Great!Absolutely my favorite deli! I had to wait for a cd from my tests at radiology next door so I decided to treat myself to TooJays at Wellington! After fasting for 12 hours I was hungry and looked forward to a glass of wine and a huge shrimp salad sandwich with a pickle and coleslaw with extra mayonnaise! JR was my amazing and attentive server! Service with a smile and a true professional! My wine came out crisp and cold and even though they were very busy my sandwich came out quickly.. kudos to the kitchen! If you’ve never had their shrimp salad you are missing out! Huge sweet delicious shrimp caressed by mayonnaise - easily enough for two sandwiches on their amazing rye bread! I literally took half the shrimp off of half the sandwich and ate that.. took the rest home.. I even ate the pickle and the freshest coleslaw . I don’t even like coleslaw and I ate all of it.. The shrimp was amazing! Fresh, cold plump, sweet and delicious! For the huge portions their prices are very affordable and reasonable! I have 2 more sandwiches to enjoy at home. All the staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming! From the hostess to the bakery associates! Thank you so much for your hard work! JR definitely deserves a raise.. he was busy but didn’t let anyone wait for anything! In today’s day and age good reliable associates are hard to find! Can’t wait to come back to TooJay’s maybe for some dessert next time! They have the best desserts! I highly recommend!!!
We ate at Too Jay's on Monday and we had great food and service. Lisa was a great waitress and went above and beyond for us. Looking forward to coming back soon!
Chicken soup was really good and flavorful. The turkey Ruben isn't really listed on the menu, but it's a good amount of everything on a nicely roasted piece of bread.
I would like to mention how kind and professional Lisa was. It makes the whole experience even better. Thank you.
Went to eat at TooJay’s on Monday August 25th. Our cabbage beef soup and all of our other items were fresh and delicious. Our server, Lisa was very attentive and professional. We will definitely be back!
Lisa was amazing. Food was awesome. Will definitely come here again when I visit
Arely was super nice and sweet. She answered my questions about items on the menu with a smile on her face. She even checked on me as I sat and waited for my order! I ordered the Tuna Melt and it was delicious 💓
We came in for a late night dinner at the Wellington location and had a really good time. The menu had a new item called the Grilled Cuban on Challah bread. I ordered that and my husband ordered the Rachel. Our server, Lisa was so friendly too.
Today's Toojays experience was wonderful. Our waitress Lisa was very attentive and accommodating. Food was great and service was great. We'll definitely be dining here regularly.
Olivia was a great help in assisting me with this visit. She took her time even though she was busy and educated me on the various desserts that were available. Thanks for all your attention and friendly attitude!
Our server Lisa was thoughtful, patient, kind and attentive. She was gracious enough also to take our picture with her busy tables. Will definitely return!
A wonderful dining experience with Toojays best server, Lisa. Friendly, chatty and engaging. The food was outstanding. The best deli in Florida.
I had a wonderful birthday lunch with my girlfriend at Toojay’s. We were hosted by Olivia and she was great. She took great care of us and was very attentive. Thank you!
Food as always was excellent and our server Olivia was professional, friendly and provided great service!
Our waitress Lisa is the best! She is helpful, kind, and accommodating. All with a smile. And she even laughed at my husbands jokes :)
Had Lisa as our server; she was excellent! Ask for Lisa you won’t be disappointed! Excellent food, great server - made for an excellent dinner!
Our server Olivia , was kind and helpful and provided very good service. Very positive experience!
Lisa was a great waitress. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed
Server Lisa was excellent and very attentive. Liver was delicious and was the French onion soup and fish and chips
An awesome lunch today at TooJays. We don’t live in the area so we can’t be regulars. But believe me we would be! The half soup and salad or sandwich is a great option with plenty of delicious food. The offerings on each page of the menu were so tempting it was hard to decide what to eat. JR was our server and did a great job. We now have a new south Florida favorite.
I'm sorry I do not remember the name of the young woman who helped me at 7:30pm on a Wednesday night, but she was awesome answering all my questions, and being the first time I was ever there I had a lot of them. And these cookies are delicious too!
Stopped in here this evening to grab something for dinner. While I have bought bagels at another TooJay's in the past, I have never ate at one of the restaurants. First off, the service that I received from Simon was top notch and he was very attentive to my requests and needs. I'd give him 6 stars if I could. I asked for crispy fries, and he put the order in that way, and they did come out nice and crispy. After receiving my meal, I asked him to keep an eye on my drink as once I started to eat, I would need a refill. And he was on it before I ran out of soda. Kudos. I ordered the hot corned beef sandwich and there was a large amount of meat on it as you can tell from the pictures. Little disappointed in myself as I really don't think I knew what I was ordering. It was just the meat on sandwich bread. Meat was very tasty and lean without a lot of fat and gristle on it, which was good. Next time I'll try something else, or ask more questions. Yes, I will be back.
Best of a New York Deli here in Florida! Food was delicious and staff was friendly. We had our favorites that aren't as common on the West Coast (latkes, pastrami, stuffed cabbage, matzo ball soup) - practically had to roll us out of there because we were so full. 🤣 We'll definitely be back!
My husband brought me to TooJay’s for lunch today. This is now one of our favourite places! Must remember to all Birthday cakes from TooJay’s!

