I use the app to order from Earthbar for pick up quite often. All the staff are amazing. They always get my order right. My smoothie and coffee are delicious. The owner, especially, she’s a Persian woman I don’t know her name, but she’s really put together a great business.

The staff is consistently friendly and on top of things — every time I walk in, I’m greeted right away and they get my order out fast. Overall just a great, reliable spot. Everything feels fresh, the service is solid, and it’s one of those places you can count on every time.

The staff is always so friendly, they are always cleaning the space 24/7 and the smoothies are ALWAYS delicious. I love that I can add on a bunch of extras without it being a $35 smoothie. They are reasonable for what it is. Love stopping here when I need a quick pick me up, and they keep the orders efficiently moving so I never have to worry about wasting time.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment. A young woman with a bob haircut handed me the wrong drink, even though she had called out the name of my drink and handed it to me directly. After taking a sip and realizing it was not my order, I returned to inform her politely. However, her response was rude and inappropriate. She questioned why I took the drink in the first place. I explained that I took it because she had called out the name of my drink and handed it to me. She then accused me of not hearing her correctly because I was wearing headphones. I replied that I could hear her just fine, even with the headphones on. Instead of apologizing, she shifted the blame onto me. Her behavior was rude and unacceptable. Please provide her with proper training on customer service etiquette. 5:25pm 06/03/2024
