I came in this past weekend and just got some drinks on the patio. Our server Anna recommend the watermelon margarita and it was amazing! The patio has a good atmosphere. Will be coming again!

Went in to watch football, have a couple cocktails, and play a little black jack. Bartenders were very nice and checked on us regularly. It was a nice, calm atmosphere. Can't wait to see the renovations.

Stopped in last weekend for a few beers. It was my first time here , but definitely not my last! I had a great time, the atmosphere is great, the service is even better! Amanda was a rockstar, fast, attentive and very friendly. I wasn’t expecting much from the food as gaming bars typically are sub par. I was pleasantly surprised! The “90s fat boy” burger was amazingly delicious! I would recommend this bar for anyone, they don’t however allow kids- 21 and up- and they do have indoor smoking- Pool tables-and a patio.

Had a good time here. Met up with a few people and we ordered food and drinks. Our server Victoria was great, or fabulous as she said, great service from her and she was very attentive. The food itself was good though I personally like more bacon. They have pool too but it does cost a dollar. Other than that it's a great place to go, clean affordable friendly, and great quality people and products.

First visit for me and will return! Happy hour drinks and snacks were excellent. Loved the exterior and interior design. Service was excellent too!

I held a work party here for F45 Summerlin and they were nice enough to reserve the patio area for our group of 30+ people. They gladly did separate checks and service was phenomenal. Our waiter Chewy did an amazing job. Thank you, Ryan and the Distill team for hosting us!

The grave yard cook Anthony is absolutely 💯 amazing. The food was everything!!! I will return and refer others. It had a great atmosphere with gambling machines and pool tables. Sitting and lounging area for games and friends and family. The bartenders are attentive and friendly. I wish I had won on the slots then I would have fell in love. This beautiful gem 💎 of a place is a definite must experience.

Luxury, class, comfort. This was my first visit & I was actually surprised at how nice this bar was. Awesome atmosphere ~ fun, casual experience mixed with high end architecture, and great ambiance in both indoor & outdoor environments. Female brunette bartender was very attentive despite full bar ~ excellent service! The steak nachos were good & the Brisket burger was really delicious. We will happily return & recommend, thanks! =)

This location was awesome, loved the atmosphere and the staff was super friendly including our server Amanda! She was engaging and very prompt. Never let our drinks get low, love that type of service. Definitely will return.

I have been coming to Distill for over 12 years. I came first as a visitor and now as a local. I have always had amazing service and great food!! It has a nice local vibe. The bartenders Amber ,Nicole and Niall all treat you like family . The manager Ryan is hands on and is always making sure you are taken care of. I can play video poker anywhere but my loyalty is to Distill. The people who work here make the difference and the loyalty program is great. I highly recommend this Distill!!!

We had a small get together here and it was fabulous. I worked with Tony to set up the evening and he made it simple, fun, and enjoyable. We had to flex the menu at the last moment and he made it all happen. The food was delicious. Highly recommend the filet mignon sliders and avocado egg rolls. The happy hour prices are fantastic. I'll be going back.

My normal hang out bar. I love everything about this bar. I tried the wing for the first time and it was great. Service was great too . Everyone here is always super friendly . This bar just has a chill vibe to it , which I love ! Great job guys! Keep up the great work.!

I went in recently for some food and a couple drinks and was blown away by the not just the food but the service. The girl who was taking care of me was named anna. She was so sweet and charismatic with me and was genuine. She immediately greeted me with a smile and brought my drinks right away. She checked on me multiple times never leaving my glass empty. The food was SO good, I ordered the salmon and it was amazing. Not only would i come back for the tasty food but to see that awesome girl! The atmosphere is inviting and fun aswell as the other staff. definitely coming back

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Distill summerlin location. The staff, food, and ambiance were all more than outstanding and I truly have no complaints. The servers and bartenders were very attentive, the food was delicious and cooked perfectly, and the atmosphere was a perfect mix of lively while still having the feel of your neighborhood bar. This will definitely become one of my go to spots and I can’t wait to tell everybody about it!

