HUGE SHOUT OUT to the Morning Manager at the McDonalds on Kemp!!!💥💥💥💯💯💯 The drive thru was packed so I went inside and they were shirt staffed which is not their fault, but the Manager was handling everything with poise & grace. She didn't get the least bit frazzled by customers coming in and complaining because they were waiting in the drive thru for so long. She was friendly & professional the whole time. You have an AMAZING MORNING MANAGER at this store!! Have a blessed day & to the irritable customers, please practice some PATIENCE!!

One of the best McDonald's experiences! It has a clean play place, the manager was very attentive and accommodating. The updated store smells nice and the floors are clean. Even the changing table and high chairs were clean when I used it for my toddler! The lady that keeps the tables clean seems to be on top of her game making sure her towels are changed out frequently! There was also ample parking, seating and a nice meeting room on the side.

Adjusting my rating due to many times of going here and receiving different service, went her looking for the collection cups, has serveal questions about them, employee was rude and determined to move us along quickly without having to deal with customer service. I understand people ask the same questions maybe, but regardless, you're in the clock, just put on a smile and push through, a little effort goes a long way with most people, but the lady's in the am are fire! And super good service, there whole breakfast crew is the shizz! Next crew tho for lunch no bueno.....

Initially a one star, but I called and manager Sherri(I hope I spelled it right), made it right with us. There was a bit of a wait this morning as they were just getting opened and they made us one size smaller on both our drinks, but I called and she said for us to come back soon and get two more on the house. The prices have gone up... and up... BRING BACK THE DOLLAR MENU! THE GRILLED ONION BURGER! THE SWISS MUSHROOM BURGER AND $1 MCDOUBLE, YOU GREEDY THINGS!!! McDonald's, you've fallen from grace in my eyes. ... Nothing against this location, though. No complaints about the staff or service. They were good folks.

I placed my order at the speaker, when I arrived at the window it was wrong and missing items. Looked at the receipt and my order had been taken down wrong. There was no fuss when I pointed it out they made my order right and didn't even charge me for the items that were missing from my ticket. Friendly and the food was good.

Food good, breakfast biscuit/bacon/egg/cheese meal. Quick meal prep, it included a square of hash browns and then I took some coffee. Truthfully, I feel their pricing is costly for me, I am a senior. Not sure why the cost has gone up so much. The sandwich is the same as it was 3-4 years back. Their specials are reasonably priced but don't include the egg which is what I need, protein.

I miss the old McDonald's from 2016, but no use in reveling. Employees try to do their job in spite of an eternal rush hour If anyone reading this review hasnt had a mcrib before .this is your sign to try it .it comes with onions and maybe pickles ,i enjoy no veggies extra sauce.just be ready to wash your hands if you use my order. This McDonalds was clean. Staff was friendly enough. Although fairly slow at getting to the register and even slower when taking cash and giving change. No issues though. They got the order right as well.

This visit was a little off. I was paying with cash so I couldn't use the app. So I went inside. It took about 5 min to get a real human to help take my order, I was using my reward points, but again couldn't use the app. As I said paying with cash. Once I got a human to help me everything worked out OK.

Dine in is a far cry above drive thru experience. We had a bit of a wait, but it was expected because it was right at lunch rush. Our food was hot and as expected. The inside is virtually free of human interaction, with the exception of the person who delivers your food. Today, the young lady whose name I didn't get, was delightful! She was kind and actually smiled and used manners! Nearly unheard of from most fast food workers. Great job, McDonald's!

Stopped by after choir practice, about 9:15 pm on a Wednesday, and did not expect getting a take out order from the drive through to involve a 15 minute wait! No great surprise, even the fries were luke warm.

I used the mobile app to purchase and the drive-thru for pick-up. The drive-thru line was absurdly long. I waited 20 minutes to pick- up the mobile order. I couldn't get out of the line because once you're in line you're stuck. The employee couldn't understand my 4 digit code of the speaker (QQ45). Every time the employee would repeat "2245? We don't have that code, could you speak up?" I repeated it saying, slowly and loudly"Q Q as in Quebec, that's Quebec-Quebec-4-5." He responded, "2245?" dead silence. "Would you please repeat your code?" Again, this time I used different Q words, "Q, as in Queen. Q-Q-4-5." Louder and slower than before. Still, he couldn't find it! Finally, I gave him my name and he suddenly figured out what I had been saying. Oh! Q-Q-4-5. Oh, okay, please pull to the first window." I laughed. Sadly, by that time three additional cars had gone passed me, in the second line. This McDonald's location is usually busy and SLOW! Really?! Even after all that time, waiting, I still had to pull forward and wait for them to bring my order to the car. I guess 20 minutes wasn't long enough to get my order ready so that they could hand it to me through the drive-thru window. Thankfully, my order was correct. However, the fries were merely warm and so we're the burgers. My mistake. I should have my head examined for thinking my experience would be different, this time. Sorry McDonald's, but no more than two stars today... but added an additional star because you're not in control of busy times. I understand busy times, but this was a bit too slow, today. My order: 3 quarter pounder meals. (Three burgers, three fries, three drinks)

