I love burgers, but I rarely have since I am tempted to order fries and onion rings together. It's my first time trying this place out and was blown away with their food. It was delicious 😋 😍. I highly recommend their veggie patty burger with their mushroom. Fell in love with my burger 🍔. The onion rings are big and delicious. Also, their hand fries are great. They didn't feel oily or too salty. Definitely worth trying them out. 😎

Stopped here after a family outing - their staff was very helpful with helping us with their recommendations. The dining area was spotless and very tidy. Our food was made to our specifications and tasted delicious. I got a burger bowl, my fiancé and son got the classic burger with Mac & Cheese. Needless to say our plates were cleaned by the end of our visit. They are a little pricey but well worth it in my opinion with the level of customer service and quality of food we received.

Updated I stopped by, especially today, for their fish n' chips Friday lunch after spending lots of money at Lenscrafters. I chose to eat hearty after full use of my credit card. They bring you a heaping basket of fish for $13.99, with an abundance of large chipped potatos or chips. House tarter sauce and malt vinegar. You'll have to ask for ketchup because they don't display it out on the tables as normal condiments. The thing is, I didn't eat all the large chips. Because it's unhealthy to overdo it with that much fried potato. Believe me, they do. I would have offered fewer chips and more condiments like malt vinegar. Because I ended up throwing half the basket of chips out. My first times experience after their grand opening. Expanding on their roaming hunger brand, with their successful Food trucks with pub type fare in Htown, check out their latest and greatest new restaurant brick and mortar chain restaurant on 1350 Bay Area Blvd in Webster, Texas. My second time visiting within a week, to frequent this particular establishment at this location! It's time to review what I've experienced. The first thing is my goto's are the chili by cup or bowl. It tastes unlike any chili at Wendy's you have ever tasted. Or ever will unless your family came to Texas in a chuckwagon and cooked it suspended on camp fires in a steel pot without one bean, range style. Whereby, your great great papaw gave his sons the family recipe to guard and pass down in the will of each family, as if their lives depended on it. My second goto is their Big Frank with pulled pork and slaw, German style which is best and better than most I've ever had. Try a spoonful of that chili on it and just see how it tastes. I love spicy food. It is all about a nose drip brought on by me. Another goto is their fiery and spicy ketchup. I dip their onion rings in every time now. I love a hearty breakfast, so a must-have when you happen to catch it here is the off the menu item, breakfast burger cooked medium. Dang it’s really good with bacon for the tastebuds!

On February 8th, during the game of the Super Bowl we decided to go to burger joint and enjoy some food and sit and watch some football, me and my fiancé and son were excited… until our cashier Chloe, had asked me for my license, I proceeded to show her, (I’m 29), and began to tell me that she can’t sell me an alcohol beverage just because I look young…. Me and my fiancé stared at each other.. like wat.. at first we laughed but noticed she was actually being serious, I showed her Other proof such as my twic card, Social Security, I even had to show her my (my chart), for my doctor visits that I was going through a transitioning, And I have an appointment on Friday to change my license picture, But she continued to say, It’s not that you look different. It’s the fact that you look young, And refused to sell it to me, The fact that I had to show her all my information and Still kept saying, I look young and was not going to sell me anything, And for me to just go to another place was really disrespectful. I really felt discriminated., Never Have I ever gone through this…. I asked for her Manager and she wouldn’t allow me to talk to her manager, Until finally, her manager came, I repeated the story and continue to show her my identification and told me I didn’t have to go through this and not sure why Chloe was doing this to me… I really hope the general manager reaches out to me for this situation…… It was so embarrassing and so humiliating… Specially, when the game was going on and so many people behind me…… thank you to the Manager. She was really polite and had great customer service, In the other hand, Chloe, I don’t think I will go back to the Restaurant as long as she’s there…

The burgers are quite big. The patties dont have much flavor. The price is a little high. For a family of 4 we had 2 BBQ burgers 1 mushroom burger and a kids hot dog. We got 4 drinks and 3 fries. The price of the burger didn't seem to include the meal. In total we spent 78 dollars. Quite high for a family. At that price I would have preferred an all you can eat. My suggestion forget the fries. Order one helping because they are enough to share with 4 people. I actually prefer wataburger over these burgers. Nothing personal they just have more flavor. The atmosphere is great though. The musice was nice and mostly 70s and 80s which I love. We didn't even finish all the fries we ordered. Seems like a waste.

I ordered delivery today because I love burgers and The Burger Joint has a great selection and fresh ingredients. When i received my burger and cut it I was very disappointed to see it was practically raw in the middle. I ordered my burger done medium, not rare. This completely ruined my lunch because i was very excited, I love the burgers but this is not okay.

