I LOVE Panera so I'm not going to change my over all review. However the service this visit was disappointing. I ordered a (pick 2) bread bowl of soup and a salad. First I got my soup but no bread bowl. So I go back in, explain the situation. She was very sweet about it. Wrapped up my bread and handed it to me. I get back to my vehicle and unwrap it but she didn't cut a hole in the top of the bread so I just have this little bread loaf now 🤦 so I move on to my salad, figure I can cut the bread later. I get to my salad though and no fork though I clearly requested utensils in my order. But didn't bother going back in a third time 🤦🤦🤦 food was good as always though

The night crew last night were the best, made a great sandwich and the soup was delicious!

Such a sweet crew! I was ordering a soup and was asking a lot of questions. Because I'm a vegetarian and he just had my teeth pulled. She was so patient w me and when she found out about my teeth she recommended a squash soup, so good! She gifted me a yogurt and other things! Honestly, wow. Warmed my heart. I wish I knew who she was so i could tell the managers shes a sweetheart! Thanks guys

Panera Bread is my favorite quick, good food restaurant in Weatherford! The menu offers a great variety of fresh, flavorful options, from hearty soups and salads to delicious sandwiches and baked goods. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a casual meal or getting work done. The service is always friendly and efficient, making it an easy go-to spot for a satisfying meal. I go often to this Panera for school and I love the food. The last time I went was amazing, I literally asked the ladies name and forgot. Had to be a manager she came to our table 2 times to check on us opening the doors for all customers going around giving out samples. And another younger girl (also giving out samples) who was literally the sweetest! Please keep this up. I know the vibe in there was different that day in an amazing way

This place has come a long way since it first opened in Westherford. For the first couple months service was spotty and the food was not to par with other Paneras. But we tried it again yesterday. Vast IMPROVEMENT. They seem to have gotten a better feel for running the place. Food and service was better. There is still not a lot of seating, but not much you can do about that now.

First time. Loved it! Don't sleep on the limited time Mexican Corn Chowder. Just wow!

This place and the employees deserve 5 stars the employees are very friendly. The beverages taste like swamp water they really need to start purifying their water. My food always tastes good I’ve had missing items here and there through the drive though but never had a problem with dine in.

First time at Panera. Very impressed with food, atmosphere, and kitchen staff. However, front counter help spent an unusual amount of time discussing literature with customers in front of us. We were about to leave when she finally stopped recommending books to people.

I did not get exactly what I ordered, but it was still very tasty! If it was something I didn't like, I would have taken it back. No worries just not 100% satisfied only due to the wrong part of my order. I'd still go back! Love the atmosphere, cleanliness and food.

This location is fairly new so I really wasn't surprised to find it extremely clean. The service was great and you have the option of self-ordering and assisted. The food is, of course, good and they have a wonderful selection of beverages both hot and cold. My only gripe (this may seem trivial to some) is that the Caesar salad I ordered was prepared with iceberg lettuce, not Romaine. Other than that everything was great. We will return.

This Panera contains many different types of meals. The food was super fast and tasted decently well. The only problem I had was that the Mac and cheese tasted slightly cheep but the noodles were cooked well. The menu and ordering system is very easy to navigate and had no problems. There was plenty of seating and parking. If you need a meal or a quick snack Panera is a good place to go for casual dining!

I tell yah, this place just opened in the town I live in everybody was so excited. I love their teas etc, but this place is way too expensive. I ordered a half salad picked it up through the drive through. I was taken back when the young lady handed me my food. The salad was a half salad it's like they force the lettuce etc in this cheap plastic container that I paid nearly $10.00 for. The bread was so hard I couldn't eat it. I haven't been back since.

Went here for the first time food was good and everything but the person taking our drive thru order was super pushy. after we asked to give us a moment we were trying to get everyones orders together and after a couple minutes she asked if we were ready yet and everytime we tried to get the rest of our order she kept asking and made our friend not feel like ordering a drink since we felt rushed.

Twice now my pickup orders have been wrong. Nothing you can do once you grab them and go back to work. Today I picked up my half BLT Roasted Turkey which had no Bacon and the sandwich was so disassembled when unwrapped I thought I got a salad in a sandwich wrapper. Last time my side was bread instead of the apple requested. Guess the pickup is no longer an option for a quick lunch.

