P.F. Chang's - White Plains

This is my fifth time coming here. Usually I go with my girlfriend but this time I bought a close friend of mine so he can experience how pleasant it is coming here. Food is always on point and the energy is comforting. Unfortunately I forgot our waiters name but he was very attentive. I highly recommend the Mongolian beef entree if you have a big appetite. Will obviously come again soon.

Came here my Birthday Dinner with Family. Amazing experience. I've been to P.F Changs multiple times but it was a first time experience for a lot of my family. Food was amazing and our server, Ashley, was amazing and did a great job getting our food and drinks out in a timely manner and was all around great. They were great about allowing us to bring our own cake (which they held for us) and some small decorations for my Birthday. Restaurant was very clean, quiet and not packed at all so we picked a good time to go for lunch. Ordering and paying was extremely easy and convenient. Will definitely return. Thank you for making my Birthday awesome!

Love this place!!! Food is always fresh and delicious, drinks are great and service is quick!!! And may I add the amount of food is plentiful. My pics are food from their lunch bowls that we just couldn't finish 😂

My recent experience here was absolutely amazing! Milton, the bartender, really knew how to enhance my evening with his fantastic drink recommendations during happy hour. And oh my goodness, the shrimp dumplings were to die for—every bite was a burst of flavor! I can't wait to come back for more!

These guys are on the ball. Service was excellent. The manager there today was especially great. I was seated at a booth and it took 3-4 minutes for the waitress to come over because they were busy. I left the booth to see if seats opened at the bar, and the manager was all over that, I didnt get half way to the bar and he was there making everything right. Our server was superb as well. That's what I call service! I will definitely return!

Absolutely delicious, high quality food. Our server, Rocio, was attentive, friendly and super knowledgeable about the menu items and even some that were not (drink item). She made helpful suggestions based on my preferences. I highly recommend this PF Changs and am impressed with the service, atmosphere and of course the mouth watering food!

Erin was attentive, personable, and always made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. He gave great recommendations, kept our drinks full, and had such a positive energy that really elevated the whole dining experience. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in the way he goes above and beyond for his guests. If you’re lucky enough to have Erin as your server, you’re guaranteed an amazing experience. We came on Valentine’s Day. The black pepper fillet and. Ma po tofu were the best. We loved it. We came back today but the tofu was too salty and the black pepper fillet was tough and. Luck of flavors and dry. Milton is nice and profession.

Rocio was my sever and she was amazing. We were celebrating my belated birthday and she was patient and kind. Our order came out quickly and correct. She was very knowledgeable about the menu which I appreciated. I ended up turns something new. I will definitely be back my kids love it here.

This was my first time dining at P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was warm, stylish, and welcoming—perfect for a relaxed evening out. I tried the Teriyaki Chicken, Lo Mein, California Rolls, and Ribs, and every dish was flavorful and perfectly prepared. Each bite was delicious, and the portion sizes were generous as well. Our server, Hailey, made the experience even better. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive—always checking in at the right moments without being intrusive. There was a small mix-up with the rice (I had ordered brown rice and received white), but Hailey handled it quickly and graciously, making sure everything was corrected with a smile. Overall, an excellent dining experience from start to finish. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back—and hope to be seated in Hailey’s section again!

We had lunch (5 of us) at the location at Westchester Mall this past Friday. I called ahead to see if i could be accommodated with my food allergies snd was assured i could be. When ordering i told the waiter about my unique allergies and after taking everyone’s order the manager appeared. He was incredibly pleasant and very helpful. Together we decided what was best for me to order and said he would be overseeing my order! When my food was brought out, they explained they gave me a larger than lunchtime order since i wasn’t ordering soup etc. My meal was absolutely delicious and way more than i could eat and brought the rest home for dinner. I can’t express my gratitude enough- so majy restaurants either don’t take allergies seriously (craxy huh) or just throw up their hands and say we can’t accommodate you ( i have had thar happen at numerous restaurants even though i always call in advance!). From the wait staff to the manager, everyone was so nice and the food was delicious and portions more than adequate! Thank you for making our lunch so worry free!

We ordered practically half the menu and it was delivered to our table in no time. Rocio was amazing: very patient with our questions and requests, and didn't make us feel silly for ordering too much 🙃 Everything was delicious, especially the Midnight Gallop cocktail (with tequila of course)... already planning our next visit!

