4 of us drove out from Rockwall and had a great evening. We made reservations 7-weeks in advance after reading an abundance of great reviews on local group pages. Attentive staff, small/intimate dining room, peaceful food, and 5-star food. Highly recommend the Bone-in Ribeye and Worthers Martini.

Ive been several times and this place always exceeds my expectations. My husband and I just decided to go on a random Thursday evening, we're seated by the window, and the bone in Ribeye was phenomenal....the service was wonderful and our food was cooked to perfection. You cant go wrong with the whipped mashed potatoes and creamed spinach but their salads are all amazing. Dont get full on the bread but it would be easy to do!

I recently celebrated my 60th birthday at Four Winds Steakhouse with my family, and it could not have been more perfect! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious perfectly cooked steaks and sides full of flavor. The service was attentive, warm, and made us feel truly special on such an important occasion. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, creating the perfect setting for a memorable evening. Four Winds made my milestone birthday celebration one I’ll never forget. Highly recommend!

I’ve heard of this place for years. We finally went. Bone in Ribeye is one of the best I’ve ever had. My wife got the chef special and said it was amazing. You can’t go wrong at this hidden gem. From the main dish to all the sides the attention to details are outstanding.

You can never go wrong with Four Winds. Service was amazing, food came out hot and fresh. Steak was cooked perfectly. Interior is old styling, with lots of wood. Restaurant is the middle of a cattlefield. Five star service and menu. You'll see people there in three-piece suits as well as overalls.

Update, just went for our 47th anniversary, food was excellent as always, our server Sean did a fantastic job of making sure our meal was outstanding. We plan to be back again! We went for our 45th anniversary, reservation is recommended and contact them way in advance as they are booked out to forever and with good reason. We started with their fresh baked bread, and then to the huge shrimp appetizer. We each got a nice big steak done exactly the way we wanted. My husband got the augratin potatoes and I got the baked, you could easily share the sides. We also got fresh salads, and the mushrooms and onins. Everything was so delicious and we topped it off with a slice of raspberry cheesecake. The location is lovely, you sit in a wood paneled room looking out over a pond and pastures, out in the country. Service was flawless, we could not have had a better experience, and plan to take our son and his wife there for their first anniversary! Update, went tonight for my birthday. Had a wonderful meal, our server Mimi was just completing training and did a fantastic job! We had a table by the window and watched the pasture with the cattle. Love this place.

Four Winds is a delightful restaurant. My wife and I went to celebrate an anniversary. We had crab cakes for an appetizer, I had the mozzarella, tomato and onion salad. She had the grilled salmon for an entree, while I had the lobster tail. We finished off a wonderful meal with bread pudding and coffee. In addition to the delicious food, the service was excellent. In fact, everything was so good we booked another celebration there.

Really great sides . Filet was dry and a bit cold but the service was so good , I hated to have them take it back . Sides could be terrific, ai gratin potatoes perfect , beans over cooked but delicious . And nicely served in a oval dish and enough for 2+4 . Cream corn delicious with cream sauce but over cooked a long time so the kernels were dried out , fibrous and chewy ,no tender kernels popping with juice . Need to watch these issues and improve at such a fabulous place. My first visit . I'll come back on a Tuesday or Wednesday for special ...need to add savory well baked sweet potatoes squash and creamed spinach , so much more healthy and good . Salad was too small and not enough pecans . The blue cheese dressing has no real blue cheese chunks anywhere but a bottle store type bland creamy dressing ...they should use a nice French vinaigrette base with real blue cheese .. Pepper corn sauce was good but cold and thin and no pepper cirns and the horseradish dressing was just a cream sauce bland with no real horseradish . They need to up the game for people who like quality food . Creme brulee and chocolate mousse was wonderful ! Great and gorgeous birthday plate Cold with a perfect cream brulee and çhocolate happy birthday !!! The decor is lovely , scenery perfect and service really nice and not pushy but kind I'll come back but I hope they read this and give some attention

We had a beautiful view from our table. Taylor was a wonderful waitress and never stopped smiling. I wanted to try something different so we started with the Escargot. Glad I tried it but snails aren't for me... The House Salad with bacon buttermilk and pecans was more up my alley. For dinner I had the 12 oz ribeye cooked medium rare and a baked potato, both were very delicious! We will definitely be back to try the other menu items!

Sean was our server. He did a great job. The New York strip steak was tender and well seasoned. Creamed spinach & asparagus were perfect. Bread pudding for dessert was good, too. CALL & make reservations as they only serve so many per night and walkins sometimes don't get in!#!#!

This was our 2nd time here and it was amazing. The food was phenomenal. Literally everything we tasted was seasoned perfectly and my filet was the best I've had in a very very long time. The service was fantastic all around. Bartender was entertaining and made a great old fashioned. Our server was personable and sold us on the specials (which I'm glad she did) and she just made the dinner delightful. Atmosphere was a little cramped but it was nice hearing people laugh and have a good time. Our windows had a great view of the lake and pastures. We'll definitely have to come out more often

Amazing location right in the middle of a farm on a side of a lake. We all enjoyed our meals. Staff was attentive and took care of everything preemptively. We would definitely consider coming back. It was 7 of us so getting all steaks out at the same time took a bit of time, naturally.

This place was Awesome. Everything was delicious. My Steak was cooked perfectly and the share sides were perfect for 4. The shrimp and crab cake appetizers were a great way to start. Unfortunately there's not a pic for the cakes they went fast.

Very nice location and surroundings for a nice peaceful dinner. Although I was hoping for more wildlife, picture windows surrounded the dining area. Sunset view from the porch was beautiful.
