I was rather disappointed. I came in hungry but for whatever reasons they chose to serve me the starved midget bird. For the premium price you'd think they'd offer some meat on the bones. No point in returning in the future if this is what you get. But the mashed potatoes and slaw were very respectable. Dinky serving too, but was tasty. I imagine if the chicken actually had meat I'd have been happy regarding the somewhat small cup size but hey, when your hungry and ended up with what I received, it's hard to walk out saying I'll definitely be back, that was good! It's been 3 days and I'm still feeling dissatisfied with the memory. Evidently enough to prompt this review.

First time had this problem but it’s a disappointment when i couldn’t reach to a human to request a refund. So today at 1:43 PM i ordered to pick up drive thru at Store #11855 (14532 Beach Blvd Westminster 92683). There are a few missing items: - 2 strawberry cream cheese pie - all the BBQ sauce, ketchup - Pickle Glaze Sandwich I sent a report on the app and i only got 450 points back for 2 pie. Since I used 900 points to redeem the sandwich (which is missing, I never had that sandwich), I kindly request that 900 points go back to my Rewards points but couldn’t do anything with a chat bot. It is a first problem I have at Popeyes and it was very disappointing since I need that sandwich for my lunch.

I order some wing and shrimp tackle box with a large rice and bean. I ended up waiting around 20 minutes for my food, and I had to ask a worker if it was ready since no one was at the counter at the time. When I received my order, there was no utensils for the rice and beans, and no napkins. Also, the amount of signature sauce included for 6 piece wings it was barely there, almost to NOTHING to use. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

I went to this place on February 4th, and made a order with everything being done input the cashier. Later on told me to wait until 30-40min to they don't had the chicken ready. I refunded my money because of the amount of time I had to wait.very but costumer service.

This is one of my favorite fastfood.. But today is a total dissapointment.. End up not buying my fav combo of chicken.. Using the kios machine to order not allowing you to choose the all white... It has to be mixed. You have to talk one of the staff to request for all white.. I want some wings.. But she said only legs and thighs.. The worse part is i have to do split payment cash and card.. But i can't do that coz its only cash coz the card is not working.. I don't have enough cash thats why i have to do split payment.. i want to do all payment using my card just to finish my order..but I can't coz the card is not working at the registered. they need to cancelled my order.. Lucky me need to redo my order at the kios machine so i can able to pay using my card.. It's really a bad service... Me and my daughter left feeling so dissapointed .. What if your costumer don't have enough cash and enough money on the card and the only way is to do the split payment.??? So the costumers can't able to buy the foods?? Leaving with no choice..???

The screen at the drive-thru showed a lower price, but they charged me more. When I pointed it out, they just said, ‘We don’t control the screen—call corporate.’ Seriously? How is that even okay? Isn’t the screen supposed to reflect what I’m actually paying?

On Sunday afternoon Nov. 16th, 2chicken wings, 2 chicken drumstricks, 2 biscuits, beans&rice and cold slaw was a take out meal! I'm texting to let You know how bad it was. Chicken batter was hard, not crispy, cold slaw was not fresh, biscuits were tasteless. I would be surprised if You would ever have a repeat customer serving food like that. We will stop buying! Also probably at the highest price it's ever been. I think You should revisit the recipes when Popeyes first started in 1972!

I feel ripped off by chicken Popeyes advertisements from driving and inside restaurants.. when driving from the street, my daughter saw a chicken sandwich combo for $7.99 so I drive in and went inside to order the chicken sandwich combo, while I was order, I saw on the electronic billboard state that add on menu for 6 ghost pepper wings for extra $5.00 dollars, so I add on..when I pay total came out to be $18.48..so I asked, the cashier tell me that chicken sandwich combo only good till 2 pm ..and the add on always $5.99 not 5 dollars..when I order, I tell the cashier that I want the special post on windows which at that time he should have tell me the price is different and the price for the wings too.. i m a long time customer but this time chicken Popeyes disapond me so much.. I feel misconception Advertisements and lack of training employees.

Get rid of the AI chat in the drive thru, it's annoying and it never gets the order right. It's a waste of time and always has to connect me to a real person. I'm not coming back here as long as they're using an AI assistant.

Just got my delivery of chicken sandwiches. Thanks for the false advertising 👌👍 Ill let my photos do the talking for everyone. Ill be avoiding this popeyes at all costs and advise caution to others, you may end up with sandwiches like these 👍

Really BAD service. My brother and I ordered on the drive through and everything was fine, they attended us and gave us our order. BUT- when we got home and opened our 6 wings order they gave us 5 good-sized wings and one piece of the tip of a wig. Also, we ordered a sweet tea bottle and they gave us nothing. ALWAYS check your order IN the car!! BAD SERVICE
