I've visited this location, via the drive thru about 3 times and each time the service was good. Something strange happens with the Grande size, it appears to get bigger in the evening or smaller in the morning🤔😂

Went in to get a simple tea, but looks like the team members were working through a peak period. There was about 4 people and no one at the register. There should always be someone to attend the incoming customers in the store. I don’t fault the team but the lack of support on the floor. Another person there would have made the difference in me not walking out due to no one coming to service me. Disappointed in the poor floor staffing. Can’t expect a team to be successful without the right support.

This is the worst drive thru stay away. They will have you wait for half an hour and you cannot leave the line! Their excuse, busy and short staff! Never again!

You literally had only one job. Make coffee. Put a finger down if you ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso with sweet cold foam and oatmilk and only got the toppings but not the base. Yes, I didn't get a lick of coffee in my drink just milk, foam, and sugary syrup. Just don't bother going there.

Ordered the same as i do Mon-Fri Grande Brown Sugar Oatmilk Expresso Shaken with cold foam. Added a cake pop for the heck of it. Waste of money. Like i said the coffee I get almost every day, so today when i get it, it’s almost white in color, espressos are dark and the creamer eventually lightens it up. I taste it and it is made incorrectly. After what I’m paying for it, I ask for it to be remade. The guys tells me no that he will just add expresso … well it taste terrible ! I tipped him $5 cash for his “effort” and drove off. Dumped both my coffee AND the cake pop that was spoiled. Taste like oil and looked like it. Idk if they aren’t storing them correctly but it was inedible ! I’ve had plenty of cake pops to know that there was definitely something wrong with it. Pics in comments. Tip to the barista and staff: slow down a bit for efficiency ! We are paying to much to throw away both items ! Oh and quality control on your pastries !

The worst drinks and service. If you do not add tip or even if u do sometimes your cup is filled to the top with ice. I get a venti and have 4 1/2 sips. You know how other Starbucks drinks actually look pretty? Not here they just mix it all up and it looks a mess. When I mentioned something small they had an attitude so I didn’t mention anything else. But wouldn’t come here again, plenty other nice Starbucks around.

Unprofessional at all , after 15 min waiting for my espresso the young lady in the machine said she need another 20 min & she just got back ... do people in the morning before work have 35 min to get coffee 😃& why nobody said that when I ordered ir when I been waiting

I usually go to Starbucks every day, but my experience at this location was extremely disappointing. I placed a mobile order through the app and chose the walking option. I arrived about 10 minutes later, then waited an additional 5 minutes inside the store before asking about my order. The employee told me she hadn’t even started it yet. When I asked what my options were, she simply said I could cancel for a refund or call the 800 number. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks. The lack of service and care for a loyal customer was unacceptable. Because of this visit, I will never go to Starbucks again — they’ve completely lost me as a customer.

Waited 20 minutes for a drink after ordering for pickup in advance. Only one person doing pick up orders. With all these new buildings being built around here, they should consider hiring more workers to met demand.

I went here a 1/2 hour before closing on a Monday & they ran out of coffee & can only serve me cold drinks & espresso. Pour over wasn’t an option as well. Unacceptable answer for a major coffee chain smh…

Mobile ordered a matcha Frappuccino. Mind you, matcha is green. When I pulled up to the drive through window, it looked like they had made a cookie Frappuccino (it was brown. Not green). They “re-made” it but it looks like they didn’t even wash the blender before remaking my order. A normal matcha Frappuccino would not have BROWN CHUNKS in it.
