This is my local dunkin, I go here almost every work day. They are great, friendly, and efficient, even though it seems like sometimes they are short staffed (which is obviously not the workers fault!). Definitely my go to for coffee.

I visited Dunkin’ Donuts last Friday to pick up a basket of munchkins for my team at work. I was recently promoted and wanted to show my appreciation for their hard work and dedication. The lady at the register was polite and friendly, and there was no line, so the service was fast and efficient. They also offer a convenient drive-thru option, which is great for those on the go. Right now, they have a fun selection of seasonal donuts for Halloween, which looked festive and delicious! Definitely recommend stopping by to check them out.

Those ladies working there were going crazy. The drive through line was about 8 cars long, they had to put out the door dash or uber eats bags and they had to take care of the walk in customers. For as busy as it was, the woman at the register was friendly, nice and also apologetic for the wait. They should be commended for a job well done!

We were in the Dunkin Donuts store on Old Country Road . A few days go . Every Dunkin Donut store is just like every other Dunkin Donut store . The only difference is . Some stores also sell ice cream .

Idk if maybe I visited on a slow day, but there was only one employee working behind the desk. He was cashing, making drinks and serving food. That's a no, no for me. Apart from that, the food was okay. I loved the coffee roll, but the Boston Creme donuts were partially filled. Overall, it was a decent experience.

The young man who served me was very courteous, so the service was good, but every bakery item appeared dried out or overdone. I ordered the bagel minibites. Mistake on my part to not ask for them to be heated. I guess the heat process I witnessed was only to defrost them.

Never really been a fan of Dunkin Donuts this one has horrible parking it's hit or miss, seems like after placing my order took longer than it should have to get, not too thrilled with the coffee. I always feel like the coffee is watered down but again to each their own

Didn't have a full selection of donuts. Dunkin needs to step up their donut game or they are going to start losing business. They are falling behind especially on freshness.

Their coffee has changed, not the same. They never have the midnight roast, pot always empty, I think that's their best. One of the bigger stores, set up is nice, employees are nice. Prices did go up a bit, but not much. Decent parking lot, i never have issues...

i was in hurry so i went to drive-thru and staff can not understand what i need, i repeated many times to tell them what i need and when i reached to window they still didn't get my order properly and when i said its wrong then they said sorry that somebody else order and took it back and then they offered take it for free. i think they need to improve their order taking machine at this location because i don't have any issues with any other branches or any other locations.

Bread on my flat bread sandwich was stale. There was hardly any cream in my Boston cream donut.

Coffee machine broken. Cant get any latte. Gave hot coffe broken lid.

personal doesn't speak english and has a hard time correctly understanding your order. an espresso isn't that exotic

The bad part is I come every day to buy a drink. I typically sit and enjoy my drink occasionally charge my laptop while enjoying my drink and muffin however, this will be the last time I visit this store. I ve never seen a store that sells food and drinks treat their customers this way. I ll go to another and I ll be sure the owner does not own any of DDs I visit. Get with the times. This is 2024 where people sit and charge and enjoy their expensive 7 dollar drink. They also never have a good selection of donuts.

The service was very good, but the store was filthy. I wiped down my own table. I was concerned about germs, and there was garbage all over. I should have taken pictures !!!!

This place is an absolute disaster I do not know if it is because the employs do not have English as a first language or if it is because they are just incompetent but every time I have ever been to this facility my order has never been correct It's either missing something or the entire order is just wrong and if you mention that to one of the employees they throw an attitude that is out of this world

Warm hot drink, pathetic donut and missed hashbrowns in the bag which I had to drive back and get it. The donut was supposed to be sprinkles. The one who made it didn’t care and the one who put that in the bag for me didn’t care.

I asked for hot coffee with cream. They made it light... when I asked can they make a little darker. The young lady got upset and said "well u asked for cream, when you ask for cream it makes it light" wow!! So putting more coffee and less cream doesn't make it darker?

I recently went and i ordered a bagel with cream cheese. They gave a burnt bagel. I complained and i got it replaced, but they gave me a bagel with melted butter. I am very dissatisfied.

Hashbrowns so hard you'll bust your teeth, bagel leftover from last week, slow service, no one cares... terrible place.

