We needed a quick road trip lunch , placed our order on line . The girls were super friendly I give our sandwiches a 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Will be going back
I was at this Subway, Willows, CA. Last week sometime and customer service was good even though it started to get more busy this one particular employee I can tell seemed nervous, I told her to take it easy you're doing okay, the young ladies there handled it pretty well!!
The place is nice and clean and the food is always fresh, little pricy but not the places fault
I am shocked how clean it is in this subway and trust me this isn’t my first rodeo. The staff was on it and the team that the owner had on site was amazing! Easiest 5 stars in my book
Arrived about 8 minutes before closing and staff stayed past closing making our order, really appreciate them staying open for us. The young girl making the subs was excellent and very friendly. Nice new menu, the subs were great.
Absolutely amazing! I had the boss sandwich and they did a fantastic job. Plenty of mozzarella parmesan and sauce with pepperoni. Absolutely delicious! Would highly recommend eating here. Portion sizes are more than fair and the people here are friendly. Good experience all around 😎

Very poor service. One of the girls working there was more interested in talking to her friend who showed up with her kid and making sure she gave him a cookie for his birthday than actually doing her job and attending to her customers.

Asked for no onions and was given extra, am allergic so was unable to eat and was at work so unable to get problem rectified

Food okay. Service was terrible. Shift leader yelling at employee where people can hear. She then left to smoke a cigarette and use her phone while people were waiting. Very unprofessional. Willows California
Like any other subway chain spot, flavor is as expected. Unfortunately, since we are still under covid health regulations, and masks are required at all times, especially in food establishments, I was rather concerned that the employee and several customers in this subway were not following the health guidelines (wearing masks). I noticed this whole area seemed to lack this notion of the face mask requirement. Hopefully, this problem ceases to continue. And we can all feel in a safer environment wherever we are. Kudos to the Starbucks next to this Subway. Their health requirements were on point ✌
Meatball sub tasted like barf - could not eat. Terrible waste of money. Subway is not healthy anymore and the food was clearly sitting out for a long time. Only went here because it's near the hotel, and it was a mistake.
I ordered a sandwich and paid for it online but when I arrived realized the quality of the meat I had chosen was not desirable, so I asked to have the sandwich remade. I was told that I would have to pay for a second sandwich and take the one I had paid for previously. I said fine make the second sandwich and I will pay for it. After having the sandwich made (I had brought cash in case of something like this and not my card) I was told that they do not accept cash in any form. After getting a manager it was decided that they would go ahead and give me the one I had made as replacement for the one with subpar meat. The fact that this wasn't automatically done is beyond me, and no cash accepted system may be illegal. I was told they would not accept the same legal tender for purchase they advertise using, which is dollar amounts.
There is a woman who works at this location that I have had a bad experience with...not one but numerous occasions. She is blonde and has star tattoos. Never been able to get her name but she is BEYOND rude. Doesn't greet, is obviously inconvenienced by my order and stares me up and down like you would not believe. It's rude and unprofessional.
The store claims to be open until nine, but here we are before nine on February 25th and the store is already closed, locked up, and dark.
The woman with fake red hair (don’t know her name, she wasn’t wearing a name tag) was a bit rude. She also left the oven open the entire time and didn’t think to close it. On top of it, she put my sauce on the bread before even putting my veggies on my sandwich.
I've gone to this subway 3 times. First time was about 12 months ago, great service. 2nd time terrible service, rude employees. Third time was last month and once again rude service. I love to meet people's energy levels, so if your going to be rude to me I'm going to be rude back. 1 star.
If I could give it less than a star I would they got my order completely wrong even though I was in there physically to see them do it but yet whatever it was melted I didn't notice the meat was not what I ordered she also put it on flatbread when I asked for a wrap which is a tortilla whatever tried to leave a review with them or let them know Subway online and couldn't do that more than 255 words whatever they charge me $8 for two large fountain drinks Don't go there

Bread on my 11 dollar sandwich was stale tasted bad and spoke to one of the ladies working there and they didn’t care or even offer to make a new sandwich on different bread. I threw my sandwich away . My husbands bread was ok his was wheat. My bread was white , we noticed that they had no bread in oven cooking like they used to have. Always fresh bread there. I ran a kitchen for a school for twelve years before retiring and I know old tasting bread. Will not go there again. They don’t need to be cheap on bread doesn’t cost that much to make fresh bread daily.
