First time ordering from here! Great place and easy process to order online. The only thing i did notice is that i didn't get an option to choose ham but maybe they add in the future? Who knows! Other than that perhaps if my pizza would had been a little more crunchier it would had been a better taste for me personally. Maybe that's something one can add in the section they give you to add any additional requests

The last few times I’ve gone to this location it’s been awful. The first time, the guy helping us was painfully slow. It seemed like it was his first day which is completely understandable but the trainer wasn’t even helping him. He just stood there watching him struggle… he ended up messing our order up twice. I felt really bad for the poor guy! The second time I didn’t bother going in, I ordered online for pickup and got a Cesar salad. I paid for the entree size which was $10 and this is what I got…(please refer to my photo). Ridiculous. There’s more croutons than actual salad! The salad isn’t even full. Completely waste of money. I’m extremely annoyed and will not return.

Pizza burnin Haven't been to MOD for some time. My biggest gripe being they consistently burn pizzas to the point I can't eat them. That didn't stop my son from eating there and he recently told me MOD had improved and stopped their pizza burning ways. Decided to take a chance and order one. The good. As you may already know, this is a one price build your own pizza affair. You pay based on size and can select all the toppings you like. You can get through the line pretty quickly and the pizza is done/baked before you know it. The end result is usually pretty good. A fresh baked pizza. The bad. The speed of baking does come with side effects, more often than not you end up with a pizza burned around the edges. I can say they have come up with what looks like a baking innovation. Instead of using a solid metal pan they now use a perforated pan. I'm guessing this allows the pizza to bake more quickly on the bottom to avoid too much burning. It seems they have had some success, but the pizza still burns, just maybe a bit less. There are parts of the crust that are essentially turned to cracker and in the worst case charred. In the areas of the pizza that are baked well the pizza is good. In general the ingredients are good, mozzarella is good, just a shame the whole isn't evenly baked. As far as the atmosphere, this location is pretty good. There's a nice out door area and a spacious interior. My only gripe are the hard and uncomfortable tin chairs I'm seeing in a lot of casual dining restaurants.

The worst MODs I've ever been too. The cross-contamination here is terrible. The topping line is always a disaster zone with toppings strune about and contaminating other toppings. You will usually get random garbage on you pizza because the staff did not bother to remove the contaminated items. I've been to plenty of MODs, this is the most disappointing location for sanitation & training.

This cooker does not really want to be here, i was the first of 6 people to order, i was the last one to received the pizza and it was burn, I requested to re do the pizza, they did, meanwhile waiting i saw this guy gave a to go order to the wrong person, he has to run behind them to catch them and reassigned the order. My pizza finally was delivered, not burn but extra toasted, thank I was starving I could eat it.

All of the fountain drinks were heavily water down and tasted like mineral water. The food was ok, but the place is swarmed with fruit flies.

Took an early lunch, showed up 10:28 am online and the door both stated they open at 10:30 and waited outside till 10:38 while they stood around inside, I believe the manager saw me and just sat there. After ordering went to fill my drink which the whole countertop is just plain filthy and full of nats with a horrible rotten smell, then sat down to wait on my pizza and saw a dead roach, after that I was just totally grossed out, I can't eat this. Mind you I am the first customer of the day which I would think the place would be clean and it was not. Just a horrible experience.

DO NOT EAT HERE! This was an absolutely horrific experience. Everyone is always in a bad mood, have earbuds in, food area is always messy and dirty, but tonight was the last straw. The health hazard I saw tonight was enough to make me walk out. When I walked in and approached the counter, the employee says “what do you want”… I get it, people have bad days so I was trying to be patient. However, I noticed he has very old/used gloves on, with those same gloves, he takes out his earbud, he then places it on the counter NEXT to the food, the tomato sauce was running low, so he turns around to grab another pan of sauce, but when he bent down, his whole BUTT CRACK is out in the open, as he is grabbing the sauce from the bottom of the fridge, he ends up dropping some tomato sauce on the floor (i get it, accidents happen) but then he grabs a rag from the sanitizer bucket, which keep in mind that is on the table next to the food items, he then squeezes out the water from the rag ONTO the floor to start cleaning the sauce he dropped on the floor in assuming? At this point, I’ve had enough. I was trying to give him a chance, give MOD another chance, but even a group of girls walked out too. How disappointing to see the lack of care, respect, and safety.

This place is filthy. The tea dispenser is all molded. And they still have it out here like someone is gonna drink it. And I swear it’s more gnats in here than the law allow. I’ll never come here again. 12:06p 8/4/2025

The pizza was very bad: completely burnt, bitter, cold, and with few ingredients. A truly bad experience. My daughter and everyone else rejected it.

We went there around 9:45 and the girl Said she's not used to serving pizzas. This is half baked and not even properly assembled. This is not what is expected from mods.

After a long drive back into Austin, we decided to get some mod pizza since it’s our favorite. Our mistake was going to this one in particular because the girl that helped us was extremely rude and kept a rude expression with us the whole time as if she were disgusted. Throughout this event we were still nice, I work in customer service so I understand how employees and customers can be sometimes. In the end when I was paying, even with her rude attitude, I kept calm. That was until I was waiting for my receipt, she threw it across the counter at me. I still did nothing and decided to write a bad review later. But once we sat down she kept staying close by us constantly sweeping and following us around to the drinks twice. Was it a racial thing? I honestly don’t know cause she mad dogged us once we walked through that door till the time we left. But anyways the other workers which was a guy and a girl were kind. The girl with the blonde short hair was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.
