Such a warm and cozy place. The service was great, the food was amazing, and I absolutely loved the bowl I got! Craving that green spicy sauce right now.

I love that I can order online since I hate calling for pick up. If you want something heavier I’d get the bowl and for something lighter, the burrito. I got the bulgolgi bowl and it was super flavorful and filling. The optional spicy sauce add on is spicyyyy. I have low spice tolerance though. Service is really nice and you can tell it’s a small business! Happy to support.

Got the korean fried chicken burrito with spicy sauce and it was truly excellent. I wouldn't change anything about it. The price is very good for the quality and quantity of food. I'll definitely be returning to try the other items!

Upd. Finally got a chance to try bowlritto. I got bulgogi one. It was good. Meat was tender and overall the whole thing had a good flavor. On top of that friendly family owners and super clean design made with love. Not everyday meal but definitely worth to try

The food here is incredible and very unique. Amazing Korean fried chicken, super crispy and packed with soy and ginger flavor. All the Rittos are delicious too, great balance and blends of flavors. Bulgogi and Fried Chicken are A++ And the owners are so nice. I will be coming every week!

Not sure why this place isn't a 5. Looked at lower rated reviews and one complained about parking space. Yes it's on the small side but there is a larger parking lot on the other side of the street. Another gave low rating for the atmosphere. It's not fine dining and the atmosphere is cozy. Not the place you go for the vibe but the food. Now for the food part.... Amazing food and a must try for Korean food lovers. Had bulgogi and pork belly bowls and both were amazing and got fried chicken on the side and they were some of the most moist, tender and crunchiest fried chickens I've had. This place deserves a lot more recognition. The owners are super friendly and nice and overall next time you wanna get take out please come here instead of your regular spots and you'll see what I mean. Will come back again 🙏

Maru Bowl-Ritto has the best fried chicken ritto I’ve ever had! It’s packed with flavor, and the kimchi inside adds the perfect kick. If you like spicy food, make sure to ask for it spicy—you won’t be disappointed. The staff is super kind and welcoming, and the whole place just has a great vibe. Can’t recommend it enough!

Maru Bowl is the quite frankly the best rice bowl spot in the SFV, maybe even all of Los Angeles. From their bulgogi to their fried tofu, their selection is top-tier quality all across the board. From the first bite, it’s undeniable that each bowl is made with so much love and attention. The owners, Joy and Daniel, are the sweetest people you’ll ever meet and demonstrate the upmost hospitality to all their guests. As a regular for almost 5 years, I will always consider Maru Bowl as my absolute favorite place to eat. Thank you Daniel and Joy for creating such a wonderful and forever-impactful eating establishment. ❤️

Such a kind couple runs this tasteful and tasty place. I had the bulgogi bowl, medium spice. (Next time I’ll go mild.) Flavors were lovely. Lots going on. You can taste the attention to detail. The labor involved. They were both so sweet. I’ll definitely be back. Really my only criticism is the use of plastics. If they got rid of that I’d be back a few times a week! Can’t wait to try the rest of their menu and being friends too.

I love this place! My go to is the Chicken bowl and omg I became a regular to them they knew my order :,) So sweet and great service. Tastes great, you can tell a lot by a restaurant in the way their rice is. It’s perfect!

I'm a Korean and my mother made the best homemade authentic food. This place is wonderful, every time I visit my daughter and family want bulgogy bowl even on her birthday. Food is delicious and the people are truly pleasant and friendly. If you want good Korean bowls go to this place. I'd recommend to anyone who wants good food!!!

Food is amazing!! If you’re ever in need of a delicious quick lunch/dinner, this is the spot. Their rice bowls are so delicious and decently priced. + the owners are very kind and sweet, support local business!

Been coming here for years now and definitely owe them a review. My fiancée and I usually get the pork belly or karage bowls and they’re always fantastic. Super consistent as well with a great ratio of pork belly to rice and all the other condiments. Plus they can add in a bunch of chopped, spicy peppers that add a great kick to it. The staff here are incredibly friendly, I think the older Korean couple own/run the place and they couldn’t be nicer. Always greeting people with a smile and they’re always so kind to me whenever I walk in. Food is excellent, service is incredible and the pricing is very solid and will more than fill you up. A true 5/5.

Tried out this place last night with mom. I got the bulgolgi ritto and she got the bulgolgi bowl. The meat was delicious and tender. Both dishes had a sauce that tastes like it is mayo based. Next time, I would ask for the sauce on the side. The owner’s parents took our orders and was super friendly.