🚨Is the Baybrook Burger Joint location under new management & staff perhaps? I've been a loyal customer for 3yrs now & have always been treated like family by the professional & welcoming staff. On 12/23/25 @ 715pm I went in to p/up a call in order but was treated as if I was not wanted there. The young man at the register was rude & sarcastic. He first acted as if he couldn't find my name & order in the system after me giving him my name 3xs. It wasn't until I asked to speak to Chloe T, which was the young lady who initially took my order over the phone. She was very competent and pleasant while doing so. Once the young man finally admitted to seeing my name & order, he then told me to go towards the kitchen and ask for my order. I told him I usually get a number or just wait here upfront at the bar. He ignored my comment but finally went and grabbed my order but still set it on the opposite end of the bar where I had been standing/waiting and said here you go with a sarcastic tone. I even had to ask could he please punch my Burger Joint card which also seemed like I wasn't supposed to know or ask about. I truly felt discriminated against. This was very uncharacteristic for a Burger Joint staff member and I will not let this experience detour my next visit. Hopefully this issue will be corrected and it will not happen again.

The place is amazing, the food is very good, and the staff is very nice. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the bathrooms are very dirty, and depending on the time of day, some areas are dirty. I don't think it's the fault of the cleaning staff; I feel it's a problem from higher up, where perhaps they don't know how to manage the environment and keep it clean, along with regulating the music so people can talk. Other than that, the food is very good, and I recommend it.

Went here for the 1st time. Placed a to-go order at the counter. I was given a table tent with my number on it. A server tried delivering someone else's order to me. I guess he didn't look at the number. I waited there at least 15 minutes and luckily someone else waiting went up to the counter to see why it was taking so long since they weren't busy inside. BOTH our orders were ready and nobody bothered bringing them to us. Not a good first impression. Got home and the cheeseburger was large but had absolutely no taste and neither did the mac and cheese. My husband's grilled chicken sandwich was so tough that he couldn't even eat it. I won't be back.

I’m leaving this review in hopes that management sees it and addresses what happened. I ordered takeout and was disappointed primarily with the service. The middle aged white employee in the black polo who handled my order was dismissive and noticeably irritated throughout the interaction. There was no greeting, no basic courtesy, and my questions were met with short, abrupt responses. It made the entire experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but professionalism and respectful communication should remain consistent. Unfortunately, this interaction overshadowed the meal itself. When you pay $40 for a couple average burgers and shakes you expect better than McDonalds quality customer service. The food was soggy and falling apart as a result of of the delayed service.

Had a $125+ order. Went home to find a hair in my fries....again. I found a hair in my fries a few months prior while dining in and they at-least made me a new one and gave me a free milkshake card, this time around the manger just goes u want an refund or remake and I should've taken a refund with her nonchalant attitude. You know an apology goes a long way for inconveniencing someone. The rest of the staff is always nice when I go there and the other manger is good but never bringing my family there again, finding hair in your food twice is so disgusting.

We normally have a great time at the Burger Joint but our last experience made us very uncomfortable because of the General Manager. We chose to sit outside to enjoy the nice weather but the heater next to us wasn't on. I attempted to light it and it worked for a while but then went off. Around that time the general manager came outside to talk to an employee (gripe at an employee it seemed), saw me struggling to relight the fire, and yelled at me across the patio that "we will fix it and someone is coming!" Then he proceeds to go back to griping at his employee while we sat in the cold for 10 more minutes. Finally another employee comes to fix the heater but before he does he apologized on behalf of the restaurant without me bringing it up. I think the staff in general was mortified with how the GM yelled at my family and the fact that he didn't come to fix the problem himself. I'll say to the GM that no one comes to Burger Joint to pay $30+ for two burgers just because they love the food. They come for the atmosphere and to have a good time. Getting yelled at by the GM and embarrassing the staff was not how I envisioned spending my evening. To the GM, if you see a problem, fix it and then go back to your conversation. We will not be returning.

EAT SLEEP TRAVEL

Came with the family to enjoy an evening out, for a special occasion. However, we had very disappointing results. It's a shame for such a nice place, seems to be very popular. But the service is just piss poor! Why you may ask? Why ask how you want your burger cooked, if you're going to serve us whatever the hell the cook want to give us? ALL of our orders patties were on the wrong burgers. I'm sure if you're ordering 1 or 2 plates their consistency may be decent. But we had several people, and were told to just switch our plates / sides, "as it may be incorrect." All of our orders were wrong. Our female server didn't care, the cook couldn't read the ticket correctly, it's nothing short of laziness. Why spend your money on a $20-$30 combo if the people who run it don't care. Think there's better choices in the area that deserve our hard earned money. You've been warned. Should you visit, double check your order. Good luck. Edit: In response to Matt@burgerjoint. Sent email the following morning. I asked, "what more would he like to know, that wasn't in my review?" 5 days later, no response. Automated response or they just don't care.
