When you order a Big Fish without lettuce and extra tartar sauce….And they do the COMPLETE OPPOSITE!!! And the patty was extra over cooked!!! And this is where my kids wanted to go… this was my daughter’s sandwich they messed up. She said for me not to worry about it, make a review….

We ordered the combo deal for me and the 2 for 5.for wife. The fries where way over salted. I had to shake each fry individually. When I finished there was salt all over.

Needed a place the kids could wiggle and eat in the middle of a road trip. Their play zone is inside and large. Food was good and warm, if service was rather slow. They failed to give me the applesauce instead of the fries I asked for with one of the kids meals. My kid didn't care, so I didn't make an issue of it.

Ordered online. Was supposed to get a bacon cheeseburger with mayo and lettuce, but got home with mustard, ketchup, and pickles. I’m allergic to dill. Also ordered onion rings but fries. Tried to call several times and no one would answer phone. Kept getting voicemail which of course was full. I gotta wonder if the cook even read the ticket!! Very disappointing!!

If your collecting points don’t bother to go get a free egg and cheese biscuit they will just give you a bacon and cheese biscuit no egg , this place used to be good they have gone to shit!!! Free or not do better!!

I ordered the fish sandwich, flipped the sandwich over and saw MOLD!!! Immediately went back to the store to get my refund. The clerk in the drive through was very understanding & asked if I wanted a new sandwich which I declined. Not sure what’s going on with this Burger King, but I will definitely not be returning.

Went through the drive through to order and the lady was very rude about us ordering and when we got the food everything seemed fine till we got home and were eating and realized they completely forgot the rest of our food and didn't even do our burgers correctly, we ordered the how to train your dragon meal and we didn't get the ice creams,the lady gave us fries instead of the cheese sticks,our burgers had stuff we asked off of it and we couldn't bring the burgers back so when we got there asking for either food remade or money back the lady said they couldn't acting rude and obviously we were upset because we spent all that money just for us not to even get the correct food and the server started yelling at us for us being upset about our food being messed up.

The morning shift always has some kind of issues with me and my coworkers. One morning they smashed my coworkers sandwich. One morning they literally threw a fit because we wanted 3 separate bags. They already had all the food in 1 bag and threw a fit having to open 2 more bags.

I had undercooked fries. My food was cold and didn't say ice cream machines was down. Horrible company will be reporting to health department

Ordered two original chicken sandwiches. The bread tasted expired and the meat wasn’t fresh. My wife threw up afterwards, so we won’t be back. I see some fake positive reviews for this location, so beware.