The staff, while not discourteous, were not nearly as courteous as I am accustomed to finding at the McDonald's in North Richland Hills. The ordering system was not working well and I had to ask the server to repeat back what I had said to double check my order and she seemed very put off by my request. The food was okay but not up to the normal quality that I am used to either.

It's really busy and if you go in then expect a wait also because there isn't anyone set to the front registers. We had to wait about 5 mins to be helped and then wanted to get some dipping sauce and the lady gave us the wrong kind and walked off we had to wait again for another worker to walk by and we had to get her attention to ask for the right sauce. Kinda makes you want to just go through the drive thru.

While in the drive through, we were given the wrong beverage. Then we were asked to go to Pick Up area 1. While we waited, I saw a worker offer our food to a different car in the drive through lane. She gave them our drink. When the car told her it was not their order she took the drink from them, turned around and handed it back to them. She then offered our food to a truck parked beside us. Finally. She brought our food without the proper drink to us. The man in the car next to us who had been waiting longer than us actually had to exit his vehicle to go get his food. Wait time was not as bad as it has been in the past (only 7 minutes past order time vs. 20 that I have experienced before.) They just need systems in place to help their employees be successful. This employee stated that she was sorry. She was only working the register. Apparently, she had already been griped out by one of the other vehicles she was blindly sent out to.

All the tables were dirty as you can see in the picture of them they all had crumbs or something else were I could tell they had not been cleaned

Their fries used to be so good, but now, Everytime I've gotten. Their soggy, greasy and cold. I would not invest in Mcdonalds right now, they are slipping fast. Worst thing fries is the only side they offer. Shame. I miss Big Macs but I'll not pay the same for a Mac and small drink, and neither will I waste food by throwing fries in the trash. ( Where they belong) I'm beginning to think that instead of upping fast food workers salary, we need to drop it down. I worked fast food long ago, I would not serve that mess.

The speaker for ordering won't allow the employee to hear you if you have a loud engine. The employees on the receiving end of the orders have not been good at realizing the speaker for orders . The line has been longer than 10 min from start to finish lately during breakfast and lunch rush from March 1-march 12. Plan early arrival on weekdays. Good good. The Big Mac is dry and the hash browns are super greasy! Napkins !!!

Great place to grab something quick to eat. Not bad to sit down and spend time here although it's usually pretty chaotic and unsurprisingly noisy. Great pricing for what they're selling and I frequent this place quite often. It's usually understaffed and the wait times for the drive through have made several people leave without food. Overall not a bad place to eat and a great option if you just want a quick bite.

Only giving 3 stars because of my initial complaint. I placed an order tonight via Uber eats, ended up waiting a little longer than expected and my food was cold when I received it. BUT I called, I explained the situation, and the lady that too my call helped me perfectly. She replaced my order, told me when I could pick it up and apologized. 10/10 great customer service.

I didn't even order. Their ad on Google Maps shows open 24/7, but the lights outside in the actual drive through were off. It was just before 6, so I waited until 6. The automated voice at speaker 1 was friendly and asked me to pull to speaker 2 to order. The guy says "Welcome to McDonalds" no "Order when ready. " I left. Petty. I know.

As a Door Dash driver we rely on a speedy staff. I pulled up to the window after already being 20 minutes after my delivery window and staff did not even acknowledge me at the window as I can see my order sitting on the counter. Knowing they had 2 Dasher drivers in their drive through ATLEAST acknowledge the window at night to see what order you have. Time is money for Food drivers and your staff needs to be more diligent at the window at night!

The burgers make me sick I think because of the grease every single time I eat them. They always taste good but that's because of the grease and grease. However the caramel frappe minus all that whipped cream fat on top of it is absolutely wonderful and I don't even like coffee and I have one every day sometimes I have two.

Never really had a positive experience at this location. Service is always extremely slow. Ordered two different meals today and was given ONE BBQ sauce and had to pay for additional sauces. How are two people suppose to share one sauce? 50 cents per sauce. Not worth it. That’s on management. Stick with Wendy’s or chick fil a. More quality food and unlimited amount of sauce.

