Customer service and the food never disappoint. The restaurant is always kept clean, and there is always plenty of seating available for small and large groups.

This Wendy's location always has friendly staff. The drive through seems to take forever though. I find it quicker to go inside. An employee told me they are going to have some renovations done soon to supposedly enhance the drive through experience. We'll see.

The food is good if you get everything you order. Didn’t have a problem for a very long time which is why it became our go to fast food place. Good food and complete orders. But something has definitely changed. This is the second time in a few weeks that we’ve gotten home and been missing items. Last time it was 1 entire meal, tonight it was 2 meals and a fry that was missing. They really need to get it together.

It's okay at best, definitely not great or excellent. They frequently get the order completely wrong and/or forget to place items you pay for in your bag and you usually don't realize it until your home. So just beware of that. Foodwise though, its pretty typical for a fast food place.

constantly gets order wrong and this time my order didn’t even get made at all and i had to contact doordash support just to fix this

Your website explicitly says any sandwich can be ordered as a lettuce wrap. Yet you denied this and state all your lettuce is shredded

The 8 dollar biggie bag sandwiches are 1/2 the size of the regular ones , but they don't tell you that and the quality was poor , will not be going back

I went to the drive-thru to get the same thing I always get the crispy chicken BLT biggie bag and was told that they don't have it no more so I went next door to the taco bell for food

Literally everytime my girlfriend and I go to this specific Wendy’s they always mess up the order or forget items, the serivice is horrible and even worse if you don’t speak Spanish….i swear they treat non Spanish speakers worse in this establishment, I get reminded every trip there how horrible this particular Wendy’s restaurant is… not to mention 15 min wait just to place a order and the 30 min wait to get the order

Made a purchase and they tried to charge me for sauce. If you cannot afford to give somebody sauce when they make a purchase then maybe management needs to be adjusted or you shouldn’t be in business.

Food here was good. Service was friendly. My only complaint is this Wendy's has one of the weirdest drive thrus I've seen. The entrance cuts through a parking lot next to a mall strip, the painted directions on the asphalt are faded making it difficult to see where the line starts, and the exit lane cuts through the line for food. It's harder at night because it's darker. As a new comer, I found it to be quite chaotic and difficult to navigate through compared to other Wendy's locations. They should add bigger signs directing where to go and repaint the arrows on the ground. Just a suggestion.

Today, I placed a Carry out order 15 items, the two girls on the counter were keeping a conversation between them not attending us as costumer told her I'm here, for a mobile order gave my name, she says "order not here" and returned to the conversation with the other employee then I waited 2 minutes until they finished their important conversation and I told her again it's that one right there? and she didn't even say sorry or apologize Just handed to me like it was my fault. The order was ready.

This place can't get it right. Myself and my friend both have gotten completely wrong orders, him multiple times. It's Wendy's. You go there for easy, consistent, quick meals. If they can't manage to put the right food in the bag, and you have to wait for another meal or drive back to get it corrected, that defeats the purpose.
