of the drive thru and parked her car again on the opposite side of the building and proceeded inside but this time, having the courtesy to allow exiting vehicles room to get around her car. If she found it necessary to check on her staff, I would recommend scheduling herself to work today. If she needed to simply drop in for a minute, there were several open parking spaces she could have parked in. I mentioned this behavior to a staff member and asked to speak to a manager and their response "She is the manager". Its embarrassing to the staff and poor demonstration of leadership. This is an example of double standards. I would say with a high level of confidence a staff member would be reprimanded by her for acting this same way.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Seven Brew location in Waxahachie, Texas, involving an employee named Jaden. I am a loyal Seven Brew customer, and this is the only location I go to. I regularly drive over 30 minutes just to visit because I normally love the drinks and service. Unfortunately, this visit completely changed that. I came in to redeem my birthday free drink, but my regular reward points were used instead. When I politely asked if my points could be returned and the birthday reward applied, Jaden immediately refused, rolled her eyes, and told me to contact corporate. Her tone was rude and dismissive. Another employee then stepped in and was also unprofessional and disrespectful. Both employees displayed poor behavior, including eye rolling, neck twisting, and speaking to us rudely, even though we were calm and simply trying to fix a rewards mistake. We were told to leave and contact corporate. To make matters worse, one employee sarcastically told me to “write a review” and get out of the line, which was humiliating. On top of that, my drink was made incorrectly. I ordered a Blondie iced coffee with caramel drizzle on the cup but received a banana Blondie instead. All I was asking for was a simple fix: my points returned, my birthday drink applied, and my correct order. This could have been resolved easily, but instead I was treated very poorly. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service during this visit and no longer feel comfortable returning to this location.
I love 7 brew i go everytime i see one. I always get the same thing, ive been to this location twice now. This will be the last time, the line is always insane, and it feels like they forgot to actually add coffee to my coffee. Im paying 18$ for 2 large coffees with extra shots. I cannot even taste the coffee. It litterally looks like a cup of iced milk! Im so beyond disappointed. Never had this issue at any other 7 brew and its happened both times ive been to this one And my mom lives nearby and she says it happens to her too.
Love 7brew and the products but this location is PAINFULLY slow, every time we go. The locations in Mansfield and red oak are amazing but this one is always a disaster. We just go to the Dutch down the way instead now.
Trash, first time I came super nice young brunette lady was great. Today attitudnal Hispanic girl taking orders in line and young blonde girl up front messed up my order and staff was throwing stuff around in the back. No good, never again
Listen - I am all for an over crowded day or an event causing some delay… but 38 minutes to get 2 drinks is just not acceptable. There was no apology given. There was no manager present updating customers just us all sitting in a line… I had a baby in my car… that was getting fussy… it was terrible. We love 7brew but after today we no longer will be visiting this location after our service today.