I came through the drive thru and ordered 2 kids meals and 2 meals. After asking if one or the burgers for the kids meals could be remade without cheese, the lady at the second window told me they were most likely already made. I proceeded to ask to have it remade and she caught and attitude, snatched the ticket from the wall and started shouting the situation to the back. Slow service. In drive thru the car behind you can see your order on the first screen. When you pull up to order that screen doesn't even show your order. i am a college student and usually this is my go-to mcd, now i used to work at mcds and never have i ever asked for food back after i gave it away to the wrong person, it was a honest mistake, this manager asked us for the extra food back even though it had already been touched, if you dont work in food industry then just know YOU SHOULD NOT ASK FOR FOOD BACK WHEN IT HAS BEEN TOUCHED TO GIVE TO THE ORIGINAL BUYERS OF THE FOOD, IT IS COMPLETELY UNSANITARY AND GROSS, admit you are wrong, say have a nice day, and then make more food to correct your mistake.

Very slow! 25 minutes to get a Big Mac meal inside. McDonald's is not rocket science, I don't understand why it was so hard to get a fast food meal. Should be called "SLOW FOOD" instead.... First time trying American Mcdonald's; here's my experience. We ordered a pretty small amount of food. What would've been around 24$ at taco bell cost us 36$. The food was mediocre. Chicken nuggets were super thin, meat patty was dry. Whole food was dried and way oversalted, a cheeseburger was missing. First and last time eating at any mcdonald's

This particular location, the lady that took our order did not know what she was doing. My mother ordered coffee and was told that a fresh pot would have to be made. When my mother went to ask the lady for her coffee she was very rudely informed that she had already been given her coffee and that she had other customers to wait on. My mother immediately asked to speak with the manager and the lady changed her tone very quickly.

There is a McDonald’s in Carrollton with mentally challenged workers, that store operates more efficiently and your order is actually correct.

This franchise has cheese turned off for kids on the app. Once you order online they can’t change it. If you don’t order online you can’t use any of the rewards or discounts. Other cities/franchises I have not had this problem. I do not understand why this particular franchise is against allowing kids having cheeseburgers. But I know it’s possible because I’ve gotten it online elsewhere.

These people are actually incompetent I've ordered through them probably five times in the past year and they've got four of those orders wrong. One time the burger didn't have a patty. The food tastes fine. My problem with this location is that they ALWAYS. Without fail. Get my order wrong. I ordered a mcgriddle and got a bagel. I don't know if their app doesn't clarify what I ordered or if it's just negligence at this point. But I'm tired of always getting the wrong thing.

I ordered online and because it was raining I decided to go in instead of doing curbside. I went in saw my order number on the screen but no food waiting there was one man in front of me. Cashier was only taking orders but didn't even acknowledge I was there. The manager was walking back and forth and didn't acknowledge I was standing there. No one bothered to ask if I needed help. The cashier goes gets an order and asked me if my name was Megan I said no and she put the order down on counter. So stood there then the manager comes back out and I asked is there a way I can get my order. She states we are trying to get the orders out and walked off. She didn't even ask what my order number was. It was the second order on the screen. She was fill the other orders that were behind mine. Finally I stopped someone and said my order is 1607 can I get my order I had already been there 25 minutes and was going to be late for work. The girl said give me a minute that is when another person waiting for his order said I think the order on the counter is yours ( the one for megan) it had stuff I didn't order in it so I didn't even think about it but it was my order number and the food was cold and frappe was melted and since I was late for work I just grabbed it and left. I have heard that this location is getting bad on service but I had always ordered from there. But I don't think I will anymore just because of the service I received. And the restaurant wasn't anymore busier than it usually is in the mornings. The manager had a bad attitude and didn't even talk to the customers waiting. Didn't even apologize for the wait. I will always remember her Hispanic female tattoos on her arms and long black not even in a hairnet. Danger of getting hair in the food because her hair was down to her waist and only tied back with a hair tie. She needs to go back to training on customer service or put her back on the line. It is said since I never complain and I understand about food service but I couldn't let this go this time. I hope something is done to fix the problem or you will lose more customers.

I really wish I could say that this location is better than the rest in this town, but I cannot. This location doesn’t care how the food looks, if you get the items you paid for, or the charge you the right prices. The steak bagel just returned and it is DISGUSTING at this location! If you are hoping for the way it looks on the billboard or advertisement, DON’T! The meat has definitely shrunk, it is not grilled, the onions are rarely on the sandwich and it’s cold. Look for yourself. So disappointing!