The food was good, however I ordered a full Greek salad and they have gotten cheap. The bowl was not full. My wife had the half order salad. Her"s was full to the top She took both salads back to show the Manager and his response was they were measured amounts and basically too bad. This place is inconsistent on the amount of salad that you receive and the Manager showed he had no customer service. Probably will go elsewhere.

Food is always good, however, the drinks are horrible! They definitely need to invest in a water filter. All the drinks tasted like they were spiked due to the local water being disgusting. I took 3 drinks we ordered back to the counter & asked for a refund. The cashier said that she wouldn't give us a refund, but I could get 3 bottles of water instead. It was just a bit ridiculous the drinks were THAT off.

Food is delicious I'd rate that a 5 star, but there is no customer service. They don't greet you, they don't respond when you say thank you. I've gotten 3 orders all Togo and whoever is putting the bag up and calling the name needs some customer service pep talk.

This Panera was great when it first opened. Has steadily gotten worse. The last couple of times I’ve visited it was hard to find a clean seating area, and the restaurant was pretty empty. Lots of empty tables but they were all dirty, along with the floor. I always get the salad and this time the lettuce was on the older side. The plate underneath the salad bowl was dirty. Won’t be back for awhile. Hopefully they will get a new manager that can keep up.

I usually enjoy Panera. Sadly this afternoon (2:30) there were very limited baked goods and (what is believed to be) a staff members phone kept playing the theme from The Exorcist. Tables, trash receptacle & restroom were all over flowing with trash. Disappointing.

Ordered a ciabatta dipper, and it tasted like vomit. Panera needs to go back to the drawing board, and adjust the flavor profile.

The staff wasn't friendly or helpful. This was our first time at this restaurant and no one greeted us, they didn't tell us that you needed to go to the pickup window after ordering to get your food. However the restaurant was very clean and the soup was delicious. Management needs to do a better job of training for customer service.

Half the tables were dirty and floors under the tables were dirty. Not busy Ordered two French dippers with the garlic aioli on the side. Both came with it on it. Went to get it fixed and she asked me if the sandwich was not suppose to have it on it. Lol. That's why I modified it on the side. Sandwich remade had caramelized onions and red peppers, first one did not. Craziness. Meat was big chunks instead of thin slices. Signature Hot Chocolate was weak. Worst experience I've had at this location. I don't understand why when you order at the kiosk, it asks you how did we do today? Really, not the smartest place for a review, unless that's the intention

The soup was delicious but the sandwich meat was a bit dry. I would go back to try another item on the menu.

I love your lattes, but it's disappointing when you get your latte and it's only half full. This has happened quite often and I have mentioned it to them. I don't want to pay $6.00 for a latte to get a cup half full. I guess I will have to go to 7 Brew or starbucks from now on for my coffee.

Super disappointed in the mac&cheese this is the 2nd time in 2 months that I won’t be eating it. It’s not saucy or creamy. It’s seem like it’s been sitting out scene yesterday and it’s not hot.

This is one of the best paneras i have ordered from. The ONLY isuue was the lady preparing my food left my bag on the counter an didn't call my name nor put it on the pick up rack. When i walked up to grab it she looks at me and says "maam is that yours" ... Like YES and it's been sitting here and she stared me down as i left with my order.

2 stars only because the service was fast. But the food is the equivalent to overpriced cafeteria food. Half full fruit cup, brown and mushy apple slices for the kids, and half full soup bowl. Won’t be back

I love Panera Bread but this is by far the worst Panera I have ever visited. Seriously, half of the time I go there they are out of something. I usually just order something else but today really made me mad. I placed an order via Doordash. The order was accepted and then out of the blue I get an email saying they canceled my order. My guess is, that because it was close to closing time they didn't want to make it. I've managed restaurants before and would never refuse service to customer because it was close to closing time. Either way, I'm at a point where I'm just going to avoid this location until it is ran like other Panera locations.

Food is good if they actually get your order correct, which seems very difficult for them. Order a bread bowl, get a cup of soup with no bread, order a chicken Cesar salad, get a Cesar Salad. 2 out of 2 items wrong.