We had the pleasure of having Kristen R As a waitress. The food was fabulous and the service was even better. I also liked that they don’t have music blaring and you’re able to chat during your dinner.
Absolutely spectacular service tonight from Lisa, who delivered masterful service. We were not only impressed with the precision with which she handled our order, but also with how personable and entertaining she was. Truly a lovely person. It's refreshing to find someone who is both skilled, yet also maintains such pride in their vocation. Lisa was able to complement the wonderful food with exceptional service. She is an exemplar of what customer service should be.
Merci’s customer service was friendly and personable. She was very patient and helpful with letting me know if the secret sauce was any good on the double stack burger. I live on the other side of the state, but if I’m ever back in the area, I will very much consider coming back to this location of TooJay’s!
Lisa was great. Food was excellent as always. I truly believe that their honey mustard dressing is the best I’ve ever had, random I know. Chocolate cake delicious l.
I generally don’t like cookies that are not flat and crunchy but these oatmeal raisin cookies were tasty! I would have given a five star rating but there were a few too many raisins a for my taste.
Toojays has always been a go-to favorite of mine. Sandwiches are a healthy size, soups are great. I also love I can get fresh bread or sliced turkey from them. 10/10 recommend
Awesome customer service :) breakfast was delicious and our waitress Kirsten is on point and very personable! I appreciate the consistency with her, being this is our third time here for breakfast! The manager even stopped at our table to see how we are doing! Tables are clean and not sticky like some breakfast houses… great job TooJays! Kirsten, see you next week! :)
Food is excellent - love the potato pancakes and matzo ball soup! Onion rings (large and beer-battered) are really good! Our waitress, Lisa, was superb - the place was really busy and she was very kind and attentive. Highly recommended - prices are good. Desserts look excellent, but there was a lot of food and we had no room!

My waitress that my mother and I had, she was awesome, very friendly, warm, courteous, and not only took my mom and I I noticed her being the same way with all the other customers. There was another guy in there that I was watching him serve no smile on his face not like my server was didn’t seem pleasant like my server and my server move very quick. The other guy moves like a damn snail so my server Lisa was absolutely awesome. She’s a good access to your company.
Staff needs to acknowledge customers in store instead of letting them wait 10 minutes before being able to pick up a mobile order. A smile goes a long way. Prices are too high. Used to be a weekly diner but ended the app for incentives.
Dinner with a friend and we both ordered something other than the usual. I was pleasantly surprised by the Rachel, the coleslaw added a nice touch to the pastrami.

