I'm not one to judge as I've been a barista myself but today was a headache. I went through the drive through and they were friendly but not attentive. Most of the things I said I had to repeat and I still ended up with the wrong drink. Whatever, I have to get down and get a new drink. A lady helped get my drink done but again, attentiveness lacked. It was wrong again. I suggested them taking the sticker because I don't expect someone to memorize the drink that's been wrong twice but she seemed upset that I offered. As I sat down she proceeded to vent in the front about me trying to give her the sticker. It's just unprofessional. I'll be making my own coffee.

My everyday spot for coffee but since they moved to compostable cups, the drinks seem to not be made the same. My drinks always taste like the measurements are off, like it’s all milk and ice and no coffee taste. We tried to give it multiple chances but decided to just go to different location. Idk if it’s that the compostable cups aren’t see through and don’t have measurement marks?

I usually love Starbucks, but this specific Whittier location has been frustrating for a while now. They almost never have stoppers for the hot drinks, so coffee regularly spills out while driving. The sleeves are also hit or miss — and when they do give you one, it’s often crushed or torn. This has been happening consistently for close to a year, so it doesn’t seem like a temporary supply issue. It just feels like basic details that impact customers every day aren’t being addressed. I hope management can improve the consistency because it’s disappointing for what should be a simple coffee stop.

This location really needs to improve how it handles mobile orders. The last two times I ordered ahead, my drink wasn’t ready when I arrived, and I ended up waiting several minutes while staff continued working the drive-through—even after acknowledging that I was standing right there waiting and that I was on my way to work. When I asked about it, the supervisor blamed the system, but choosing to ignore a customer who is present doesn’t make any sense. Mobile ordering is pointless if the store doesn’t prepare the drink on time. Very disappointing customer service.

I came to Starbucks drive thru on 11/2 at around 10:15am. The sticker on my drink was correct, but the drink itself was a completely different drink than I had ordered. I went back inside after the drive thru to let them know that the drink I had ordered was not the same as what was on my order sticker. The female workers at that time were not apologetic and were dismissive towards me. The customer service of those female workers should be worked on when they’re at fault.

I ordered a venti iced coffee and 60% of the cup was ice cubes. It was enough coffee for a small inside the cup. Don’t go here.

The cashier at the drive-thru really had to emphasize on the fact I left no tip! "OH so you decided to go with the No tip" What a way to make one feel for grabbing a coffee never again!

Sadly I'll no longer buy from starbucks poor customer service apparently you have to purchase something in order to use the bathroom mind you I' work on the road I even told the lady listen I had starbucks this morning here is my receipt I don't want to buy anything I desperately need to pee she said no I was amazed how cruel starbucks could be I decided not to ever spend a dime there anymore I have a blader issue I need I was told that new policy meaning starbuch don't care about their clients if you are not buying , attached proof that I had ordered starbucks earlier that day I just didn't want to buy but you are not allowed to use the bathroom wow .

Ordered 2 dri k and 2 sandwiches. 1st drink someone stole so theybhad to remake and remade me the drink of the person who had stolen my drink. Whatever I was in a hurry and took it. Went to eat my sandwich and it was missing meat so I had to go back. Decided to get my son a drink, repeated myself 4 times and they still made it incorrectly. No receipts given so nothing can be done. Worst service from a starbucks ever. Cant even call and complain as they dont answer their phone. If you dont like the job you have and dont want to do it right then get another job. Starbucks isnt cheap so to have a bad experience twice in less then 30 minutes is really maddening. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not recommmend this location unless you want super high wait times and incorrect drinks.

I’m an everyday customer and I always come to this Starbucks all the time. Today I get my favorite drink as usual 30mins prior to closing and instead of ice… I get coffee beans 🫘☕️ as my ice !!!!