Distill is a FAR cry from the best bang for your buck gambling wise, but it is STILL my go to after work , for the food which is great for a picky eater like myself, but for the bar tenders who are easily the coolest in town Nicole “Cole” Matt Nile All three of them are down to let me be when I need to be let be, talk shop on movies/ politics/ debate club status, or let me cry on their shoulder , depending on the need and obviously the business level of the establishment at the time of my visit which is typically mid grave hours but occasionally mid swing!

Awesome place, great vibe, bartenders are awesome and there’s actual seating that doesn’t require gambling! Oh also they have pool (2 tables) if you didn’t know !

Delicious luncheon at Distill! Our patio dining experience was beautiful. Set in an adobe setting with fireplaces (if needed), comfortable outdoor seating, and multpile areas to accommodate any size group from a couple to a family, as well as, a work meeting- this outdoor area is perfect. Assorted entertainment areas, i.e. pool table settings, are set apart from the dining areas. The price point is perfect for all budgets. The inside dining areas set for Happy Hour or just a private inner for two or more, makes Distill the perfect venue. Distill is also geat for "after work" gatherings! Our Protein Bowl, Steak Sliders and Tacos were all outstanding. Ample size servings and phenommenal table side service, also make Distill a regular on our dining list. The dinks menu is superb! Ample parking for all! Our server, Alley (most attentive and cheerful, great asset to Distill on all levels), Distill GM Allison, and the AM Abby are most gracious and are on point with making sure Distill remains a great dining experience for all to enjoy. Distill offers a fantastic and consistent experience at all of their locations. The food is exceptional and well priced per portion. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to specials and offer suggestions when asked. Chanel at the Charleston location is fantastic offers great recommendations food and drink wise and provides exceptional service. The staff at all locations are also extremely pleasant and provide stellar service.

I had a lovely time and Ashley, my server, was very attentive and knowledge about the menu. The poke stack, seasonal sangria and chocolate bliss were to die for!

My fiancé and I were in search of an outdoor bar away from the strip. We read the reviews and decided to give it a shot. We absolutely enjoyed it here! Brittany K was amazing. The food was really good, especially the tatter tots appetizer. Our new go to spot!

I’ve always had a great experience at Distill. The staff is friendly, attentive, and really makes you feel welcome. A special shoutout to Anna—she’s hands-down my favorite server. She’s always upbeat, remembers my usual, and brings such a positive energy to the place. The atmosphere is relaxed, and it’s clear they care about providing great service. Definitely one of my favorite local spots.

Came in on a whim after doing a little shopping nearby. It was around 9 am, and I thought they were closed when I walked in since everything was dark, and there was a guy mopping the floor. But, they were open, and the waitress had me seated. She was very attentive and friendly, and I got my order in fairly quickly. I wanted to try a bunch of stuff, and I got the Appetizer Platter and the Smashed Animal Cheeseburger. The platter had onion rings, chicken tenders, sliders, and these deep fried balls of some kind. The burger was cooked as specified, and I got steak fries as my side (you can get the daily soup, a salad, or a type of fries). The meal was great - the burger was juicy, and all the apps and sides were crunchy and flavorful. I'd definitely come back to try other things if I'm ever in the area again.

I really wasn't expecting much since this was a business trip and my colleague told me about this place for the food I got which I ordered the Jalepeno Popper Burger and a Margarita surprisingly pretty affordable if you dont get the margarita the burger was only about $15 which honestly these days ain't that bad. The service was phenomenal Victoria was great. If I lived in the area I'd definitely come back. It was definitely moderately loud, but then again it is a bar style restaurant, they were prepping for an event.

Had lunch at Distill - A Local Bar and it seriously hit the spot. Tried the pulled pork sliders with sweet potato fries—so good! The pork was juicy and flavorful, and those fries were crispy and just the right kind of sweet. Washed it down with a margarita (because, why not?) and it was chef’s kiss — super refreshing without being too sweet. Chill vibe, great food, solid drinks. Definitely coming back.