Usually I love their food. I purchased 2 corned beef sandwiches and they were mostly fat today. Service was great and friendly.
My pastrami was tough to chew with big strands of cartilage in it. Very poor-quality meat they are using. Onion rings were oily. Small portions. Now I know why I haven't been there in two years. I probably won't be back.

I'd like to give a 4 star review to this location but we had a bitter sweet experience with the hostess while waiting for our table. Be aware that if you are not older than 60 years old, you will be have to wait more to be seated, even though is your turn to get a table. We were next to be seated and there was a group of seniors behind us, and they were called next just because they are "old people". After the bad experience, the food was good but slow service. I would visit other Toojay location but no this one.
We placed a takeout order online and, when we got home, realized a side was missing and all of the bread was wheat instead of rye. When we called the store, we were told they were out of rye bread and the side we ordered—but this wasn’t communicated when we picked up the order. I’ve worked in the food industry, so I understand how busy it can get, but accuracy and communication are basic parts of good service. It’s frustrating when you tip on takeout and orders aren’t checked or substitutions aren’t communicated.
I haven't been to TooJay's as often as I might, because the quality of their meats has become terrible. Today my mom wanted to bring my grandma some corned beef and pastrami to make sandwiches. When we opened the packages, the meat was absolutely atrocious. Super fatty and grizzly, corned beef cut the wrong way (with the grain instead of against), and we had to toss about half of it. At about $22 a pound (we got half pound of each), you would expect something better than you could get at the Publix deli counter for significantly less money. Not only the quality of the meat, but the deli counter order took forever, even with only 4 tables seated in the restaurant. I'm sure they had online and phone orders coming through as well, but the customer standing in front of you should always take priority. Such a shame. We spent $70 for a half pound of corned beef, half pound of pastrami, half pound of Swiss cheese, 3 knishes (which are actually very good), and half a loaf of rye bread - which they also WEIGH. To not be able to consume half the meat is ridiculous. This place is going downhill fast.
Order turkey dinner on the 24th for Thanksgiving. Showed my receipt, lady was miserable told the other I was there then put the counter door up in my face and laughed while saying sorry. Sealed bag, I get home wrong order. Called 3-4 times no answer, mailbox full, emailed Thanksgiving night no response. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN
I visited around 11:30 AM on a Monday, and despite the slow time, the service was underwhelming. The food was overpriced for what you get— the meat-to-bread ratio in my sandwich was off, and it looked like it was just thrown together. I was also charged a $3 upcharge for 5 onion rings, only to find a hair in them. To top it off, I ordered a side of eggs for my baby. The first order had something in it, and when they brought a replacement, the eggs were undercooked. Overall, very disappointing, and I won’t be coming back.

I have to say I was truly disappointed in my experience at 2 j's. I ordered the Ruben sandwich. I'm it was mostly sourced, less meat, more sourced, a whole gigantic portion of sauerkraut in the middle. They disguise to make the sandwich look bigger. When actually? There's very little meat in the sandwich in the meat isn't that tender. 20 bucks for a small sandwich, with a small side, a close law. And the server came over one time to get our order and never came back. I had a stand up to get a drink refill and find Somebody. This place used to be a good place to go to for value anthem. I'm service not anymore. They used to put out free cookies at the front for their customers and just offer more than they do.Now, at small portions and high prices