My mom and I went to panera Saturday in weatherford for our first visit. It was obvious that we were first time customers and the elderly lady that took our order was no help at all and she was not friendly. We each had to repeat our order 3 times and we only got half salads and water. The menu states that she was supposed to offer us a choice of sides and she did not. I would have liked an apple but received hard bread instead. Then we received a full salad instead of a half salad. Was not charged for it but bet you lost money on that . My order number was messed up also. Was really turned off.

There is something wrong in every order I've made with them. Putting meat when I asked for it off, changing breads, putting NO onions and 2 tiny pieces of avocado when I ordered DOUBLE onion and avocado. All of it without so much as a mention from the crew. When you pay $4 extra, you'd think they'd let you know they are out of stock on those items and change the receipt. Except, they did have both, it just took having to ask for it and getting an exasperated look from the employees. Every. Single. Time. Food is decent, but at this point, is it worth all the hassle?

The soup is good but this is how much chicken they put on their walnut chicken sandwich. Too pricey for that.

Got a sandwich it had three little pieces of meat on the bun. Really a poor offering for the price they charge. Onion soup was good Firehouse has a much better sandwich for the price.

Went to Paneara yesterday and was very disappointed that they had discontinued the chicken salad sandwich. I had a chicken salad with apples. The apples turned out to be dehydrated apple chips that tasted like cardboard. Needless to say I was really disappointed. It used to be a favorite place to meet friends.

My wife and I usually love eating here, but we tried the drive through option today and were very disappointed. The portions were less than HALF the size of the dine-in portions. For a $20 meal for 2, we expected the portions to be just as hearty as the dine-in portions. It was totally absurd and we definitely won't be using the drive though again.

I wish there was a way to leave more stars for the food itself. Two stars are for the poor service. The first time I went through the drive through and the lady was extremely nice and helpful after I told her it was our first time there. We loved the food. Went inside the 2nd and 3rd time and the employees are SO unfriendly and unhelpful. If you ask for something they look at you like you shouldn't even be talking to them. It's such a strange vibe! They got our order wrong on the 3rd go and still give you this cold vibe like you are inconveniencing them for even being there. No smiles, no welcoming hellos, no thank you's or apologies (when they get it wrong), no nothin. I love the food and their healthy options so its a real shame. **Side note: I am always very understanding when places are busy and if they seem overwhelmed. But this is never the case here. We only go when they are not too busy. Also very overpriced.

The door dash pic of the teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl was $16 and was so empty you could see the bottom of the bowl. There was no bread with the bread bowl broccoli cheese soup and the “bowl” was a cup. Basically this was $70 for a sandwich and four cups of soup. Very disappointing. My fontega chicken sandwich was very good though.

I meet my son at the half way point here quiet often. I wish their food was better for the prices they charge. All the employees seem to work hard though once you’ve paid for your food and received it, you are invisible. Their toilets need their grandmas to come visit and have a talk with them about if the bathroom is dirty, there’s a good chance the kitchen is too!

I’m not sure what has happened but the management of this Panera has changed and not for the better. “There’s no coffee, what’s your hot drink to substitute for my sip club? We have no coffee”. “I’ll have ——-. We have no tomatoes or the lettuce”. “No, we don’t have that, no not that either, nope sorry no”. My drinks are given to me not as I ordered and today I pay for my bagel then I’m told they are just now cooking and I’ll need to wait. Ok. Could’ve told me before I paid. And of course the bagel wasn’t my first choice but they were out of what I wanted. If it weren’t for the Sip Club I’d never patronize this Panera.

Not impressed. Our first visit to p.b. we told the clerk we've never been there. She said ok and stared at us. No offer to help. No explanations. Nothing. Period. The food was fair. No we won't go to another.

This store can never ever get our orders right. Even if we order one sandwich they will also forget to put the chips in the bag. Happened to us three times and I was told the last time they will give us extra and not even one bag of chips was given to us. This is the worst Panera. Horrible service. The cashier was not friendly. It took a long time for our food. Longer than usual considering there was no one in the restaurant. Once our food arrived, the soup was cold. I will not return.

Ordered on line and went to pick it up through the pick up went because we weren't feeling well, when we got to the window they said "were making it so go park and come in to get it"...uuugh!!!! Got the order that had very small portions for the price and they forgot to give us some of the food. You would expect at least friendly service but NO!