Came in at 6am. No one was at the cash register. I thought it was closed. When the adult female came to the cash register and took my order, which I had to say twice and slow. She called another female adult and told her in spanish what to prepare. The cashier didn't even put sugar in my coffee or enough milk; I had asked for a light and sweet coffee. There were fresh bagels they just brought in, but they gave me one that was in a drawer near the toaster. I asked for it lightly toasted and with a lot of butter. Needless to say, it was semi hard, like a bagel that was done the night before. The adult female also did not use gloves when covering the coffee with the lid or when getting the donuts. Food and cash cannot be managed at the same time or without gloves. Also, how was the bread hard and semi stale if Donkin Donuts does everything fresh daily and the store had just opened at 5ish? Not returning to this location.

Place is garbage. 10th time they never but caramel in my latte even though i ask for 6 swirls, Coffee always tastes burnt and have to run to the bathroom after taking a sip or 2. Terrible terrible location. You pay extra and they dont even bother putting a little bit.

Today I bought an extra large coffee and I realized it did not have a sticker.... I went back in and asked for another cup. The lady then said none were available when I saw them, right in front of me. A coincidence? I believe not. Is it right to scam 13-year old me? NOPE! I bet that lady wouldn't do that to an adult. Why offer a game if you won't let a person play, especially a kid? If I could give a zero, I would.. I also know that if I went to Starbucks I would get whatever I want without hassle.

The people who work here are super NICE But it is BY FAR THE SLOWEST location I’ve ever been. I live around the corner, so it’s not a one time thing. For years, they are always short staffed and will have only one or two people working during the busiest times of day. I will literally pass this location and drive across town if I see there is more than one person on line.

I am beyond disgusted with Dunkin Donuts today. This morning was a complete disaster at this location. This is the closest DD to my job. I start work at 5am and usually go get my morning coffee (always at this location) on my 1st break at 630am. This morning I ordered using the on-the-go App (as I normally do) and AS USUAL they never get it right. They attempted to make the coffee 4 times and held me up for 10 minutes with the shinanigans and debating with me about why the order not being right was MY MISTAKE. I ordered a large coffee with cream and sugar. Simple Right? Not for this bunch. When I got there the coffee was black. Pointing at my receipt, the manager proceeds to debate with  me about the coffee being made the way I ordered it. Which clearly was Notthe case! She then proceeds to pour half the cup out to add cream. I refused that cup and asked her to make a fresh cup. She hands the cup to another worker (in frustration of me) and walks away. The worker then makes the coffee with more than half the cup full of cream and about 10 percent coffee. I also refused that cup and asked if they would make it again. (For the 3rd time might I add) This time the coffee was so sweet a honeybee would have refused it. In frustration, I asked for a refund. At this point my dissatisfaction with this location is enough to make me NEVER drink a cup of DD coffee again. The workers here barely speak English.  Most are slow and attitudinal and very argumentative. Who has the patience to deal with this at 630am? Especially before their morning coffee. Shame on you Dunkin. I AM ASKING FOR A REFUND OF THE REMAINING FUNDS ON MY DD card thanks to this DD.

There's a short Indian girl working there who is rude and incompetent. She served cold bagel minis and coffees with no sugar, although I asked for 2 shots of sugar.

Customer service is bad except for the nice Indian lady. Ashley the cashier who works on Sundays, she’s short and hispanic and is very rude , nasty attitude and overcharged me. Never going back here again.

Their coffee is almost never good or correct. I ask for no whip cream, they give me whip cream. I ask for a hot coffee they give me an iced coffee. Not to mention their serving sizes are all over the place. Some days i’ll get a correct 7 amount for my hashbrowns, and most other times i’ll get less than 5! New staff is needed because the people behind do not know how to manage this place.

The girl who was attending the order seems not interested to work there, was on her ear pod, when I requested to add sugar, she didn't hear, when called ma'am few times she said " What".. also, she was teasing when I asked about mocha, assuming everyone was supposed to know everything.... she needs proper coaching in customer service.

Purchased two breakfast with two cups of coffee. Coffee was very weak and tasted like water mixed with milk and sugar. I am very dissatisfied with the coffee knowing that it's the first hot cup of hot beverage to start your day.....called the store to share dissatisfaction, employee said to share review online because Manager is not in office. I am sorry Dunkin Donut you just lost a loyal customer.