I went after work with a few coworkers and the place was awesome. Nice atmosphere, relaxed. Food and drinks were great especially their chips and dip. The guy bar tender, I think he was the main guy in charge was attentive and made sure we were taken care of by the waitresses. Waitresses were awesome and beautiful women. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to unwind and relax after a days work.

I had a great lunch here. It was great to be able to sit outside, even in December (heating lamps were on). Service was top notch. I liked the decor with all the plants and colors. My tacos were great. I appreciated that the had drafts and a diverse drink menu. Parking was easy. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. For me, even though this is sort of a “chain” (there is more than one “Distill” in Summerlin), this place felt cozy and like a local, charming pub. It was the excellent service that motivated me to give fixe stars here.

On a Thursday 9pmish, it was a lively place even pass 10pm when we left. $10 cocktails and $10.95 meals that comes with a side and possibility to add $1 for another side. Happy Hour Daily: 2pm-6pm, 2am-6am. $5 cocktails, $4 spirits, $5 wine, $3+ beer. $4 fried artichoke, $5 kettle chips, $6 tots or p&j, $7 biscuits or wings, $8 lobster rolls. Ask for Tyler. He makes sure your drink is decent if not just strong. And what is better to order in food, or between indecisive selections.

First time at this bar. I am not a drinker, but some friends suggested we met at this bar. Great idea! The place is great! Good service. You can have sliders, a hamburger, cocktails, beer, wine, and have a great time with good friends. We spent about $20 per person. The place is pretty. It has different areas. One was not open because it's winter now, but it looks like a gorgeous place to be during the spring and summer. Will definitely go back.

First time back since pandemic , very comfortable setting and easy flow surroundings. The staff was friendly and attentive. Great selection of beers , their poured drinks are weak so stick to the beers Their menu has changed not for the better my friend ordered the tater tots (really, what was he thinking? Are we 10?)and other appetizers not impressed . Still a great meeting place with a great vibe. I'll still go back I'll order other items I'll try to find something I like.

Stopped in today and we were happy to see they serve breakfast 24/7. Gabbie was our server, and today was her first day but you would never know it. She was attentive, friendly and made sure we were happy with everything. The bar itself is rustic and super cool. We both had the steak and eggs and it was AMAZING!! The only complaint I can come up with is the smoking, being from Canada we just are not used to it, but it’s everywhere here in Vegas so we suck it up. We will definitely come back again

We had issues with the tater tots that came out lukewarm, but the manager was on top of that bad quickly resolved it. They have new cooks so I was very understanding about that. They serve 25oz cold drafts! Delicious Elysian Spacedust was so good!!

My friend & I came in here on 02/09/2024 to meet our married friends. We were hungry & wanted a couple of drinks. It didn't take long to get seated. It wasn't very busy for a Friday night, we arrived probably around 9pm or so. Our waitress, Christi started out great but then went down hill. She wasn't completely knowledgable about some of the items on the menu & had to go find out, she was nice & friendly though. We sat @ a high top table. Chairs weren't all that comfy. I had ordered Truly to drink & Christi didn't know what flavors they had so I gave her a couple of choices that I would drink when she had to go & find out what they had. My friend got a Mango Cart beer & I tasted it and it was very tasty. I don't drink beer much these days. I got the chicken fingers that were tasty & replaced the fries with onion rings for an extra $1.00 substitution charge. They weren't good @ all. They didn't taste homemade & just were blah. I started off with a cup of chili that was good but the best part was their cornbread patties. OMG to die for!! I had asked Christi if I could order some to go & she had to go and ask someone this. Luckily I was able to and two come in one order so I got two orders that cost me $4.00 total for 4 pieces. We sat for a long time with our dirty plates in front of us after we were done eating. I actually put some of our dirty dishes on the clean table next to us, which I hated to do but I was sick of them being in front of me & in my way. This is were the service went down hill. Like I mentioned Christi started off great, we hadn't waited long for her to come greet us but after we got out food it was like she went home or something? And of course the longer we were here the less busy it was, so its not like there was a bunch of customers in here that she may have been waiting on a table(s) not in view of us. We had no idea what happened to her. Then when we wanted to get our bills we had to wait even longer for them. We were a little bummed how the service started out so great but then went to poop. This won't prevent me from coming back to give this place another try especially so I can get some more cornbread....yum!! The ladies bathroom was freezing cold when my friend & I went to use it. OMG it was like they had the AC on high blast in there and the night we were there it had been raining outside so it wasn't like it was a hot night. I did notice a pool table near us that some people were playing pool @. Not sure what other games they had up in that separate area?