PF Chang’s has always been one of our go-to spots since first trying it in Dubai, so we were excited to visit this branch while in White Plains. The service was good and the place itself had a nice, comfortable atmosphere. However, the food was a bit underwhelming compared to what we’ve come to expect from other PF Chang’s locations. We ordered from the lunch specials — the Mongolian beef was decent, but the orange chicken tasted bland, with an overpowering sugary sweetness that masked the other flavors. The starter soups were also better on the salty side, which threw off the balance. We also ordered their coolers, expecting fresh-style juices based on the menu description, but they turned out to be very sugary and soda-like, which was disappointing. Overall, this branch was just okay — the service and setting were good, but the food quality fell short of the usual PF Chang’s experience.

It’s rare that I go above 2 stars in my reviews. The service wasn’t that fast and there was barely anyone there when we ate. Really great egg drop soup and fried rice. The chicken was a bit cold, I expected it to be hot like the soup. I also got dumplings and they were awesome, a bit messy but you can’t enjoy yourself without a little mess. The desert is small and the cake is mostly whipped cream rather than the rest. I’d recommend this if you have time to spare because the service isn’t that fast.

Food is fresh but portion size can be better. Certain flavors are off for my taste. Staff can be more attentive

This PF Chang’s has great food and service while also being very accessible. The food comes out quickly and tastes great. Nothing truly stands out, but it all tastes great. Perfect for date night, family night, or just grabbing a drink with affordable apps. A cool thing is being able to order what they call lettuce cups (lettuce wraps) as a keto option. We ordered apps and split a meal and we were full! Definitely check it out if you’re in white plains.

Food was just above average.. I had the trio. The Singapore street noodles was great.

I visited P.F. Change about 2 weeks ago in May 2022 on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was nearly empty and we were able to be seated right away. This P.F. Chang is located at the Westchester Mall. There are two ways to enter the restaurant: from the street or through the mall via stairs or elevator. The atmosphere of the restaurant was really nice with cultural decorations, there are several tv with sports playing on the channels. The air was on when we visited the location if you’re like me and get cold bring a light jacket. We didn’t have to wait long for our waiter Nicklaus “Nick” to come over and introduce himself. Nick was so pleasant, and friendly. He made food suggestions and answered any questions we had about a dish. He kept checking to see if we were okay, if we needed anything, and made sure our food was good. I must say our food and beverages came out rather quickly. I ordered the sesame chicken with broccoli and white rice. Of course, the white rice was very bland but when mixing it with the chicken it improved. My daughter ordered the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. Her rice was also bland. We also had beef friend rice and it must not have been to good because the person usually eats all of their food at a restaurant. For dessert we had the Chang’s Apple Crunch with ice cream. The dessert was really good it’s like thin apple egg rolls, I believe it came with 6. Overall, my experience here was very pleasant. I looking forward to visiting the restaurant again. I’m unsure how accessible the restaurant is via public transportation but I’m sure it goes there. I did see an area designated for Uber/Lyft pick up. I know thee is a Metro North station nearby also. If you’re wondering if you have to pay for parking, you guessed correct, the answer is yes. The best thing is you get to enjoy the Mall after dining.

Annie was amazing!!! She is friendly, attentive, and made fantastic drinks. She truly made our visit enjoyable and deserves a lot of praise. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the restrooms and the restaurant was uncomfortably cold, which took away from the experience. Hopefully management addresses these issues, because the service itself was excellent.

Lunch was predictably reliable PF Chang favorites...we chose several appetizers rather than lunch specials. Good, not outstanding. The servers were excellent and attentive. On a sunny day, the restaurant seemed dark and cave-like. It was not busy. I like the food, and it has not changed in years. I don't know if that's good or bad for a chain restaurant.

Food was okay nothing to write ✍️ home to mom about. I ordered the beef and broccoli which was good until I found a piece of chicken at the bottom of the plate. Cross contamination is a thing the kitchen manager was summoned and she asked Ami allergic to chicken my response was that’s besides the point. That not what the menu stayed you will find a surprise piece of chicken at the bottom. The egg drop soup was descent besides the carrots 🥕 being in it. The deserts was delicious. The end

Food okay, service was great but sitting near either door is horrible. Every time the door opens you’re blasted with freezing cold air. Hosts just sitting there letting kids open and close the door for no reason. Prices are kind of crazy too. If 21 dollars for lo mein isn’t enough, there’s a 3 dollar up charge for fried rice.

