It is a typical burger joint. This one is located in Eastland Center shopping area. Since, I was working in the area, at the beginning of this year, 2024. I would, usually, come here, during my lunch breaks, and order my lunch. Of course, I would eat in the area, since my lunch breaks were limited. During my visits, to this establishment, I noticed that the lines were non-existent. At the same time, there was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy my meals. The burgers, too, were delicious. At the same time, the place was neat, and the staff members were courteous. Of course, I cannot forget to mention, that prices too, were quite fair. So, if someone needs a quick bite, I would recommend to stop by this establishment. The prices, themselves, are worth the visit.

This location is on the upper level of the Eastland Center. It is on the corner, on the same side as Target, closest to IKEA and across from Bevmo. The food is flavorful and served in satisfying servings. Service was welcoming and delivery was fast. I was able to order the Santa Barbara as a single patty sandwich. The interior feel is fast food rather than the cafe style of the others. There is indoor and outdoor seating. There is ample parking depending on the time of day (mall).

How I love the Habit! Char Burger with Cheese on sour dough with sweet potato fries. It's my favorite! I get it every single time! And occasionally, you gotta just get a milk shake. The service is always great, staff are accommodating and willing to do whatever they can to be sure you have a good experience. This location is very clean and offers easy access to a quick bite after shopping through the Easland Center.

It's my first time here. The food is so so good that makes me want to go back! There fries are hot and crispy, so good. I got the chicken sandwich, but I don't remember the name of it. The bread it good 👍 Next time, I would try other menu.

Customer Service

This Habit offers a few extra items on the menu, so that was nice. We got a grilled chicken salad and a golden fried chicken sandwich. Solid 4! It filled the spot but wasn't as tasty as the one in my city. It was very clean, the staff were friendly and it offered the same great prices.

They food is very good I tried the chicken club sandwich, however they are very greedy when it comes to ranch you have to pay a almost a dollar for a small ranch, if you are a paying customer you deserve free ranch

It’s fast food nothing crazy. I ordered a patty melt that turned out to be pretty mediocre (under seasoned, overcooked and bland). French fries were solid and crispy. Overall decent for the price (~$10 per person) Customers order and pick up at the counter with a fast service. There is an optional self service machine.

Usually pretty yummy, but the morning staff do not make the burgers correctly. They added the wrong sauce on the teriyaki burger and they added grilled onions even though it says clearly on the bag No raw No grilled onions. Kind of annoying because I had no time to take it back.

I love the convenience of this fast-food spot, but I'm giving two stars to protest the tip screen at checkout. Tipping is for service, not for handing me a bag of food ordered on an app! The Suggested amounts are absurd-$2 on a $10 order is a 20% tip for what? This isn't about helping staff; it's a giant corporation offloading its payroll onto the Customer. Pay your employees a fair, living wage. Stop guilting me into subsidizing your profit margins! chose 'No Tip' and felt annoyed the whole way home. 🤨

Food was extremely disappointing at this location. Drinks did not taste fresh, but did have real strawberries. Employees looked overworked but were nice. Building is way too small.

I love Habit burger 🍔Before they had Tropical iced tea, Unfortunately they stoped it. Today we had lunch, Ashley was not polite 😕 😒 give us a bad service. 2 gentleman in front of us was frustrated, then saw 👀 2 women was getting mad, cuz Ashley wouldn't take Thier orders for some reason 🤔 She totally over charged me, got both our food wrong, messed up the food, I took it back, she didn't apologize for it, was rude, refused to help me out also, or return my money. I'm 100% turned off at Habit Burger 🍔 Service bad, you waited 20 minutes. She just didn't want to work look like it. She pissed off way to many people 😒

I was given a nasty fried sandwich that I didn't even order. I ordered a chicken club but I guess it was my mistake for not checking everything before I drove all the way home. The tables where I waited were dirty as well as the outside dining area, while at least one employee was busy chatting away with another one. I complained through their survey and they sent me some kind of electronic char tickets that I don't even know what to do with and I don't even think I want to go back to this place. They should have just refunded my order.
