I didn’t get images of food but it was super delicious and server was just amazing. Our server recommended us exactly what we were craving and she was so easy going and lovely. The atmosphere was romantic and more on the darker side. Overall 5 stars!!

My husband and I went to dinner here when I was 9 months pregnant! We did an early reservation and loved the sexy vibe, the ambiance, and the impeccable service. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about menu pairings and the bar was willing to create a non-alcoholic drink for me without issue. We loved the pizza, the crab, and my husband said the sushi was great. The Mac n cheese was super cheesy! Loved it! We didn’t get a steak but we tried the fish and it was cooked perfectly. It’s a fun, upscale vibe.

I had an amazing dinner at Drake’s Hollywood! The Delmonico steak (medium well) was cooked perfectly juicy, flavorful, and didn’t need steak sauce. The lobster mac & cheese was rich and creamy, but the crab claws stole the show 😋 so big, juicy, and delicious that we ordered them three times. For drinks, the Mexican was too strong and bitter for my taste, but the Lemon Fizz was light, refreshing, and absolutely perfect. Dessert was a 24-layer strawberry cake that was beautiful, delicious, and nearly impossible to finish. Drake’s Hollywood is definitely worth visiting again! I’d come back just for the crab claws!

First night back in LA from Miami and this place completely impressed me. Our waiter Alex was outstanding, attentive, friendly, and on point all night. We started with the Caesar salad, spicy salmon tuna rice, crab cakes, oysters, cauliflower dynamite, and snow crab scampi, and every dish was a 10/10. For mains, the Pasta La La was incredible and gave me Carbone-level spicy rigatoni vibes. The A5 Japanese Wagyu and Filet Classique were perfectly done, and the chili garlic broccoli, lobster mac and cheese, and elote corn sealed it. Desserts, the chocolate silk pie and the 24-layer strawberry cake, were the perfect finish. Top tier service, top tier food. I will absolutely be back next time I’m in LA.

Sushi was good too . But it’s your typical Hollywood spot . If your craving some attention and want to have fun , saw a lot of single girls hanging out at the bar . Trying to meet guys . Most people that had tables were either couples or group of friends . The way this place is set up you have 360 view , which is also very nice . Meaning you can see everything that’s going on . It’s super dark . Our waitress had minor attitude problem but it’s okay , I forgive her . She was probably having a rough night . The host was nice . Im not sure if I would be back here for dinner again , but I never know . I liked the place but didn’t love it

Food was good and good portion. Our sever Nick was good. They push the bottled water ($12 a bottle) they got filtered tap if you like. Atmosphere and ambiance was great. The way they charge and sneaky way you get to $100 a person is crazy I know there’s a science and they got it down pat. It wasn’t absurd but this is a warning. You get what you pay for. Just celebrity spots always charge 25%+ more to pay for the name Drakes is lives up to the charge and if you got it ain’t bad.

Drakes Dallas has been an absolute favorite for years and always a flawless experience. Love having a location in Weho but for the love of GOD, bring back the original 4 cheese mac. Whatever you have going on with the breadcrumbs is absolutely not working and was soooooo disappointing compared to Hudson House/ Drake’s Dallas mac. It was perfect before.

I would’ve given it a 5 if the Hot Honey pizza had more hot honey on it. The Zaza pasta was phenomenal. The place has good vibes. It did feel a bit pricey for what it is.

As mentioned the interior is really beautiful. It looks like classic Hollywood or a Chicago speakeasy. It’s covered in large murals of famous Hollywood celebrities both young and old in a very dark and red lit setting. There is a very large Art Deco bar in the center of the restaurant. We sat at a booth on the edge and were able to view the entire space which we loved. Our server Breanna was really great and very attentive, she did a great job. They don’t have a parking lot so it will be $15 for valet or it will be metered street parking which we were able to find two blocks away for our 7PM Saturday dinner. They have a fairly large menu with a lot of classic comfort foods. They bill themselves as a steakhouse, but everyone I know who has visited did not order steak, so I didn’t consider doing that for my meal. I started off with the Lobster Escargot and thought it had some great flavors, but it really was lacking in quantity of lobster and the overall size of the dish. It had nice flavors, but just very few of them. Next we tried the Vince Scully Fries, which had some great toppings, but the fries were nothing special. They tasted the same as pretty much any standard restaurant. For my entrée, I chose the Chicken Parmesan and thought it had a nice Ragu top, but the chicken was a bit overcooked and had zero moisture left. It was overly crispy and I really needed to drink a lot to finish it. It was no Dan Tana’s Chicken Parm. Finally for dessert we had my favorite dish of the night, which was the 21 Layer Strawberry Cake. It’s not nearly as good as the Red Velvet from The Ivy but it was honestly very good and was both of our favorite bites of the night. Overall a nice place, but I would suggest going for drinks rather than food, considering there are many well-known restaurants in this area, such as Cecconi’s and Craigs. I would recommend for a date or a dinner with friends or family, not so much a work dinner.