My first experience going there was an afternoon hockey game the crowd was very exciting. My waitress was great she was very busy but she was still very hospitable and spoke with me without being in a rush with all that said I don't get out much but it was a great afternoon. The waitress head Hawaiian name and I can't remember ✌️

Charlie was our server & she was great! The food was good. I would have given it 5 stars, but I had asked for eggs over easy and got fully cooked eggs. We also asked if the chilaquiles could be made a little spicer and they were just regular. That being said.....we will be back, and hopefully, next time, I can give the food 5 stars.

Solid choice for lunch. We are visiting and needed a quick bite. App was good - we had the tuna poke, very tasty. We also ordered salad and sandwich, both portions were substantial. We thoroughly enjoyed all of it. Our server was great, and an Eagles fan, so extra points. Only downside was it did smell a bit like smoke, which I'm not a fan of. We sat where the smell was less so it wasn't bad. Would recommend.

First time here. If you like the darker cozy and funky atmosphere, which we do, this would be a place you would like. Bartenders were very friendly and helpful. We had some fried pickles with jalapenos that was tasty and spicy. One minor negative was a very strong sewer smell in the restroom areas. We will be going back.

I ordered a margarita with Casa Amigos tequila. It was very sweet so I couldn’t taste the tequila at all. Probably a good option for the occasional drinker or someone who doesn’t enjoy the spirit forward type cocktails. The place was nice and friendly. Casual and approachable. I like how open the restaurant concept is. I would return.

A neat find, the menu has a great selection, having fan favs with a yummy twist. The atmosphere is fun, there are tvs playing but not overwhelming, even on a Sunday at 11. Food is solid and consistently good and came out pretty quick, made correctly. The only downer was the waitress was wearing too much of a body spray or perfume, and it was pervasive in the room and even to the food, I couldn't finish my breakfast. I'd go back to try again, maybe a different time of day.

Been coming here for a while and the service and drinks are great. The food however needs work in my opinion. Could've been because it was late night, or maybe it was just the tacos and the other food items are great, but the tacos I had wasn't the best. Had to ask for some ranch to get through eating it. Hope they fix it! Anyways, drinks and service were great.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty dead. Most people sit at the bar, smoke, and gamble. We took a table and while the service was super slow at first, the waitress ended up being great. The food was SO good and big portions. The drink was $12 and maybe too sweet, but okay. Highly recommend the smash burger and moco loco. I did think it was a bit petty to charge extra $ for some mayonnaise- it’s a condiment?? 21+ only, even for the restaurant

Distill on Charleston is a great local bar and restaurant that has an amazing patio and awesome drink and food specials during happy hour and football games. This is big place with a nice layout and you can play pool too. The food is always good and my only wish is that they would have live entertainment on the weekends.😜

Sarah (or Sara) was our server and she was fantastic. Friendly. Helpful. The food was awesome! We have eaten at a few pubs and the food is good. At Distill, the food is amazing. The side salads were huge. My husband's filet was large and delicious, according to him. I had the Reuben. (Forgive my spelling!) The corned beef was so good good and not fatty. If you can, sit outside. It's beautiful! For us, it was a little noisy. Then again, it is a pub.

