Food was good with the usual Panera price/portion ratio. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Tables weren't really getting cleaned but also weren't too dirty. Both bathrooms do have changing tables.

This Panera location was nice today. It was not to crowded and quiet even though there were a good amount of people there. Service was good, food was good as well. No complaints.

My experience here as a regular, is that they’re get pretty busy in the mornings (can’t speak for the other hours of the day). That said, even a simple order of a toasted bagel and coffee can take quite long. Today I did my regular takeout and later realized my bagel was burnt): it actually looks worse in person. The staff seemed stressed out and were making it quite visible— which I understand, they can have a rough day, but it’s unfortunate that my poor bagel was affected.

Probably would have got 5 stars across, but the fact that my sandwich had rotten lettuce on it made me give them 3. Do better especially for the area you are in.

Do you like ordering online and having items missing when you pick up your order? If so, this the perfect place for you! If you prefer all of the items you purchase to be in your bag, you should probably try a different location.

Absolutely awful atmosphere. There are some old guys who come into the dining and blast divisive political radio, refusing to lower the volumes when patrons ask. Not a ppace I would ever choose to visit again with Spot, etc. nearby.

I had a really disappointing experience at Panera Bread today. I ordered two sandwiches, but they completely forgot to include one of them in my order—how does that even happen? The second sandwich was practically swimming in oil, making it greasy and unenjoyable. For the price you pay here, I expected way better attention to detail and quality. Won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

I had a simple order with simple instructions/requests and they weren’t met. I asked for no onions and I selected a mixed berry yogurt for my niece…. I wound up with onions and she wound up with strawberry. Additionally, my sandwich had a pea sized amount of mustard on one side, lacked flavor. I had an absolutely exhausting day chasing my little niece around as well as my puppy. I just wanted to relax and have dinner, disappointed that I didn’t receive what I requested.

We like Panera and since our hotel was near the area we decided to get our lunch packs for a group of students to avail of the value meals and free delivery since we have a coupon saying free delivery .However the cashier mislead us about the meals and we ended up waiting for the food and picked up .She said the free delivery was for online orders only and the catering meals was not available in their branch .It felt like we didn’t get the value for money and we felt treated poorly .Customer service was very poor at this branch .Although the food was good except for the Med Veggie Sandwich which were not actually would be part of our order.The cashier just decided to placed the order on her preference just to make the transaction quickly .The transaction was not also processed under our member number ,even asked the other associate to correct it but she just said go online and it will be corrected .Very frustrating !

Unacceptable for a salad. This does not have dressing on the salad FYI. Also their sprouted grain roll has become half the size it used to be! CHEAP and nasty salad - expensive for what you get. Never again!