The menu is great with lots of variety! If there is something you should try it’s “Shep’s Hawaiian Ribeye” it was OUTSTANDING! The flavor was delicious and it was so tender you didn’t need a steak knife!!! The pineapple worked wonders to the steak, I would certainly order it again and again, but to-go! The service was ok, the front desk hostesses were friendly yet some seemed frazzled trying to get people seated. It was a busy Saturday night but we didn’t have to wait at all with our reservation. Our server, I think may have had something going on, she wasn’t friendly and I don’t think she wanted to be there. We weren’t too put off by her and enjoyed the company of our little party of 3! The one thing that made me not want to come back was the music. It was TOO LOUD! We were shouting at each other despite sitting two feet away from each other! It was ridiculous!! We looked around at the other tables too and they were cupping their mouths to shout to each other too. Such a disappointment.

I had been wanting to try Drake’s Hollywood for a while and was excited to finally go on 02/2/2026. Unfortunately, the service at the front really set the tone for the night. When we arrived, the male host did not greet us or say anything, even after I mentioned we had a reservation. It felt unwelcoming from the start. When I made the reservation online, there was an option to note if we were celebrating something, and I indicated that we were celebrating a birthday. However, there was no acknowledgment of it at all. A simple “happy birthday” would have gone a long way and made the experience feel more special. That being said, the food was delicious. I really enjoyed the chicken parm and the pasta Zaza, and the Paloma was excellent as well. The kitchen definitely delivered. Overall, the food was great, but I wish the service had matched the quality of the dishes. Being acknowledged for a special occasion without having to bring it up ourselves would have made the experience much better… not sure if i’d return because of the service alone.

I have been trying to come to Drake’s in Houston for quite some time, but we figured that since we were in Hollywood to just go to that one. I will say that I think when you’re at a well-known restaurant, you should always ask if the people have been there before and give some recommendations. I am one of those people that do appreciate those because if there is a hidden gem on the menu, TELL ME! I ended up getting an espresso martini, which was very good. However, when it comes to the actual meals, I feel like it was very lackluster. I got the chicken for my plate and all the pictures of DH there are cheese on top of the spinach and garnish on top of the mashed potatoes. I had none of that. The mashed potatoes were good but they were just very plain and didn’t really take for a good photo. I had literally 3 onion/scallion pieces on the side of my plate. LITERALLY 3. The chicken was plain. Expo needs to do better. We got the Ozzy pizza, which I actually think was a really good pizza but we just got it with the cheese and a ramekin on the side. I do prefer freshly grated parm and we got regular pre-grated cheese. There could have been more balsamic as well. I’m not sure if the kitchen has a set way to plate items as well like we do at our restaurant (ie, 3 clams in each corner, 4 xyz, 7 xyz) , but I also think it wasn’t as much filet on the pizza either compare compared to all of the pictures and videos I usually see. Every other picture I’ve seen of someone’s Ozzy has at least 11/12+ pieces. We had 9. My boyfriend ended up getting the filet, but he is easy to upsell and I feel like he could’ve got a better upsell with some sort of topping other than the butter that came on the side. We got there at 8:20 so it’s not like they were about to close because I definitely understand when it comes to trying to do your closing duties and trying to efficiently get out food. Hope I can try again but in Houston.