Despite my rating, the food did taste good and I had no issues with the service and atmosphere. The reason I rate the food 2 stars is because this is an American diner masquerading as an Asian restaurant. It is what I would call "white-washed" Asian food. Don't get me wrong, it tasted good, but the portions, flavors, and presentation was not something you'd find from an authentic Chinese/Japanese restaurant. I had the shrimp and roll set and, man, the rolls looked like they bought them from the local shop-rite and just added some deep fried lobster on top. The shrimps on the shrimp dish were tiny and the flavors were very mild. Was not spicy at all. For the price, the portions were mediocre. It's mostly a personal dish but worded as if it's supposed be a shared dish. The rice was the most offending thing though. Extremely dry and had no flavor to it. Glad it comes with the dish otherwise I'd avoid paying for it at all costs. If you go in expecting what you'll get then it'll be a good time but definitely don't go in thinking it's a typical Asian restaurant. The flavors are too americanized. Head elsewhere for that.

First time eating here , while the environment was nice and clean overall , the food unfortunately did not impress..enjoyed the food portions and the way the menu and specials are set up , but I wish the food was more tasteful. Our server was Sheyla who was very attentive and a delight!!

The food was alright, the bad part was the service. To start, the girls at the front who seated us were inattentive and kinda stuck up. Then the guy who brought us the food didn’t even ask which plate was for who and just placed in on the table. It’s like the workers here have egos and act like they’re above the customers. Our waiter was nice though.

Had lunch with kids here on 11/23. First of all, service was bad. After we entered, we sat for like more than 5 mins and no server came to even give us water until we waved our hands multiple times and explicitly told someone we wanted to order. The worst came later: we ordered two kids meal fried rice with broccoli inside. Later on we found several broccoli were actually rotten and had black spots. The manager came and briefly apologized and waived the kids meal charge. Still, I cannot believe a national franchise restaurant could be so careless about the basic food quality and customer health. Certainly would not go there again and consider to report to their corporate and local authorities.

The service was good, but the food is awful. The sushi and rice was cold, the entrees were barely edible. The Christmas music is blaring over the mostly empty tables. It's a shame since this place used to be well known in the past. Microwaved leftovers would have been better especially considering the prices.

The food is all burnt, they mix the food together like it's for an animal, very unprofessional, terrible service, and the food is awful. I don't recommend this place at all

Absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend bringing your loved ones here for a birthday or any special occasion. The food was disappointingly mediocre—I’ve genuinely had better at Panda Express. To make matters worse, the table busser was also delivering food, which was unprofessional and confusing. We had to keep our coats on throughout the entire meal because the restaurant’s heat wasn’t working, making the experience even more uncomfortable. It’s been at least 10 years since I last visited PF Chang’s, and after this visit, I won’t be returning. I’ll now have to plan another birthday celebration for my mother to make up for this unfortunate experience!

Just awful from start to finish. Food was either cold or burnt. Staff admitted food used to be made from scratch now its all frozen and then deep fried. Service was non existent. The table next to us left it was so bad. Took 3 times to order drinks. After an hour we had only had starters. Had to beg for water refils for the kids. Had to beg for napkins. We used to come here a lot. Loved it used to completely clear our plates. The quality used to be excellent. Its fallen so badly now we won't come back. Its only basic Chinese food standard. So sad they fell this far.

Went for dinner with friends and it took about 25 minutes to even get the appetizers we ordered. Once we did get our first appetizer, shrimp dumplings, they were slightly cold. The waiter never came to ask if we wanted anything else and we had to ask for our edamame since the waiter must have forgotten. Almost everyone at the table started with the egg drop soup which also took a very long time to arrive. The soup was not what the pictures looked like online and was way too salty, while simultaneously tasting somewhat watered down. I ordered the dinner special including the miso glazed salmon. The portion size I received was abysmal and I left still hungry. (Some of my other friends had the same complaint.) The rice and broccoli was absolutely drenched in sauce which could’ve made sense if there was more salmon to cover. The only time the waiter seemed polite was at the end when we were paying the bill and about to tip. I will definitely not be returning again and I suggest going literally anywhere else for some Chinese food. Very disappointed since this outing was planned for a while and we were excited.

I did take out for the honey chicken with white rice and the rice didn’t taste fresh and the chicken was palm size portions but didn’t taste cooked thoroughly. It made me sick 45 minutes after eating. I’m pretty sure dine in is a different experience but now I’m not returning