I love the distill franchise. But this one seems to have an older crowd (40-50), which isnt what i was looking for. That's cool because it's quiet, but if youre a younger person, maybe pick the one in the sky canyon/centennial hills area. The food is just ok. It was also hot because they were having ac issues. I don't get why they made their employees work instead of closing down to have the issue fixed asap. I regretted ordering food because we had to wait in a temperature that was hotter than outside.

Food was terrible, service was good, and the place was a decent size allowing us not to be over crowded.

We come here from time to time because it’s close. Always had a decent experience. Have to say, the 07/19/2024 bar tender crew absolutely sucked. Must have sat at the bar for an hour and a half and not one time could I get a refill. They spent more time on their phones and talking to each other than serving patrons. Bummed because I used to like this place.

Once we were waited on, the drinks were good, and food was tasty. It might have been a good idea to order two drinks at a time since it was a long time between visits from the waiters. The smell of smoke permeates the dining area, which is different from other taverns in the area.

Food was subpar. Ordered the nachos and the cheese sauce was disappointing. Very light on the toppings on top of the over cooked chips. We came last week and the chicken fingers was drowning in hot sauce. So we had to order this time the sauce on the side and the chicken tenders was good. Service was great.

Just okay. No major complaints, but with so many gaming bars in town, this one was blah. Burger underdone (med rare instead of well). Waiter extremely over zealous (don't say "awesome sauce" 15 times.) High top chairs very uncomfortable.

My GrandPapa and his family are regular patrons, but he was so disappointed they stopped having his salmon that he said he will not be returning. All they have is some kind of chili salmon now. Dirty lipstick coffee mug and disappointing menue change. It was too loud and hurting my grandparents ears and they wouldn't turn the volume down a little. It wasn't busy at all. No one would of cared. We could t even hear each other speak. Had to ask the girl to bring us silverware 4 times.

Atmosphere was nice but music was so loud. Service was a bit inconsistent. The one male bartender was on point and second female bartender was not. I didn't get their names so it is difficult to identify. The female bartender asked is a question as she walked away and never returned. We had to catch who we could walking by to place an order.

This place use to be so good. We came in here almost weekly until lately. Food menu has been revamped from customer offerings (stuffed mac n cheese, bruschetta etc.) to just bar food (wings and cheeseburgers). It is being remodeled inside and the feeling just isn’t the same. Some of the large TVs were replaced with smaller ones. Only positive was that it wasn’t busy… probably because it just feels like a bar now. Servers were nice but they weren’t the staff they use to have. Example- we got our food and couldn’t find our server for 10 min. I got up and went looking for her and she was at the computer stand texting on her phone. Just poor service. These regulars Wont be back.

Nice location. Bartender was friendly. Just had lunch there. Fish n chips with meatball soup. Very tasty. Low lighting place, which I think people like. Right behind Coffee Bean. Good parking. Familiar with the plaza itself, not so much with this place. Appears to be a large gaming bar as well. Plenty of TVs . 3 star rating just because I didn't spend much time there (45min).

I don’t think the chef here knows how to cook a steak any other way but well done. I’ve ordered a medium rare steak from here twice and both times I got a well done steak. I thought the first time was an honest mistake but twice feels deliberate…like the chef doesn’t know what medium - rare actually means.

This place is very smokey and the food and drink prices are expensive. I came here for happy hour and got four wings for $8 Two sliders and fries for $12. Happy hour beers of coors or budlight. Tables were dirty! No service from the waitress. She did not come to our table once to see if we needed any drinks. She was watching the TV the whole time. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE

Sat for over 20 minutes while waiters walked by and refused to acknowledge us. Worst customer service. We left and went to BGR where they were welcoming and the food was good.