This Panera location has awful service. Waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes. 10 of those minutes at the window waiting and I was never greeted by anyone telling me it would be awhile or anything. After all the waiting I finally just drove off without any food. Btw I went at 3pm on a weekday, it was not busy at all.

Did not have a baby changing station yet had a kids menu. Very dissatisfied because families will be coming here and can't change a child. I changed mine in the dining room at our table because I refuse to put my child on the floor or at risk of falling off my lap in the bathroom. For this reason won't be coming back. Ridiculous.

Ordered for lunch at work, and absolutely nothing was right. They made all the lunches into BOX lunches (which no one wanted) and charged a lot more for them. The salads were bland, and lacking most of the listed ingredients. The Asian salads had only lettuce and chicken. The bagels were thrown in a box and not even wrapped. They took forever to have the order ready, and couldn't even get it right in that amount of time. Not a fan, won't be going back for a very long time. Anyone ordering for a group should just go to mccallisters and forget about Panera.

The person who took my order must not like her job as her attitude was terrible. Visit this Panera today to get attitude and wait all day for your order 🤦🏼‍♀️. Marissa took my order. They also tried to charge me $13 when I had a free pastry which meant my total was only $10.

I like Panerai breads food, but the one in Weatherford, TX is always dirty. You couldn't even walk without your shoes sticking to the floor. Almost all of the tables were dirty.

Came in at 9:00. Ordered tomato soup and a grilled cheese. $20! Soup was cold, GC was some stale Texas toast with Velveeta cheese on it. Took two bites and left it on the counter. Overpriced junk. Should have gone next door to Waffle House!

My husband & I have been a handful of times, hoping they would get better as time went on. Each visit was worse than the last. Literally every time we've been something is wrong with our order. This last time was the LAST TIME. Never again.. we waited in the drive thru for an HOUR. No exaggeration. 60 minutes. We waited nearly 20 minutes before we made it to the window. Okay, we can deal with that. S#it happens.. We get up there & they inform us our food isn't ready.. okay. So we wait. Another 20 minutes & they tell us they haven't even started on OUR order yet, but here's some free cookies & sweets.. thanks ? Another 20 minutes & our ONE SANDWHICH is finally ready.. I get it home & the bread is so over cooked I can't chew it... never again. The free cookies & comped sandwhich was NOT enough to make up for our awful experiences here.

Came with a friend, we both did "you pick 2". The portions were extremely small (maybe a 1/3 of a sandwich and a cup of tomato soup with a taste of vinegar that over shadowed the taste of the tomatoes. And the price was almost 30 dollars. I will not be coming back. For any who read this, I would go somewhere else and get your money's worth.

i online ordered a mac and cheese bread bowl, a choose 2, a bearclaw, and a drink. I never got the bread bowl for the mac and cheese, and i never got my drink either. Really mad I paid money for things I didn't even get. wouldn't recommend.

Way overpriced for what it is. Most of the time items will be missing when using drive through. The food is decent but the price would get you a sit down dinner that isn’t fast food.

Went there for breakfast this morning. We had a maple bacon and egg wrap; a chipotle chicken, egg and avocado wrap; ice tea; and coffee. For $17.06. In my wife’s bacon and egg wrap there was I slice of very thin piece of bacon and maybe one egg. In my chicken wrap there was two smalls strips of chicken one slice of avocado and no chipotle flavor at all. The chicken tasted boiled. The tea was bitter, like it was over cooked, and the coffee was a cheap brand or reused grounds. I am so very disappointed. I was so looking forward to Panera Bread coming to Weatherford. But so far everything I have had there has disappointed me. And you would think for the price you pay for stuff they would have better food. Or at least better service. This morning they only had three people working to cover the whole restaurant. We were almost lat for work because these poor girls were working so hard by themselves.

Whether I order online, in person or drive-thru, this location on Adams drive rarely gets my order correct, or all put together. Tonight, I get all the way home, only to find missing items. While the blame can be put on me for not checking my order before I walk out the door, is that something that I MUST do? I love Panera Bread’s food and the people here are so kind and polite. But they are poorly trained and not well managed. I don’t want free stuff, but the manager on duty didn’t even try to offer me something as an apology for having to drive back. Tonight was my last trip to this particular store.

