Burger was still really pink in the middle, fries were either wayyyy to mushy or wayyy to hard. They put fries in little brown sandwich slips now instead of the nice white cups in the brown paper bag. And they also didn't put my sauces on the side with my no bun burger... we love 5 guys but as of late its not been the same.

We love their food. It seemed to be a bit pricey since the last time we were there. Bit so is everything. It was clean and quick so great for taking my 4 yr old grandson. He was impressed with the amount of fries he got.

Pretty normal five guys. Service always seems a little slower than you would expect but the food is worth it if that's what you're looking for.

Food was good, but the attitude of the workers left something to be desired, I work in retail, we all have bad days, but, patience when someone is trying to decide what to eat is a must.... I don't like being rushed especially when there is no line.

The restaurant was well-maintained and tidy, reflecting positively on the management's commitment to providing a pleasant dining environment. Additionally, there was ample parking available, making it convenient for customers to visit without the hassle of searching for a spot. While my experience at Five Guys Burgers was largely positive, I felt that there was room for improvement in certain areas, hence the 4-star rating. However, it's worth noting that these were minor issues that did not significantly detract from the overall enjoyment of the meal. If you're in Webster, NY, and craving a satisfying burger and fries, Five Guys is definitely worth a visit. With delicious food, efficient service, clean facilities, and ample parking, it's a dining destination that delivers on its promise of quality and convenience.

I have never been to a five guys before. The food was excellent. Much more than I bargained for. But the prices are high so it's not something that I would frequent every week.$20 for a hamburger and two small fries is a little excessive to me. It was kind of fun watching the burgers be cooked right in front of you though. It shows that the burgers are fresh.

Five guys is always an incredible experience. Unlimited toppings (burgers or milkshakes). Free peanuts while you wait. Quick service and more fries than you could ever want or need. Love out here.

Food seems to be popular. I have only tried the fries, they are good, but very expensive. You are however paying for fresh cut potatoes.

I typically really enjoy Five Guys and have been to this location before, and never had an issue. The food was fine, but the employees were clearly under the influence of Marijuana not only were they visibly high, but after a few minutes into our meal the entire dinning area began to reek of weed, and me and my husband could see them giggling and laughing about it. Not only is it gross to be having a family dinner with the smell and atmosphere of a frat house, but deeply concerning to be eating food made by people who are under the influence. I know marijuana is legal now, and maybe management is okay with it, but overall it just really ruined my experience.

Guys, WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH YPU GUYS? A POUND OF SALT TO A REGULAR FRIES? DO YOU HAVE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE HEALTH SYSTEM? TO KEEP PEOPLE SICK? FIX THAT UNHEALTHY AMOUNT OF SALT.

I’m really disappointed with the consistency of this location in Webster. Several times now, I’ve paid for a large fries but was given a small instead. I usually pick up my order and don’t check the bag until I’m home, only to find out I didn’t receive what I paid for. It’s frustrating and feels careless. I expect accuracy, especially when it comes to something this simple. Please improve your order quality control, because this keeps happening and it’s making me rethink returning. A little attention to detail would go a long way.

What an amazing rip off. Not sure how they are able to charge the prices they do for a rotten burger.