Truly the most ridiculous experience I ever had ordering from a restaurant. I never give reviews, they is honestly my first one ever and I HAVE to leave this I ordered on Uber eats, and they didn’t have any option for extra dressing anywhere. Not a single option, I looked multiple times. I spent $80 on food, and then called, nobody answered the first 6 times but then where I got ahold of the restaurant the person was incredibly rude, and said no, we can’t give you extra dressing you need to pay for it, he even said you can come drive to the restaurant and get it yourself if you’d like. I spent $80 and I couldn’t even get extra dressing because they didn’t OFFER IT ON THE APP. Finally after seeing how ridiculous this was; I ended up getting the dressing, but truly unbelievable that’s is what I dealt with

I have been here twice this month. The first time I went the service and food were great but it was really hot and the bathrooms were gross. I waited a couple weeks and gave it another shot……… same results. Second time I didn’t bother waiting for food. I guess I’ll wait until winter and give it another shot.

I have a place down the street and I won’t be coming back here ever again! I know others that have had issues with Ryan’s attitude not myself but censoring someone for their political beliefs let alone kicking someone out of your restaurant is disgusting ! Unbelievable! Bad service spreads like wildfire in this town but political bias could shut you down !

Food was way too salty. We had a party of 6 and everyone got their food at different times. Our meals were finished by the time the final meal came out. Our waitress was one of the worst I've experienced. She was not tentative to our table. She also thought it was ok to call names to 2 of our guys in our party. It was very awkward and very uncalled for. We were being a very respectful party. It's unbelievable how people think they can treat and talk to people especially in the service industry. Happy hour was good for the prices and their Brussel sprouts were delicious. But sadly I wouldn't spend a penny on this place again.

It was a quiet Saturday night, and I had to leave without ordering because the waitress was more focused on flirting with some customers than attending to her duties. I noticed another couple leaving for the same reason earlier. Great job to the manager for keeping that lady at the bar!

Where to start? It's hard to believe that you can have such a terrible experience in Summerlin. What I should say is NO experience! After spending an amazing night on the strip we came home and decided to check it out for a nightcap. It was about 11 pm on Saturday August 24 at Distill across from Red Rock casino. My husband and I are dressed up in cocktail attire and decide to sit outside on a beautiful night. So seated and relaxing not rushed... server serves table next to us and takes order for other table next to us while ignoring us completely. This happens several times. My honey does the "over here" polite hand wave and she sees us. Walks away. We wait a couple more minutes. She's back and starts a lengthy chat with the table across from us. She leaves. We decide to leave. Looks like college kids are servers. Probably should learn that you shouldn't ignore people who actually tip well. We just wanted a drink. Jeez. Too bad we won't be back it's nicely decorated and has music. My husband wanted to speak to the manager and I told him not to bother...why would that make a difference since clearly things aren't being managed at all. Plus I couldn't take him getting upset at this hour of the night. Guess they have too much business...minus ours!

I paid $74 and got this delivered just now. You gotta be kidding me!!!!!! $20 for the Tuna tartar and no avocado or sauce or wonton chips!!!!! Just some raw tuna. It was supposed to be a tuna tower! Soggy hash browns, overcooked scrambled eggs, missed half the bacon I paid extra for, missed half the bread but gave me butter (thanks Iike are you serious?!) Unbelievably incompetent people making the food there!

I came in here. I never write bad reviews… The man walked me out and shut The door on my foot like a man who is slurring his words… clearly drunk…. I haven’t even had a drink. I had a really rough day at work. I was looking forward to coming here… And I have my Sheriffs Card and my work permit showing that I’m of age. 31 i just celebrated my birthday here and come here often he had a 58 shirt on white..

Extraordinarily poor service. Came in after work for food and drinks, took at least 30 minutes to even get a beer. Was there for 2.5 hours and our server came by the table three times, maybe four. Once upon entering, once more with our food and possibly one other time before bringing our check. She brought our bill because it was the end of her shift which I totally understand. What I don't understand is why we sat there with no service for another hour while the other bar girl sat down with her boyfriends, apparently not working. And the woman who gave us our bill and stopped serving us because "she had to go home" was still behind the bar. I approached the bar to order more drinks and the two individuals made certain to keep thier backs turned and walked away, leaving the bar entirely while making extra certain to try to act like they didn't see me there waiting to place an order.