I was there yesterday, I ordered soup and requested a half loaf of rye bread ( toojays usually has the best ) and 2 brownies. The soup was ok but the bread and brownie was old and stale. Very disappointed. The attendant of the counter didn't seem like she wanted to be there. I spent $ 45.00 for it was supposed to be a very comfortable and cozy dinner.
Neurotic waitress obviously hired by incompetent manager who realizes he made a not so good hire (that is if he's the one who hired her ) and she goes literally crying about every little thing. It was a simple order that she and he escalated to the point where I will not be returning to this location. Let them go the way of the Boca location; closed permanently. I mean the waitress is nice enough but she doesn't have what it takes to be in this position. Too flustered. And instead of helping her and training her properly the manager just exudes negativity and toxicity. I dined in and asked for items to go and the waitress became flustered immediately. "We don't have a button to ring that up" referring to a small side of turkey gravy, "I'm not sure how to do that, don't have a way to do that " again referring to a side of turkey gravy. It's not the first time I've placed the following order and had no problems in the past with other servers ...Quart of matzo ball soup matzo balls on the side means quart of soup matzo balls on the side. Charge it however you have to charge it but don't bring me a pint of soup and two matzo balls in an empty quart. I asked for brisket triple lean. I have to ask for it that way otherwise all you get is a plate of fat from them. Funny how I was deemed crazy for asking for what I wanted and what I'm paying for. Guarantee you if I was a man those words would have never left the manager's lips to me in front of customers and other employees. Yes, the manager called me crazy at the front counter when he got caught escalating the issue with the waitress crying in his face. The manager on duty said I had crazy requests. Is it crazy to ask for lean brisket? Is it crazy to ask for matzo balls on the side? Again I say charge me accordingly and give me what I asked for. If I was a man they wouldn't dare speak to me that way. And the manager instead of deescalating a situation totally escalated it in front of other customers. That's what's crazy. So you have incompetence leading incompetent. There was no need for that. I've been in there plenty of times and I've never had a problem like this... so I decided to leave all the extra things that I ordered behind and just pay for my items that I consumed at the table because of the manager's insolence. He told me that he's not the one to mess with that I've got the wrong one. He definitely is the wrong one, the wrong one for the job. I mean the waitress is literally standing there crying to him and then crying to Kristen, who I've never had a problem with. There's no crying in deli. Just a very unnecessary situation. I'll take my money elsewhere. And to the new CEO, good luck! You'll need it. Unfortunately, this new neurotic waitress is making everyone else out to be the problem and that stems from the top which is the bald manager. I'm sorry I don't know his name that's the only way I can describe him. His tag only says manager, you don't see his name, I wonder why? Seems he has a lot to hide. This incident is not going undocumented. I know I repeated myself a couple of times but this needs to be heard. And the turnover in managers speaks volumes. Always someone new when I go. Well no more. I'm done. Once I use up this gift card that's it. They get no more of my business. And I tell you, if you keep this guy on as manager he's only going to drive it further into the ground and it's close enough to the curb as it is if you catch my drift. The next stop on this train is letting corporate know. Because I will not be spoken to in that manner. I bring kindness to the table. The reaction you get is caused by the energy you bring to the table.
I came in with a party of 8 people. There was no greeting and no response from anyone. After standing around for 10 minutes waiting for someone to seat us. I asked the lady behind the dessert counter if we are to seat ourselves. She said "No" with no offer of help or getting someone to help us. The place had a few people dining in so we continued to wait. A couple of workers came out to clean a table. Still no hello or someone will be with you... Nothing. Finally one gentleman came from the back and said he'll be back. We waited a total of 25 minutes to an empty restaurant with a zombie staff. We finally left and walked across the parking lot to a Mexican restaurant. I was so embarrassed because the people with me were from out of town and I had been bragging on their rueben sandwiches. I like TooJay's, but I will not go to the Wellington location again.
I waited 10 minutes for my pre-ordered meal while the hostess was on a personal call and ignored me. The service was terrible. My tuna melt came with an unexpected piece of bacon and other unlisted ingredients. I am a vegetarian, so ordering a tuna melt, I would not expect a piece of bacon and foreign ingredients in my tuna melt. Obviously, there was cross contamination. The bread was soggy, and the food was cold. Very disappointing and disgusting!!!!

Just left Tojays Wellington and if I could give them a minus 0 I would. I ordered a simple dish of pancakes and after waiting about 20 minutes I get my order but the only thing wrong with it is there is a HAIR coming out of the food!!! I called the server over who seemed he didn’t want to be bothered because he was so busy and he took it away!! A few minutes later another man can over to apologize. Sorry , if u think I would EVER step foot in your restaurant again , u are crazy!! PEOPLE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