I called the store to ask what would be the best way to ensure that we would get the exact type of bagels we needed for an event. I was told to order online and that they would review the order in the morning and make sure that all those bagels were made for our order. There y guaranteeing that there wouldn’t be a situation where we showed up and they didn’t have the right bagels. When we arrived to pick up our order they told us they didn’t have enough of a certain type of bagel that we had ordered. I told them what we had discussed the previous day when I had been guaranteed my order. They couldn’t have cared less. They said they just didn’t make them. There was no effort made to rectify the situation. This is the WORST customer service. We will not be purchasing from this location ever again.

Experience here was absolutely horrible. Manager Ashley is very rude when it comes to having issues with the food as well as not being able to enjoy eating inside due to hearing how she speaks to the employees. You can’t sit and eat in a place that even the workers don’t enjoy being at. Serving staff was very helpful and attentive to questions I had about the menu but have seemed to been undertrained (which is not their fault, management again.) This place has real opportunity and potential to be enjoyable, but the last few visits I’ve had were filled with negativity especially when addressing Ashley about issues with my food and listening to her have a power trip about herself to her employees. Good food, good serving and cashier staff, awful management.

This was my first time going there.I go inside to order a breakfast sandwich and they tell me they'll call my name when it's ready. I sat there for twenty plus minutes waiting for my name to be called . Then a worker comes up and asks me if i'm waiting for an order. I tell her yes And she says it's been sitting up at the window waiting But no one called my name..

Probably the worst Panera experience I’ve ever had. My bacon on my breakfast sandwiches was still oinking at me it was so uncooked. 🤢

Let me start off by saying how uncomfortable I was while waiting for my food. The staff was not respectful, had no emotion and gave the "death stare" to me while I was waiting for my food. The second thing is I got the wrong order and payed for someone else's meal and they didn't even help when I came back to change my order. Last thing is this is the third time I have went to this location and 2/3 times they were not creepy and actually showed some respect.

Panera you have and will continue to disappoint me! I have eaten at your establishment 3, sorry 2 times because you didn’t have the soup I wanted, over the past 15 years and each time I have been absolutely disappointed. I tried to give you one last hooray and was super hungry for the Mexican Corn chowder only to be told that they were out at 6:30pm. HOW? Isn’t this soup being promoted right now? I am with my wife so she’s gets something to eat and I settle for a soda but wait your soda machine doesn’t work either! WHAT? Whether it be poor planning or management, I don’t know but 3 strikes and you’re out in my book!

They forgot a sandwich on my order and then would not send a second one. They made me drive to the store to get a refund. Also notice how the section that says “order checked by” was not signed off on. These people are extremely belligerent and irresponsible.

I purchased two pastries two days ago. They tasted horrible. I kept the items and receipt to get a refund. The manager came to the window and I explained what happened. The first thing she asked is if I called. I asked why I would have to call if I brought the items back and I have my receipt. She said Im not giving any money away as if I am begging for money. I asked to see a policy and she read the top of the receipt that said if you are not satisfied to let them know. That is not the same as refusing a refund for not calling in advance. She rudely told me to call corporate then told me to get out the way so she could help the next person so I said no I refuse until I get a refund. So she slammed the drive through window very violently, then called the police on me. This lady has no business being a manager at any establishment. Why would you refuse a customer a refund who has the items and the receipt just because they didn’t call first. Very un American. I will never spend my money here again unless she no longer works here.

So irritated with this location. I don’t know how they do it but every time I go they mess something up. On top of that a lot of the drive thru staff are rude. Today I ordered a cinnamon crunch latte- when I got home and went to enjoy my coffee I thought the cup felt light. When I opened it up there was only about 1/2 cup of coffee in the cup and I hadn’t even taken a sip! Cmon panera…for a 5 dollar drink I expect to at least receive the whole cup. On top of that it was so terrible after one sip I dumped it in the sink. Do better.

I got the BBQ Chicken Mac & Cheese with extra Cilantro today and there is absolutely NO Cilantro in my Mac. The chicken that is in here is tough and can't chew. Very disappointed for the price it cost. Will not be back here.