Customer service person was mopping as I came in. I greeted her, and she didn't return the greeting. I proceeded to the counter over a wet floor with no warning sign and she took my order. Without cleaning her hands or even sanitizing them, she grabbed a paper to gather my donuts. Then proceeded to make my coffee without pulling up her sleeves which were hanging past her hands as she made my coffee. I almost asked for a refund. When I asked for paper towels, she didn't even respond. I looked around and found them! Very unresponsive. Very unprofessional. Won't be returning to this one. Why did I get settled only to bite into stale donuts?!! Angry at myself for not asking for a refund immediately.

Beware!!!!! Pothole by drive through is loose and customer service is terrible. After picking up coffee my car fell into an uncovered pothole that will cost me $$$. The female manager on-site found that to be funny when brought to her attention and the owner has still yet to call back! You bet this will be my last visit and everyone else thwt I kmow that visits regularly as well has been advised.

Burned bagel. Burnt my tongue on the coffee which was probably hotter than the McDonald's burn that cost them a few million. And it was about $8 for a bagel and a small coffee. Why do I subject myself to this garbage? I could have got the exact same thing at Starbucks for the same price and it would have been better. Coffee is like water also.

If you plan to go here everyday or every other day be ready to have ur day ruined. I live about 2-3 mins away from this location.i come here often and after giving this 10 tries I’ve given up and have come here to leave this review. Everytime I come to this dunkin they have to mess up my order and not only me my family members also come here and have often encounter these issues. The employees are very friendly but not responsible and attentive. I ordered an egg and cheese with a croissant and I usually double check with them when I come in the drive through despite of double checking they have messed up my order and gave me a PlAIN CROISSANT THE EGG WAS MISSING.yes the whole egg and I was given a plain croissant sometimes I don’t have the energy after a rough night to go back and complaint to them about my order. The store manager needs to re train these employees or have a talk with them because we continue to give this store a chance but they make sure to disappoint us everytime but today was it I will not ever return here I rather drive 10 mins more than to be wasting my money and throwing away the uncooked food. They are not very hygienic either. One of the employees while handing me my lattee had snot on his hand and he wiped his nose with his hands before handing my the lattee it’s pure disgust.

With a look of disgust, not even a hello, the young man with glasses threw the donut on the counter. Really, terrible service. They're not doing me a favor by selling me something, why offer? As you can see on the picture I order with extra ice and this morning as I am picking up I see my cup needs ice and kindly asked the person for extra ice and the employee said it’s a $1 fee I didn’t mind paying for it but if I already asked for extra ice and don’t see enough I should be given extra ice. Anyway just a thought

It took a long time to get our food, to the point where a car honked behind us. They didn’t charge us for two items, even though we told them, a drink and a bagel. The drink they gave us, after getting it wrong, was extremely rushed and leaked the entire time. When we drove off, there was still a whole line of cars waiting.

I went to this dunkin this morning and ordered in person. I bought a latte, donut, $6 meal using my dunkins app with the deals but the cashier was very disrespectful and didn’t provide a safe atmosphere in my opinion..Once the order came out; my latte that I asked for whipped cream on top had no whipped cream. I asked the person that made my drink for whipped cream but she said no and that they charged extra for whipped cream. The last time I bought this drink, there was no issue with it and I had the whipped cream on top. 2nd when I tried ordering my $6, I asked if I could add certain stuff to my coffee as in pumpkin swirls or any other extra flavors but she kept saying medium ice coffee only and didn’t help at all, so I just ordered an original blend coffee. Lastly, my bacon egg and cheese had a piece of hair that I found in it when I took a bite. But when I asked for a refund and told them there was hair in my food, they refused to give me a refund and said I was lying to them?? I don’t recommend going here at all. They were very rude and even put hair in my food!

Awful service when it comes to mobile orders as if the staff isn’t trained properly or also if you step in after 4pm.Only frequent this place Because i have no other option for coffee before work and during breaks. Mobile orders are ALWAYS missing items, i order 2-3 times a day, maybe one of those orders is complete if I’m lucky. You have to stand there and maybe you’ll get some assistance from one of the zombies in the crew, maybe a cup of coffee would help them??? Besides 2-3 ppl there the crew is awful. Lazy and ignorant because i don’t know what else you could call it. I’m sure many many others can agree with my experience.
