I went to the Firehouse Subs in Wichita Falls, Texas this weekend to exchange a coupon for a free dessert, but I must say that the area is quite clean with signs and placements for social distancing during this troubling time. The staff was quite kind and friendly with speed and accuracy to boot.

I have always had good subs from here, but today was horrible. Today I ordered their Thanksgiving Turkey sub (love it). But they totally messed up my order, and I could not go back because of work. I ordered a large on wheat. I double checked on the wheat, and they still gave me white bread. Plus, there was hardly any turkey, but full of stuffing. No cranberry but they put pickles on it. Yuck! I don't want to stop buying here, but I will if this keeps up.

Service is terrible. Cashier behind the counter was very rude to customers. Did want to help anyone person to person. Kept referring customers to use the kiosk ordering system but this one older couple was having a hard time. I stepped in and helped. Bad service.

Ordered the French dip sandwiches,my wife's was "bleeding" when she got it!Disgusting since neither of us eats raw meat! Was told the meats arrive precooked,I don't know if we want to ever go back! Seems they should cook the meats a bit longer,Arby's can cook roast beef and it's still tender so why can't firehouse?

I ordered a sandwich togo and didn’t even get any cheese, vegetables, and my dressing was wrong. Like literally there was just meat and mayo in my sandwich. I go home and I basically had to make the sandwich myself there was nothing in it. Why did I bother paying $10 for a sandwich I have to make at home? Ridiculous. My sister’s sandwich was fine, except it didn’t have cheese. I’m not above second chances, so next time can the employee making my sandwich actually read my order?

The food is pretty decent, but its clear this place has been going down hill as far as service is concerned and WILL forget items in your order. We wont be comming back until we see the reviews get better.

Placed my online order at 11:11. Did a whole bunch of errands because I know they can get slow during lunch hours. Got there at 11:45, my order isn’t ready. My order actually hadn’t been started. I waited for over 20 minutes, people are coming in and getting their orders and I’m still waiting. No one greeted me or asked for my order for over another 15 minutes having already been there a good chunk of time. Thankfully the veggies and bread were fresh and my sandwiches were very good otherwise I would not be going back. Customer service needs major improving here.

I have been here about 3x and multiple times it had been awful. Missing items or wrong orders being picked up. This last time was awful. My fiancé went to get 2 sandwiches takeout for us. Took about 20 minutes for him to go there and back. As soon as we go to eat he is missing half of a full sandwich we had already PAID for. We then had to drive 10 minutes to go and get the rest of the food. When we did get there a GM was very helpful and kind to fix the problem. Needless to say though we will not be going back since we always seem to have an issue.

I was helping a customer out figuring out the issue with their delivery and the General manager was very unprofessional and rude I don't know why I was just asking a question but she wanted to get all big and bad but that's how firehouse subs is nowadays so good luck to everyone if you go and ask a question about the service or food I wouldn't waste your time here

This is from my aunt who visited the location in Wichita Falls, Texas on July 16. I've had a concerning experience at Firehouse, where an employee didn't follow proper hygiene practices after digging in their nose. I notified the manager, who didn't take any action to address the issue. How can we promote cleanliness and employee hygiene in businesses? It's essential. Just nasty! When I heard about it, I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager (so he said) Oscar. He had a condescending manner about him. I tried to contact corporate, but wouldn't you know this is a franchise. Wichita County Health Department, send in a mystery guest to see how the restaurant is being ran. Franchise owner, you better get in there and protect your money. Also, I did contact another store, they said policy is you should change your gloves whenever you touch anything. He said this includes anything, even your shirt. Uh oh, another mistake, they were not wearing gloves. The last thing Oscar said, was "we're ready for the health department. Wichita County, go and see if they are. I do not patronize your establishment, I'm writing on behalf of my aunt. After her experience, I will NEVER visit. Jersey Mike me please!

Tried to order a side of spicy dill pickles and that's not allowed you have to order the whole sandwich. Short red headed employee kicking chip boxes down main aisle instead of just carrying them, and I guess the words "excuse me" have just died out. Decent food. Poor employees

DoorDash pick-up instructions say orders are placed in the Rapid To-Go Station. As such, I waited for it to appear there instead of hassling an employee (thinking it wasn't ready yet). Unfortunately, they keep it behind the counter instead so I waited 10min past the order time and spoke with someone only when I was about to fall off the order and leave. It appeared like it was ready the whole time causing lost income for me and a late/cold delivery for the customer. Willing to remove this review when it's replied to by someone saying that you've updated the pick-up instructions to reflect that we need to speak to an employee.