I love Drake's but unfortunately this location is very inconsistent. My terrible service the entire night was the cherry on top. I had been sitting at the table for over 40 min before I even put appetizers in. Mind you, this is a Tuesday night and the restaurant wasn't full until much later in the evening. Having to flag down our server because she forgot to come back and take our food order after watching her repeatedly check on and attend to the same tables within that time span. Then every time we asked for something she either forgot to bring it the first time or made a comment "we usually don't do that" (when I've been to the establishment multiple times so the statement was untrue). All I asked for was fresh cheese on my pasta, which was a bit dry this encounter. Overall, the food was bland this go around and the poor service just made the experience that much worse. Really wanted to try the strawberry cake but we knew it would take an excessive amount of time trying to order it and receive it. As of now I won't be returning to this location as my experience last night was so off putting. I'll be nice and refrain from dropping the server's name but I hope she gets it together.

Nice setting. Old Hollywood Vibe Bar drink selection really limited. Need a new bar manager. Service subpar. I realize there is a staffing shortage and blame the management for lack of training. Food below average. Chopped wedge was really good 8/10 Ricks pizza was wired taste 5/10. Veal Parmesan edge was burned to a crisp. Didn’t send back it took too long to get it in the first place. 4/10 The strawberry cake was good . 8/10 Just beware there is a 5% added fee for insurance. We tipped 20% she isn’t to blame for poor management . But once was enough. Look for better choices .

Showed up with a reservation for 4 people. One person last minute couldn't make it. We arrived on time and the host said because we were no longer a party of 4 they will have to seat us at the bar... WHAT?! Made no sense. They sent us to the bar to grab a cocktail while we waited. It took 45 minutes just to get our drinks and our martinis were disgusting. Got our table around 30 minutes in. Seems like the bartenders are newbies and have no idea what they're doing. Drinks and Food is overpriced. $54 for salmon... we ordered 2 apps while still waiting on our drinks and decided to pay the bill and leave instead of having dinner. We were already there over an hour. The apps we ordered were actually pretty good but they really need to get it together on service. We walked across the street and had an amazing dinner at Craig's instead.

However we proceed to get the bill and she has nickeled and dimes every single thing ( not a problem not opting out of payment ) but with this service WOW TERRy!! I had to go to the bar and multiple times to get things for myself drakes isn’t but a 100 capacity person place including the bar it wasn’t busy and to have a $2500 bill and receiving service less then great is just wild to me I pay for convenience and I’ve gotten better service at Roscoe chicken and waffles

Let me start by saying this was the single most disappointing food I’ve ever had. I’m a chef and I own a restaurant so I’d like to think I know something about food. I’m gonna make this sweet and straight to the post Bc i don’t wanna waste anymore of my time on this horrendous restaurant. Scully Fries 2/10: taste like a seasonal item on the Arby’s fast food menus. Sauce bad, topping poor quality, presentation mediocre. Ozzy Pizza 7/10: moderately tasting pizza, good quality ingredients and cooked nicely. Flavor not wowing me at all tho. Lobster Escargot 8/10: this was cooked well, presented nicely, flavor profile what is expected Some red pepper past, idk the name 2/10: simply bad. Oh it had some flavor but that flavor was not good. Hawaiian Ribeye 5.5/10: good quality meat, cooked perfectly but flavor not there. The marinade flavor profile for me can be scripted as a 30% watered down version of a premade marinade from Ralph’s grocery store. Mac&Cheese 7/10: nice use of the cast iron skillet for presentation and temperature control. Good choice of cheeses, good quality noodles, flavor not wowing me tho. Dynamite Cauliflower 2/10: flavor lacking, texture not crispy enough, presentation lacking no garnishment sesame seeds, chives, cilantro I mean nothing. Pan seared salmon 2.5/10: cooked perfectly, seemed like a quality piece of fish, but bland flavor profile. Reminded me of a dish a layperson learned to cook on a date night at the local cooking school. Chocolate cake 6/10: presentation good, flavor decent, consistency and textured well, just not wowing me in any way. To sum up yes this was for me and my spouse the single most disappointing and dissatisfying food I’ve ever had. I’ll never forget how bad this meal was and will happily tell everyone of my experience so they can save themselves the time and outrageous prices. They should be ashamed to have put there location next to catchLA. I’ll give them this tho. Ambience was good, age group of clientele was around mine 30-45. I fit in being the 3rd person in there with neck tattoos. Customer base all seemed successful in some way and the vibe was easy going in a Hollywood throwback kinda way. If your someone who wants to come dine here and get sloppy drunk, and not have any value of money then by all means make your way to Drakes Hollywood but if that’s not you run the other way and don’t look back. Server was nice, we tipped 20% Bc it’s not her fault the food sucks.
